I am 5'4" and weigh 165. I have worn a size 12-14 for thirty years. I ordered a size 14 from PopJulia and a size 3XL arrived. Never mind it was seven weeks after I ordered it. They now insist a US size 14 is a 3XL. This company is a total scam. The returns are to China, the fabrics are NOT what they say (polyester is not linen...). Do NOT order from this firm. A total joke.
Never buy from this terrible company! Unprofessional seller, bad quality and unreliable sizes. It took them more than 3 months to deliver after lame excuses and countless emails only from my side to have updates on my order. I wanted a refund but they basically put pressure on me to reorder as my item was supposedly lost in their warehouse.
I will never wear this dress as the fabric is rough and stiff and the size wrong. Totally not worth the money. I was misled and cheated and never had such a bad experience ordering online. Never again!
Sometimes delay happens for hot sale items cost more times to process in bulk.

1. The first dress color is close to RED, Size: length is 33 inches, not 36.4
2. Black knit cardigan is very short: Size: length is 27 inches, not 31,1 inches
3.4, Plaid dresses length is little less than 32 inches, not 34.3
The pictures on the website and the dress I received quality is totally different, just to name few.

So stressful to deal with this horrible seller- there is no service what-so-ever. I am waiting for my credit card to take care of this. I was told to hold on to the stuff while my credit card solves the problem.

Everything about this company is unacceptable and should not sell anything in the USA. Actually I am going to send an email to the gevernment so they cannot do a business because they are not trustworthy.
I was fooled with the picture of dresses that I ordered and the discount they offered. The material was so cheap and the quality of work was even worse! The pictures were so misleading. When I contacted them to return, I was told that the shipping fees. Which from US it cost me $67. After 2 months and contacted them several times the package got return to me! With the wrong address note on it. I could not believe they even gave me the wrong address to return the items! So I ended up with all those useless items and over priced plus the shipping cost! This is fraud and very bad customer service. Stay away.

Ordered dresses for a vacation and paid extra for rush shipping. When I ordered the website said free shipping and returns. The dresses did not arrive on time so when I returned from vacation I requested a refund and was told that I was responsible for the shipping to China. They will not honor my return. TOTAL SCAM!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The clothes are the worst quality ever from China - I had to pay $50 to return them to China and then they never pick up the package and it is returned to you. When you email them they say they won't return your money until they receive the package. You never get your money back. When I called to say the clothes were garbage and were the size of doll clothes they told me to go the fabric store and buy more fabric. WTF! One star is way too generous wish there was a negative star option.

I saw their ads, but do my ordering from my laptop, instead of phone. I was also holding off because I couldn't decide, and was waiting to try to pair down my "wish list". Their garments are so beautiful. I'm really glad I saw these reviews before ordering. I hope a reputable company duplicates their clothes!
PopJulia is trustworthy. Most of our customers love our products and service. In fact, even for a famous and large company, there is a few negative reviews as well. You can't always please all. I ordered several items, the pictures looked great, but after the 6 week+ wait I finally received the garments and was deeply disappointed in the material, which was of the poorest quality, and disappointed in the fit of the garments, which were all several inches off the standard for the sizes I ordered, not to mention the garments were not woman-shaped; looked like the dresses and blouses were made for flat-chested 9 year old boys. A real bait and switch scam.

Two weeks after I placed an expensive order they still hadn't shipped. Every time I asked, the response was "soon," even thought its policy is to ship with 5 business day. I cancelled the order and they confirmed the cancellation and said they would issue a refund "within a week." I insisted they initiate the issuing of the refund immediately since I already waited long enough for action. They didn't do so. I had already initiated a CC dispute. Then, three days later they shipped and said it would arrive 10-20 business days: almost three weeks! I will have moved by then and who knows if I will ever get the order. I reminded them they already cancelled the order and the response was, "Too late. We shipped." The that tied the hands of the CC company and halted the financial protection since the order was shipped, so I have neither clothes not funds. Popjulia must have known this would be the case. Not only does Popjulia contradict itself in their service representatives as well as its printed policies, they know very well how to deceive. I hope everyone reads this before biting the hook.

Would I order from Popjulia. I ordered several items in December so I would get free shipping. Finally in April I received 1 pair of very cheaply made shoes and nothing else so I asked for a refund for the items I did not receive. Winter was over and I ordered snow boots for my 97 year old mother. I was refunded my money minus the shipping and handling of $30. One pair of cheap shoes ended up costing me $60.

I ordered some clothing expecting a 21 day delay. It was over 30. When I received the first item it did not look like the picture. My 11 year old (who is very thin) could not fit into the item. I am 5 foot 3 inches and 118 pounds and it was so short I could not call this dress a t-shirt
The picture had a flowing dress to the knee. The description also said it was cotton! It might be lycra. You could also see through the dress. I canceled the rest of my order! Lesson learned on this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have not even started on the return policy to China.
