When you send things back - they bounce all the way back and the rest Bly way that you can get your money back is if you sen them back again costing you another 12.50 - more than what the item is worth - you do the maths -do they do this on purpose? So they don't have to refund you? Be warned do not buy from them

Not worth trying to order from this company. I placed an order, they were very quick to take the money. 6 weeks later and after missing the event I wanted to wear it too, still not arrived. I wrote to them, the item still not in stock, would I wait but they were unable to give me an expected arrival time of my item.
I felt this was unacceptable and asked for my money back, it took them 2 weeks to refund the money.
Just would like to say, unknown to me my daughter ordered from them too (same company, different name) her items arrived after many weeks and did not look anything like the advertised picture.
DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. IF THEY WERE IN THE UK, THEY WOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BY TRADE DESCRIPTIONS.

I ordered 3 items in july. Delivery took very long. One of the items more than two months.
The items didnt look like in pictures. The quality of fabrics very poor. One sleeved badly sewed up.

Not what they say it is!

The quality is terrible. The clothes are poorly made, the material is cheap and some are not as advertised. Half my order didn't fit, even though I followed their sizing chart. The cloths were delivered as expected, 6 weeks. I would never order again or recommend this company to anyone. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

A Learning Experience

Thought I'd give this company a try bcuz they offered plu size fabulous looking clothes. I ordered one dress-I am a size 3x but decided to order 5x just on the safe side due to other reviews stating their sizes are all over the place. Dress is beautiful & label states 5x but it is small size that fits my 14yr old granddaughter perfectly-she's a size 5 in women's.

Disappointed

Product sizing has no consistency, fabrics are a disappointment, return policy available but you have to send product to China on your dime. I will NOT buy from this site again and have had to donate 50% of what I bought due to cost of the return.

I placed an order with PopJulia early August 2018. The site does clearly state that delivery may take up to 10-20 business days. After waiting 20 business days I contacted the company and nothing has shipped. No communication, no explanation, etc. Upon making contact I requested that my order be canceled and within 20 min of sending this email I received a tracking number. I've had this tracking number since September 5 and there is no movement of the package. I strongly believe this company is a scam and urge everyone to avoid these crooks.

The quality were really bad, spent almost $200 for clothes but none of them is as the same style and quality as description as website, got my package in one month and still 2 items are missing.
They never want you return. I have submit return request but no shipping back address given and they auto close the request even if you just received package just 2 days. Then you have to accept what you got.
Never shop here again. Worst the worst.
The money they steal will not make them rich. They will get punished one day, I believe!

Fits perfectly

I've ordered a casual dress from popjulia. It is rare for me to find dresses that fit right out of the box. This one did. It is adjustable with the ribbon in the back so that it will fit a variety of sizes. It fits like it's been tailored.

It is also even more pretty in person than in the picture. The fabric is light and comfortable.

Worst experience here

The quality were really bad, paid extra 45 dollars for 10 days shipping but got my package in one month. In 3 package and 1 item is missing.
They never want you return. I have submit return request but no shipping back address given and if you didn't ship back after request 6 days, they will auto close the request. Then you have to accept what you got.
Never shop here again. Worst the worst.

I had ordered $250 worth of clothes from this company. As soon as I received it. The size was too small. I email and ask for returns. They keep telling us to keep the products & give us 30% off. I was very suspected of them. After they provided me the returns label & printed it out. I shipped to China. Paid $71 and two months later the shipment return back to my home address. Unless they provided me the wrong address. Bc I only print it out. I'm still try to get my refunds from them.

Too good to be true.

I am not a big online shopper, but my interest was piqued by the attractive ads from PopJulia. I should have questioned the long delivery time, but I didn't. I did receive my 4 dresses and tshirt about one month later. The sizes are extremely small and short and the quality was marginal. I usually wear a M or L but after looking at the sizing I ordered XXL and only one dress fit. I will not attempt to send back the merchandise and keep it as a lesson learned. There are so many other reliable and quality companies around that I will not order from Popjulia again.

Clothes I ordered in June still haven't arrived. They insist that my packages were delivered, according to their courier. The tracking service on the courier website is in Chinese. They keep telling me to check, but what is there to check? The packages just haven't been delivered! The two pieces I received out of 8 ordered were nothing like the pictures and the sizes don't match too. Just avoid.

Their sizes are NOTHING like ours. Went to return and paid $23 postage to China in April-within a week of when I received my order. Just received package back today (August) with a stamp "Return untimely". I'll just cut my losses I guess. Postmaster told me 'good luck, it probably won't get there'. Should have listened.
