I ordered a dress in a UK size 20, (i anm a UK size 18), and the dress I got was way too small, I could not even get it on, so more likely a size 14, as I can Squeeze into size 16. It took 4 weeks to arrive, and the second dress I ordered at the same time has not arrived yet. I ordered a pair of sandals as well, they are just about usable, poor quality.
So 3 items not worth buying - wasted money, never going to buy anything from them again
I placed my orders on January 11,12 & 17 2019 for 17 items. As of today March 11,2019, I received 1 item and 3 refunds. 3 are marked as under "processing" & 10 items are marked as "shipped". Pop Julia said "be patient... holidays & all". It has 2 months. Order #'s are J*******, J*******, J*******. PJ said "undeliverable". I received 1 item so you can not use that reason. I will not say anything about quality until I receive my complete order.

These kind of companies are growing enormously. Stealing everybody, they are a fraud. I bought a pair of boots, they look really cheap, horrible and uncomfortable. Above this website THEY HAVE another website were they tried to deny how evil are they. Saying that some people are trying to stain their business. What a joke. People is talking. And I'm one of them. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!.

They post nicer pictures of the product and lure you to buy. Then the nightmare starts:
First it took forever to arrive because it is sent from China. Then what you receive is completely trash version of the picture: very cheap material poorly put together and the size is extremely too small.
So you try to return it. Then that is a rabbit hole leading to hell:
First you have to send it back to China out of your own pocket. Then you send it according to the return label they give you. Then you wait forever, in my case four months, still no hearing from them or any refund. Then they offer you 10% cash back. In my case, no way! I want to see the bottom of it. So I waited. Then I received the return package back from China: obviously the address they gave you is invalid. Then contact them and they claim it is your own fault since they receive return everyday. I believe it is completely BS because I read honest review from the other website that people expience the same nightmare with them.
So here I am, after 6 months of the first order from them, I spent countless hours and lots of $$ only to find out I am being scammed. I can't believe this website still exist and keep stealing US consumers' money and time.
P.s. I attached a picture of the returned package Using the printed return label from popjulie. You can tell nobody claimed the package at custom.

Ordered red sneakers; received black instead. They offered me a 30% refund to keep wrong item. When I said I wanted to return wrong item at their expense and have them reship red, they ghosted me. Shipping cost me as much as the item. Comes from China.

I saw the exact item - Mini Graphic Print Dress in pink or red - on StyleWe, which I purchased from Pop Julia, who uses PayPal to send your money to ChicV International.
Items take up to 2 months to receive. Quality is very hit and miss! The item I purchased above is completely see-through and unwearable as a dress. Items are non-returnable as they take too long to ship back - as advised by their customer service centre - so you are only offered a 15% credit voucher or 20% refund. Either way, you're stuck with defunct clothing items.

Do not order from this company! I paid expedited shipping charges only to have 1/2 of my order arrive 1 1/2 months late! The long cardigan looked nothing like the photo advertised. It resembled a piece of material with what was supposed to be arms attached. Evidently, there was no record of my order anywhere when I contacted PopJulia. My order totaled approximately $80. I can only say, my fault for not reading the reviews. I'm out $80!

The material is very bad and the sizing is 3x larger then what I ordered. The material is not what it describes it as. This website is extremely poor and I do not reccomend buying here.

I ordered after seeing adorable boots on instagram. The order took almost a month to arrive and when it did arrive there was a horrible chemical smell on all items. The clothes are completely mis-sized. Returns cost more money than the order! Stay far, far away from these "pop" companies.

I ordered a pair of boots and when I received the confirmation they don't specify a delivery date. That was on 19th Oct. By the 26th October I sent an email asking for any details about the delivery, 3 days after they replied me that will be between 7-12 days. 2 days after that they sent a new email that my parcel would come between 10-20 days. Finally on the 6th Oct my parcel arrived after 18 days. It was the wrong size and the quality is not good so I decided to return. I checked on the website and there is no information. I sent an email the same day asking for instructions to return my parcel and they reply me 2 days after saying that I need to send a request and I will receive an authorisation by email. After send the email I received one telling me that they get back to me in 72h. It is ridiculous how they can make you wait just waisting your time. They say that I have 15 days to return from the delivery date. But obviously if takes 3 days to answer any email that I sent and they don't tell me exactly where and how I need to do it I will lost the chance to get my money back. And funniest thing. The shipping fees are at the customer's own expenses.
