I am a tall woman, so, when i shop here only pick "safe" ítems like blouses, t-shirts, an accesories, so i can say that the blouses are very pretty, but some t-shirts have a weird length, so i learn to look for the model pictures and see carefully the description, i have read in some reviews that the clothes in here are from asia, and that makes sense because i`m sooo far from the asian sizes! Hahaha
I know the store a couple of years ago but until a month ago I decided to buy, I ordered my dress on 06/05 and I received it in my house on 12/05, I recommend the page for being serious with the shipments.
Without a doubt this is one of my favorite stores, I always find what I want and every time the package arrives at my house it is as if I received a great gift... all beautiful
The shipments are not so fast but the clothes are beautiful, I especially love the dresses they sell in popjulia, so if they want a cute and cheap item they have to have patience!:-)
I like shopping clothes online because there are a variety of styles that I can't find in department stores here in the United States, so I have tried a lot of sites but this one kept my eye because it have a lot of dresses that matches with my style. Y have received mi first order last week, and I have made the orden in the beginning of May, so I can say it take a little time to arrive, the clothes are good, and I like them.
I bought some clothes online and the quality was very poor and they looked nothing like the photos. I tried to get a returns address and was told that I'd have to make an application to get a returns form, I tried to do this online on PopJulia website and it was made impossible by blocking that option on the online form, what a load of nonsense, anyway they are based in China, lesson learned never order from somewhere so far away. I would strongly not recommend ordering anything from this company they have several companies PopJulia Flowryday and a few more. They are a Micky Mouse outfit. I'm surprised that PayPal are giving their services for purchases of PopJulia.

The only problem I have really had personally is the wait of 1 to 2 weeks of anything that arrives in UK. Your clothes are beautiful, however, depending on the quality of the item, it may be delayed. Anyway, if I recommend the store.
I sent items back in Dec 2018 because their products are so cheap. They provided (let me reiterate that THEY PROVIDED) a return label to be attached to the items being returned. I received my items back in MAY 2018, FIVE months later because they refused to take back the item. Called my credit card company and they said they can't do anything because its past the time allotted for a dispute. Its a complete fraud and scam!

WATCH OUT! Poor quality in your clothes and fabrics, twisted seams, etc. It is about the return of my money and the sending of the photographs and the evidence that will be requested, verifying and not answering my emails. Two months have passed and I still have no answer.

I was online looking for a dress for summer bbq. Something simple buy nice, cute. I did find a few items until I read your reviews. Thank you all. I also found out China tend to copy everything dresses, shoes, pants... BUT it looks nothing like the picture, poor looking material. I looked at Material... it had nothing about anything. NEVER TRUST ANYTHING COMING FROM CHINA!

I ordered several items together. A couple of pieces came in straggled. It has been almost a year and I am still waiting for the rest of the items. I contacted them several times and have no response. I have given up on receiving the items and will not order from them again. I will also encourage people to be careful about this type of customer service. Because of this I would think twice before placing online orders

I wasnt expecting more than a 1.8 star for these people. My personal experience was worse service ever. Will never buy from pojulia again and i do not recommend it. Waste of your money and time plus rude and terrible customer service. It took them more than 2 months to deliver my order and i didnt even get it cause i moved to a different state and they didnt want to deliver to my new place. Couldnt have had worse experience. Plus they suggested a 10% refund because of their terrible service and never refunded anything. Bad bad bad business

Items I ordered very cheap looking. Materials are of the poorest quality not Linen as advertised. Only received a partial order after 2 wk wait. Looks like clothing you would buy at a really cheap bargain stores
