This site is amazing! They always have amazing sales and constant coupons. A worthwhile site for sure! I have ordered from here multiple times and have always been overjoyed with my products.
So I ordered a sweater from this website for a teen. It has some brand name unusual items not found here in Canada eh! I read about the shipping as I always do particularly when not Canadian, this is USA. So they charged me $7.95 shipping and indicated on their site that all applicable duty/taxes would be extra and that they would not be responsible Of course we pay duty and taxes I assumed this and their shipping info confirmed same so I expected taxes as the item was American made. It arrives by postal delivery but there is a COD charge of $15.38, really on an item that is about $53 Canadian including their shipping and tax at the source? Even the Postal Worker here was like Ive never heard of this. Well the mailing company that the website utilized DHL Global Mail charged me $10 plus the $5.38 taxes at the Border. The $10 is a FEE for processing the $5.38 payment at the Border! YIKES! So I email PLNDR about this outrageous charge they keep sending me their shipping information and apologize. I wanted them to include this $10+ Fee on the shipping information on the website as this is a known charge not what might be! Dont buy for this company! They are simply giving me lipservice on this issue Further the amount to ship this item on the package was. 70 US, yup Seventy Cents! Robbers they are!
Plndr is the worst site ever. Im never ordering from this site. OK first time i ordered from there my order came in 13 days when it said 3 to 5. When it arrived the hoodie was cut from the hood. Second time i ordered two hoodies both of them were defective. One of them had a big spot that looked like glue or like it was burned. Second one didnt look like nothing on how it looked on the site. The hoodie was to wide from the waist and the sleeves. Also the sleeves were so short. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE! DONT BE STUPID LIKE ME!
Well, i ordered a pair of very cute wedges on October 4th, 2013. I picked 4-7 day shipping, and waited the full 7 days (i didn't count Saturday, Sunday). By the 7th day i 1. Didn't have my shoes 2. Didn't even have a tracking number. After half an hour on their website i finally found an email address to contact them, so i did. I told them my situation and they gave me my tracking number but then told me i put in my address wrong so it was sent back to where it was shipped from (Which was fine) i had to give them my address TWICE after that. On the 17th it says my package was delivered to Louisville Kentucky and signed by an unknown person (I Live in Indiana, not Kentucky) I emailed them today (October 26th) and they are FINALLY "Contacting" their "Shipping Specialist". NEVER ORDER FROM PLNDR.

I made an order on 9/7, they said it would be 2-3 weeks for shipping but so I check on the status after 2-3 weeks THEY SAID I WOULDNT HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED UNTIL 11/22!

So I placed an order back in December 2014 I want to say Dec 13th or so. They had a statement on their site at the time "order now get your items before christmas!" needless to say I didn't receive 1 of my 2 sweatshirts that I ordered Until Feb 10th. Forward to present day and I have YET, YET to receive my other sweatshirt... Almost 4 months later and winter is flipping done and gone where I live... Not to mention the hoodie I have yet to receive is not even on their site anymore. They have not contacted me about a refund and I cant even get a hold of them due to their phone number not being in service. So they have 30 dollars of mine I HAVE SPENT pretty much being held hostage. Going on 4 months no reply, no hoodie, no way to get a hold of them NOTHING... SCREW THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY NEVER I REPEAT NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a lot of clothes from them. They NEVER contacted me to tell me that it was back ordered. I decided to finally cancel and request a refund mid-Feb 2015. It is now almost a full month that they have NOT returned my e-mails or "live chat." The damn chat isn't even "live!" I keep getting bull$#*! excuses on how they're slow. A whole month of getting this message?! Seriously! I'm over this crap. The only problem I'm facing is that I do not know what to do to get my money back since I paid through PayPal. I think this company is SHADY as hell. I hope this company gets shut down for being the criminals that they are!

I wish there was a negative rating option, PLNDR is the absolute WORST. My first order took well over a month to arrive. The items weren't as pictured on the site, so I returned them and had to pay for my own postage. I never received confirmation that my package had arrived, even though my return # PLNDR provided (the RA) was clearly written in multiple places. I called PLNDR to find out if they received my package and even though I called from a landline, my call was dropped three times. The fourth time, I was put on hold with obnoxious and unprofessional blaring music for 40 minutes. I spoke with a someone and my package had arrived just fine one week ago and apparently, it was just sitting there and my account wasn't credited. So we took care of that over the phone.
I attempted to make a new order online but their system was messed up and my store credit promo code wasn't working. So I had to make another dreaded call (dropped calls, blaring music, long wait time) to place the order. It took about three weeks to arrive. When it did, neither of the items fit and the sizing charts PLNDR provided on their website were far from true. I sent one item back to exchange for a different size (of course I had to pay for my own shipping) and the other order I spent $70 tailoring it to fit because there were so many ill-fitting parts. ($70 tailoring bill for a $25 dress.) As for the item that I exchanged, it still hasn't arrived and it's been three weeks since the package was not just sent but received. So I made another dreaded phone call to find out why and they said I would have to pay for the shipping cost to send the new size out. I've spent way more than anything has been worth and they were horribly rude. Never again! Stay away!
This is the worst site I have ever ordered from in my life. I ordered 19 items and almost immediately received 3 of those items. I then called and requested tracking or the location of the additional 16 items. They said the items were a pre sale item meaning they dont even have possession of these items to ship them. They get them from separate vendors and then send them out. I thought that was ridiculous. Why advertise something you don't even have? I was told on the 14th i would receive tracking information, i called on the 14th and was told id get it on the 17th. Of course, on the 17th I was told I would get it on the 19th. To no surprise the 19th rolled around and I got a poorly written email with all kinds of grammar and spelling errors. The email was telling me that I would not get my items in time for christmas. Immediately after i got that email, I got another ADVERTISING THAT I HAVE ONE DAY LEFT TO GET MY STUFF BEFORE XMAS! The customer service reps are mildly $#*!ed, the hold music is the same 8 seconds of a song over and over trying to get you to hang up, and the clothes aren't even good material, feel cheaper than walmart. I wont make this mistake again, I wish I read all of these reviews before I ordered so much.
The first time I ordered from PLnDr everything was perfect. The items came on time and everything was correct. The next time I ordered from them is a completely different story. It was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I ordered some Christmas gifts from their website. And it turns out some of them were pre-sale. This was the first time I had heard about these pre-sales. So they shipped my order and only one shirt came in. And I checked for the other items that were pre-sales, and it said although they didn't come together they would still be here before Christmas. So I was fine with that little did I know I would not get the items until the very end of December or early January actually. They were very late on the shipment and didn't give me any tracking details or anything. So because those presents didn't come on time I had to go out and buy a whole new set of things because I had no idea where my order was. And don't even try to call their customer service because you will never get through I got through once. That was a miracle after sitting on hold for over half an hour I finally got somebody. They play this annoying song over and over and over until somebody actually picks up. So because of the hassle, they gave me a 25$ credit which was very nice. I go on the site to try to use the credit and applied it to my basket and looked like everything was fine. That's when all of a sudden, the coupon didn't work. I had to call them again... Which was a nightmare. Someone did help me return the money to my bank account after finally getting hold of someone. I don't know why I tried to shop here one more time... But I was adding a promo code I had and just seeing what my total would be... Little did I know when I went to the checkout page they had my card saved, so I took it off. And I applied the promo code and pressed apply. The website took the promo code and said the total was only going to be like $48... But then I get a charge on my bank for $138. It had charged my card anyway when I was just looking at a total before clicking buy and it took the coupon off. I was furious. I called and they said there was nothing they could do until I recieved the items in them mail and return them to all of the seperate vendors -_- I already knew this was going to be a nightmare. Long story short. It took them forever and a day to refund me my money and it's still not even all of it. Don't shop here. Ever.
Answer: Bro I'd get a refund asap, did you pay through PayPal? I'd only buy from them through PayPal now because thats the only way you can claim your money back, they still owe me 300 from last year and dont seem to want to help at all
Answer: What you are experiencing is not an error so much as a blessing in disguise. Your computer is trying to tell you not to order from this site. You won't get what you ordered anyway, they'll just take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.
