They lie. They misrepresent. They tell you they will obtain documents they never get for you.
Asked for a birth certificate from Ireland. They said they would get it. They never did. It was a complete and total waste of money. They would not provide a refund.

Bad Company

Halsell Oil and Gas is owned by Zeb Halsell who was rude and had no follow through with me! He wasted our time AFTER he sent me an offer for my land by just disappearing! His land man Bobby was unprofessional and mentally not all there. Do NOT do business with this company! Horrible people, shady location in Dallas! Horrible customer service!

Excellent review site which gives one the ability to either complain or compliment about a site, product or company. I enjoy the fact that there are levels of satisfaction that one can choose from when it comes to one rating how well a company is or a product is or a website is.

I like the fact that the site is very user friendly and the site also gives one the ability to mail one's complaint directly to the site or company so that the problem can be addressed by the company or site. One just needs to have the address of the company or site that one can attach to one's complaint so that the complaint can be sent to the offending company.

Topics that are hot topics can get to be in the planet feedback spotlight so that more opinions can be given on that particular topic.

This is an excellent site when it comes to consumer resolution of a consumer related issue.

I recently bought a Hitachi 78 inch TV New from Radio Rentals at Moyarfield QLD in stalled this Tv and had it running for half an hour, I Later the next day turned it on and there where a group of lines running down the screen from top to bottom, I checked all the plugs and areil but they where still there NOT HAPPY. The next day I ran the warranty company that covers this Tv *******@TEMPO.ORG and was on the phone for 90 mins waiting for a someone to answer didn't happen I gave up, went to the email option was asked to send pictures of the problem, waited 3 days nothing, went for the phone line again this time 50 min was told nothing had come through ( THIS WAS A CALL CENTER N THE PHILIPINES!) was then give a case number sent everything through again has been over a week now nothing! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE NOW STUCK WITH A$1,225 LEMOM TV THAT CANNOT BE FIXED.

Farm Bureau not bargaining faithfully
July 30, 2024

We had a major rain and wind storm on 5-31-24 with damage to my barn and home. The adjuster low-balled me on the repair/replacement costs and ignored some damaged flooring and electrical tools. He bid $579 to remove large limb from my roof and a Tree Service Company bid $2,500 to do the job. After many calls to the adjuster's boss and his boss, the claims are still ongoing and unresolved 62 days later. This is called "NOT BARGAINING FAITHFULLY" and warrants double damages in court.

Use to Be the Best
March 17, 2016

Once upon a time, this site was the place to go for leaving and obtaining consumer feedback. Then it apparently got sold by the original owners and slowly started going downhill. Today, it seems very few new postings, most of the helpful commentators have split for greener pastures and overall, just seems a ghost town. What happened?

My son applied for a scholarships to Athletes USA and gave the criteria that needed to be met. He paid 2800USD. None of his requirements have been forthcoming and they refuse to credit him back the funds. In meantime USA Athletes changed to ASM Scholarships but same owners and same lack of assistance. According to google many people been taken. Cannot believe that Ernie Els is associated with this company. Dont think he has any idea of how his name is used as bait. All relevant proof available upon requests.

This morning I waited a half hour to get someone to talk to me on the phone. I gave up. I tried again. This time it is over an hour wait. CEOs at Bofa make millions while customers get $#*!. Dont tell us our calls are important, it they were important, you would hire more people I tried to make an appointment at one branch. They had no openings. One branch didnt have any thing until tomorrow. You dont allow emails like other banks do. But my spouse thinks you are wonderful. If it were up to me, I would take all my money out as soon as possible. In the meantime there is a major problem with my account, but I cant reach anyone

What happen to first come first served. If you are a FEMALE DRIVER prepare yourself with reading materials, food and a shower before you check in because you will be serviced LAST. I've watched them fix the man's truck behind me and I'm in the bay. They told him to back in and fixed his truck. Its mostly everywhere I've been. Should've voted for Hillary..

I had my Prius towed to Eddy's Toyota and asked for a diagnostic on it. After a $70 tow and $107.45 to tell me my 12 volt battery and hybrid battery are dead. I knew this!
While standing at Joe Donath, Asst Service Manager's desk, he left a copy of a customer's driver's license and information on his desk, as well a female's name and address. I told him that's a great way for identity theft. He did nothing to cover the information up. He even walked away from his desk leaving everyone's information exposed. I took a photo of his desk and close ups of everyone's information. If I can do this after warning him what he did, anyone can without saying a word!
Shame on you Eddy's Toyota for ripping people off financially and not giving a darn about assisting identity thieves.

I had a loan with capfin and I asked for a settlement amount they sent it to me I made a payment at an atm amount of *******. 50 after I made the payments they handed my account to legal e a mailed them for almost a year they refuse to clear my name or recall the money which show on my bank statement to their account please can someone assist me

We have moved from a house to an apt. Recently. We have been a city of chalotte consumer for some 28 years. I paid our house bill off on time. We just got another bill for the exact same amount yesterday. Called for clarification. I spoke to one of the RUDEST employees imaginable. Has no idea what she is talking about (a gaslighter) and then when I catch her in a lie, theres double talk get me out of trouble talk. THEN wants to know why did i call in the first place. Unbelievable conversation with an incredibly RUDE city of charlotte employee. I reported her on their website but should you encounter the same rudeness with ANY employee at that company, COMPLAIN to management.

Worst customer service
August 13, 2019

Strak Van Til in Hammond Indiana on Sibley has the worst employee working in there deli area. Kayla m. Is rude and verbally abusive when talking and handling customers in deli area. She should not be dealing with customer service with her attitude and rude service to the deli customers. She needs to be retrained or fired. Her attitude by not attending to customers is she's not gonna break her back if her other employee doesn't want to help and there short handed? Please as a customer I should not be subject to the employees work problems or abusive language from this employee!?! There are so many friendly good people who would appreciate her job! Please don't visit this location unless you care to be treated badly.

Beware of Moore Air
October 28, 2019

In June of 2018, we paid Moore Air $9,000.00 to install a Trane upper air conditioning unit. Since June, 2018 we have had numerous problems with the shotty installation- which has caused leaks from the system. The leaks have destroyed some of the interior in our home.

Moore Air promised several times, that they would repair the damage. Moore Air has been notified several times by email AND certified mail, but to this date October 28,2019- there has still been no action taken.

Moore Air will make an appointment. Then, they don't show up or at the end of the day of the appointment- they call wanting to reschedule after you waited all day. They are not professional and not trustworthy.
BEWARE OF MOORE AIR!

Advertise on the website was for a laced wig. They sent me cheap ordinary rigs. They are based in China and only refund 20% and won't pay for postage. Don't be fooled into Instagram ads/companies.

After being a faithful customer of Joey Accardi Chrysler dealership for 10 years, having purchased 4 different luxury vehicles (Chrysler 300's) for cash, The last vehicle that I purchased turned out to be a lemon.

After driving a defective vehicle for over 5 months; dozens of appointments with the Service Department; hundreds of wasted hours, I was informed three different times by the "expert servicemen" that my vehicle was in perfect working order although it continued to exhibit the same malfunctions:

1. The radio would wipe out my pre-set stations several times a day.
2. My cell phone would be unpaired from the system every day and need to be re-paired
Daily.
3. The backup camera would only work 50% of the time.
4. I was not able to return text messages by voice because the "Android Auto App" was
Never present.

After reporting the vehicle as a Lemon to Chrysler Customer Service, I was informed that because their "experts" had reported that the vehicle was in perfect working order that there was nothing that they could do for me. "Catch 22".
I sold the car out of frustration and took a great financial loss because of the depreciation.

BUYER BEWARE! Anyone who purchases a vehicle from Joey Accardi Chrysler Dealership, or any Chrysler product should be prepared to get treated like an unwanted patron even after being a faithful client.

Took my 1999 A8 Audi to Prospect Mart to put a timing belt on. It took them almost 2 months to do this and charged me $1,795.00 to do. Then when I finally got car back I had an oil leak. So took it back to get fixed. They kept the car for another month. Then when we went in to pick up The owner Neil charged me another $100.00 because he said they had to put new parts on. But by the time I got home my car was smoking from the same oil leak. So I went back Neil then comes out and says they are not working on Audi's anymore and throws a $100.00 bill on the counter. But refuses to due anything about the damage his employees have done. He tells me to go to the Auto House. If this business did not know how to work on my car they should of said that from the start. Not take my money and cause more damage to the car. I know they scammed me, because 2 employees were standing in the garage door as I was leaving with my car smoking just laughing. They should not be in business if they are allowed to do that to consumers.

Pruitt Mortuary Height

I was beneficiary of insurance policy for my best friend. I used Pruitt mortuary Height in Houston texas, she pass August 12,2018. Mr Anthony Kay, the owner came to my assist. The sad thing is she told me not to trust him. So that's why I feel really bad about using him but that wasn't up to me it was up to her children. I was just her beneficiary. He drove over 240 miles to get me to sign paper work and he made a promise for me not to worry that he would send me the balance and I was to divide the balance between the kids... it's has been 1year and 3 months. And no I haven't received anything yet. His staff promise it was being sent certified mail that was Nov 2018 and now it's almost 2020 and Mr Kay haven't been heard from since. I find it really sad that a business would just lie to you and don't send what's not theirs. Yes I have called and I have text but nope Mr Kay did not keep his word... Don't trust Mr Kay. Lies LIES LIES... I Only GAVE A. 1 BECAUSE I HAD TO BUT ITS A ZERO
