I first saw MotionVFX in a YouTube review and recommendation, then decided to go for the first product, and since then I went for more. Now I have 25.
Last ones had an issue in the titles and contacted support. They helped me and fixed the problem immediately.
Jakub (support) was very professional and help me not only with the issue but also explained what caused the problems.

I'm an experienced editor but I'm used to creating graphics from scratch for every project. That's incredibly tiring after a few years, so when I heard about this MotionVFX that creates great presets that are not only stylish but super (emphasis on the SUPER) customizable, it looked too good to be true, but I had to try it.

My experience purchasing from their website and their app has been mosly seamless. I'm not a big fan of limited hardware licenses (I know it's an industry wide thing, they just irk me) but that's about the only complaint I have. The easy to use controls, wide variety in templates, designs, animations and wide range of tools that tunes the templates to your exact taste make up for that. It also helps that it's as taxing on your computer hardware compared to MOGRTs in Premiere Pro.

I think they're a great purchaseif for anyone who wants to speed up their video editing workflow with drag and drop motion templates that allow for really precise customization and controls

I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

The have fantastic products, especially mpuppet. However, more importantly their customer support is amazing! They really do go out of their way to help and solve the issue, to them you are not a number you are a person. My plugins didn't worked in the beginning but after some dedicated help from the MotionVFX Customer Support. They work now like a Beast, good job guys.

I've been using moyionvfx for a few years now. Their products are solid and work well with my editing flow. Anytime I have issues their customer support is there to answer any questions.

I'm super satisfied of the plugin and the service, the plugin are simply amazing and very intuitive all in one place. No installation need like other plugin. Keep it like this looking forward to new amazing plugin. Would be nice to have a plugin to edit 360 footage in FCPX has there is nothing like it.

The Products are great and works fine. A few days ago i get the new macbook pro with m3 Processor. In the first moment one plugin was not compatible. But they fixed it in less than 24 hours and give me some personal support. Great!

First and foremost, MotionVFX has amazing customer service, and they take care of their customers.

MotionVFX not only has great customer service, but they make easy-to-use FCP plugins that are not cheesy but truly help you make solid edits to impress.

Some of my favorite plugins are the mTracker and their new cinestudio subscription.

I had an issue with one of the newer plugins (mReview). There seemed to be an issue with one of the link behaviors when resizing a shape. When I adjusted the width, the outline height would change and vice versa. I contacted support, they offered a possible remedy, but it did not work. They asked for a screen recording of the issue, and within a day they resolved the issue. I own dozens of their plugins because they just work, and in this case when something was not quite right, they fixed it almost immediately. I can't say enough positive things about MotionVFX. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic products which get updated regularly. If there is ever any issues or questions, simply drop the guys a message and they respond instantly and always go above and beyond to help solve any queries/issues you may have 10/10

There have been 3 revolutionary things I've experienced in my video career. The first being the transition from analog tape to DV (read: I'm old.) The second being the standards conversion from SD to HD. The most recent, my discovery of MotionVFX.

The look I can obtain now in my videos by myself rivals what I could do 5 years ago with a dedicated graphic designer. MotionVFX is the polish that turns your videos from "good" to "great."

The old adage is true of, "you get what you pay for." The initial investment might seem higher vs After Effects templates, but there's no comparison in the ease of use and the quality you can achieve.

Plus, they don't use a subscription model: so you own what you pay for.

Lastly, the management of your plugins, templates and timelines is in a dedicated Mac OS app, and has been flawless, even when Apple temporarily breaks FCPX in an update, their plugins work.

They seem like a wonderful company to support. I will continue to do so, and would advise you to do the same.

They have very good products and are always fast, kind and usefull when you need support. This is my experience.
