It was just before the weekend and I figured no one from customer support would be available. Fortunately my need for the plugin wasn't urgent so I waited until Monday. In addition to amazing products, these guys have the best customer support in the business. I am a novice in this space and Zbigniew from customer support was extremely helpful. I had trouble importing an OBJ into mO2 and he went way beyond the call of duty to ensure my file was prepared correctly.
