After being a faithful customer of Joey Accardi Chrysler dealership for 10 years, having purchased 4 different luxury vehicles (Chrysler 300's) for cash, The last vehicle that I purchased turned out to be a lemon.
After driving a defective vehicle for over 5 months; dozens of appointments with the Service Department; hundreds of wasted hours, I was informed three different times by the "expert servicemen" that my vehicle was in perfect working order although it continued to exhibit the same malfunctions:
1. The radio would wipe out my pre-set stations several times a day.
2. My cell phone would be unpaired from the system every day and need to be re-paired
Daily.
3. The backup camera would only work 50% of the time.
4. I was not able to return text messages by voice because the "Android Auto App" was
Never present.
After reporting the vehicle as a Lemon to Chrysler Customer Service, I was informed that because their "experts" had reported that the vehicle was in perfect working order that there was nothing that they could do for me. "Catch 22".
I sold the car out of frustration and took a great financial loss because of the depreciation.
BUYER BEWARE! Anyone who purchases a vehicle from Joey Accardi Chrysler Dealership, or any Chrysler product should be prepared to get treated like an unwanted patron even after being a faithful client.
