I recently bought a Hitachi 78 inch TV New from Radio Rentals at Moyarfield QLD in stalled this Tv and had it running for half an hour, I Later the next day turned it on and there where a group of lines running down the screen from top to bottom, I checked all the plugs and areil but they where still there NOT HAPPY. The next day I ran the warranty company that covers this Tv *******@TEMPO.ORG and was on the phone for 90 mins waiting for a someone to answer didn't happen I gave up, went to the email option was asked to send pictures of the problem, waited 3 days nothing, went for the phone line again this time 50 min was told nothing had come through ( THIS WAS A CALL CENTER N THE PHILIPINES!) was then give a case number sent everything through again has been over a week now nothing! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE NOW STUCK WITH A$1,225 LEMOM TV THAT CANNOT BE FIXED.
