The stuff is crap. They say orthopedic shoes. My aching feet these are not orthopedic. They are thin, poor quality, no support. They have terrible customer service and communication skills.
If you want to return they give you a bunch of crap and want to give you a pittance back and you pay the postage.
Don't order from them. It's cheap Chinese products. Yes, yet another cheap Chinese company that soaks you for less then what they advertise. It's really false advertising and a scam of a company.

DO NOT buy from this company. The shoes are junk. They don't fit. There is absolutely NO arch support. This is what they told me about getting them returned/refunded after I sent pictures of the shoes not fitting: I have raised the issue to the billing team and kindly inform that if you want to have a full refund, please return the item back to our warehouse's address at: ​Mrs. Zoe-Phone number *******055, Floor 1,95 Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Dong Da Dist, Hanoi city, Vietnam - Zipcode: *******. ​Once we get the item and check it, we will process the refund. Please note that the return shipping fee is at your expense. The charge would be high due to geographical distance, so the returning option is not our first recommendation. Then one solution is that I will try to convince our billing department to offer 10% refund right back to your account. You can keep the product and don't need to send it back to us. I trust that this deal is way much better than losing extremely high return shipping fees, isn't it?

These shoes are not orthopedic and they refuse returns. They look super cute in photos and someone has written glowing descriptions, but the quality is poor - like cardboard/plastic shoes. Save your money!

I think the pictures do the shoes justice, I got these boots that fell less of my standards, but I can't complain all the way they are comfortable for now, the shoes fit, even though you can see the left over clear glue and uneven cuts of the shoe make, the shoes have a waterproof sole, even if it seems cheaply made, I would grade them higher than costume shoes and still sellable at Walmart. I do like the zipper on the side of my shoe though. I just figured for $35 I would get higher quality shoes and paid double for 2 pairs in different colors. I could of honestly went to the mall and got a nice pair for that on sale or paid the extra 10.

Pixie's Closet tries to disguise it - but make no mistake - it's is a company in China. I tried to cancel my order less than 12 hours after purchasing but was not allowed. Shoes arrived and were cheaply made with clasps that did not work. No paperwork included in shipment No way to return merchandise. Stay away! Far Far away!

I wish I could give this zero stars. The shoes are made of paper! I couldn't even give these away with a clear conscience. I have emailed the company but received no response. Considering it took over a month to watch it being shipped snail mail from China, I don't expect much of a response. Don't buy from this company. These shoes were made in a sweat shop for sure! The picture of the green shoes are what I was "supposed" to receive. "Orthopedic genuine leather"... very sad.

If you order a size that doesn't fit or you just don't like them there are no refunds or exchanges.

I had 2 items in their cart. They sent me an email, that I would get free shipping, and the address was: 674 Alderwood Dr, Newport Beach, CA *******
But to get a refund you have to ship them to Vietnam, which cost as much as I paid for the shoes.
I've always looked up reviews, kick my self for not doing it, and thinking it was in the states, so if they didn't work I'd send them back. The make it impossible to get a refund. I am trying through PayPal, I'll let you know what happens.

As far as the shoes goes, very comfortable to begin with. My previous sneaker were very uncomfortable at the start and had to break them in, these are comfortable to begin with so they will only become more comfortable as they are broken in. Only downside for me is that the sole is a bit rigid. I'll post again after a week of use. Highly recommend! The price is unbeatable for the quality

It took them over a month to send the shoes, once I received them, the shoes were cheaply made. There was shoe glue on the back of the shoes and the material was extremely cheap. The buckles do not stay fastened and the Women's Orthopedic Casual Platform Flat Comfort Shoes, Breathable Leather Walking Shoes High Damping Soles have no structure, they do not support the foot and you slip right out because of it's design. This company is a scam, do not waste your money like I did.

Resonable sneaker for the money but as many reviewers state, these are made somewhat large. I purchased size 9 which typically fit perfect but these had at least 1/2" of space at the heel. I then purchased size 8 1/2 and fit was perfect. I should also say they are quite heavy, if that may be of importance to you.

After spending big bucks on expensive brands and always feeling somehow disappointed, my expectations for these shoes were not particularly high. With good reviews and unbeatable prices, I decided to give them a try. Saying that these shoes are comfortable is an understatement. I can use them at home and in the office to stand for hours without my feet swelling up and my lower back starting to hurt. I bought the all-black ones to give a more elegant look and wear them with all outfits (including skirts, yes). I am buying more of these and a pair for my mom.

The shoes are 100% plastic bad Quality. If you want to return. You have to pay for shiping to Vietnam which is very expensive. They only refund 20% of the full price. Don't lose money.

After placing my order, I came to read reviews about this company. So afraid at first due to many bad reviews. It took a long time shipping, but the quality probably fit its price, and Pixie customers service is pretty good. They responded to me about the tracking number and my package location. I ordered the wrong size because I didn't look at the size chart on the web and I choose the size as usual I wear. Hence, it is way too big for me. I sent them an email about this, they explained it was my mistake so I couldn't get an exchange for that. However, they still gave me a discount on the next bill. Should keep calm and try to ask them for beneficial offers for yourself.

Love these shoes! Look great with jeans! Would definitely buy more in other colors! Good value and very attractive. I'm much more concerned with ho they feel so I am more than happy. Planning to buy another pair in a different style.
