Scam all the way. Google their reviews. Terrible cheaply made STINKY shoes. Horrible customer "service". Scammers.

They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!

BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
