Scam all the way. Google their reviews. Terrible cheaply made STINKY shoes. Horrible customer "service". Scammers.

They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!

Had no problem contacting them at support@pixiecloset.com BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.

Sorry, I have the same problem. I sent them at my expense to the US address on the web page, but they are taking a journey. Got refused then sent to another PO for pickup, still there. Did get a China address but it is so long you would need a bus, no line breaks, what the heck. They are playing games, I don't know what to do if they send them back. Sizing if off & buckles are backward. I will keep the receipt & donate them if they get returned to me after their LONG JOURNEY.

It is basically a scam. They told me to mail them to Hanoi, Vietnam and they will then decide if there is something wrong. But... they add... you don't want to do this as it is very expensive so keep shoes and you get 15% back. I was afraid to do this as they would have my credit card number again. I just did a dispute and my cc company said they saw immediately it is a fraudulent company. It is all over the internet. There is a link on their website to email them. The phone number is fake. They will not talk to you. There are also fake reviews posted daily on facebook for their other products.

The only refund that they offer you is when you ship your items back to Vietnam. (even though they have a California address showing at the bottom of your email) This cost as much as the items that you payed for. They keep repeating themselves. Offer you 10% then 20% & 30% on your next order! Really? Like I want to order from them again! This company is a scam! I put 2 items in their cart, got busy. Next thing I'm getting a email back from them, offering free shipping, and an address out of California. I was lured to buy them. I am fortunate that I ordered through PayPal. I opened up a dispute through them, and got half of my money refunded with in a week or so. My mistake was only requesting refund for one pair of shoes. It was not as described,( no arch support). I figured I order the Sandals knowing that, so that was my fault. What I discovered after wearing them, was that they were so uncomfortable, because the material was not wrapped (tube like) between my toe. It was a chunk of raw cut, too long a piece of material. That's when I discovered they were plastic, again not as described ( not leather). It's not real easy to open up a dispute through PayPal on an old dispute that refunded partial and has been closed. But I am trying, so these scammers don't get away with ripping people off. I'll see what happens.and let you know.
