I would like to return 3 pairs of shoes that don't fit right. I received them yesterday use the request for return site and it won't send what I wrote

BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
