I placed an order back in June of this year and still haven't received my order. I kept emailing and all they would say is please be patient. Well, I received an email last week stating that I will receive a refund of $3.80. My order was $37.98. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DISCUSSED TO SAY THE LEAST! Found cute weathered real leather sandals the site they sent me cheep crap, that was not the same as pictured. I tried to return, they said I shouldn't return bc shipping is so costly to Vietnam. The shoes were sent from New Jersey. Their website gives a US address, nothing about Vietnam. Still working to return these shoes, but what this company is doing is very sketchy. Do not buy!

Don't waste your money. No matter what size shoes you order, they'll send you the wrong size. They make it impossible to return to Vietnam. They'll offer you a 15% discount instead on shoes that don't fit.

I'm a fan of sketcher's wedge sandals. They dress up any pair of shorts or sundress without being too dressy. I call it fancy casual. I was able to get these at a great price and know from owning several other Sketcher pairs, that are similar, I will get several season's uses out of these. The heel height is perfect, it's about 3 in the back and. 5 in the front. They are the perfect height because, I see my niece in her 20's wearing them and me, much, much older wearing them. I have walked Vegas in Sketchers like these!

The bras are pretty absolutely no sport if you have anything over a c-cup I do not recommend them. No lift at all.

I purchased these because a friend had them and I thought they looked so nice. I thought they were Italian leather sandals and was surprised when she told me they were Sketchers. I have them in 2 styles and they really help dress up an outfit. Normally I wear flip flops in the summer and these are just as comfortable but way more stylish. I highly recommend them!

Its all Garbage! A total scam and they lie about their product. They said these were orthopedic; not even close. It might be one of those evil communist sites; Beware it's evil! I wouldn't give them one star but we couldn't erase it

They are cheaply made, NOT orthotic & the straps were HUGE on me (won't fit, even with a thick pair of wool hiking socks) Yet despite the photos of the loose straps, they refused to refund, saying they only refund for damaged product. I have read several reviews about them NOT REFUNDING for damaged products either. A lesson learned the hard & expensive way.

These shoes are beautiful in person. They are super light. I wear an 8-8 1/2 and 8 is my Skechers size. They fit perfectly. I have a high arch and, while these have a little support, they could definitely use more. My feet don't slide around on the sole material even though I wore them on a super hot day. The straps did not stretch either, very comfortable, so far.

I stand and walk a lot during the day. These shoes are comfortable all day. I'm not kicking them off the minute I get home. Good comfortable loafers. These shoes are amazingly comfortable and supportive for the price. I did not expect them to fit since wide-width shoes still tend to squeeze my toes or the top of my feet but wearing these has been nothing but a pleasant experience. I bought them in a 9.5 and they are actually wide!

I purchased shoes I cannot wear. Feet vary from style of shoes. The size 8 are too big. They will not take return because they don't fit only if defective or missing something. Terrible. Waste of money. Quality is not great either once you see them.

There should be a rating option for a zero or negative digit. Pixie Closet should be totally banned for false advertising and deceit. Their deceptive practices are costing consumers and credit card companies an untold amount of money, wasted time and aggravation. They overtly lie even when faced with accurate documentation and photographs. They sent an item that was not ordered and refused any refund. I ordered one gray and one green pair of shoes. They sent one gray and one black. I followed all their refund outlines (which are an ordeal). They would not honor their own so-called policies. They blatantly lied to the credit card company when challenged. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

I never post reviews. But this has been THE WORST online purchase experience I've ever had.

The product is sub-par and reeks of chemicals. I cannot believe this company continues to scam so many people. But they don't post the honest reviews, so they will continue to scam customers, though I doubt they have any recurring customers.

They will not honor any return. This is the response I got after sending them pictures of the terrible merchandise and poor fit and quality.

"Our Fulfilment Department has checked the photos you sent. Although we sent you the right merchandise as you ordered, we still raised this case to the Fulfillment Department and kindly inform you that they agreed to a 10% refund and 20% discount for your next order at our store. We hope you could consider this option and keep the products, whether they could improve over time."

Sorry to all those customers that were scammed like I was. Definitely the worst "Made in China" product I've ever seen.

Shoes don't fit bad quality, they won't refund you. I wish I would have read this column. Not a professional company a complete scam.

I typically wear a size 8.5 or 9 regular, depending on how narrow the shoes are. My feet are a little wide, but not wide enough that I have to buy exclusively wide shoes. I first bought 8.5, and they were too long for my feet, but really comfortable and well designed apart from that. So I exchanged them for an 8 but they didn't accept that! They gave me a discount code and a partial refund, and I bought a new shoe! The design makes them stand out from your basic ballerina flat. I would definitely recommend them, but be willing to try a few sizes to find the right fit. It's great that their shoes are actually "wide" since it's so hard to find genuinely wide, comfortable shoes.

I wore these shoes for the first time today for a trip to Walmart. Upon leaving the store, the buckle broke! Additionally, the shoes are very stiff and uncomfortable. I'm sorry that I bought them!

I ordered shoes from the company as gifts. After waiting for over month the shipment arrived, but to my dismay, it was a partial shipment. The quality of their shows are terrible and the colors do not match the pictures they show. After having contacted their customer service, they had the audacity after several emails, to offer me a 10% refund and that another shipment, for the remainder is my order would be sent it once I approved, which of course I refused. I tons them that I would have my lawyer sure their company, relief then to the BBB, contact my Congressional Representative with the hope of them contacting someone in their country to inform them of their practice of misrepresenting the quality of their products and ripping off customers. I
finally received an email from them stating that they would refund me the balance for the shipment which never arrived. After waiting 15 days, the refund was put back on my credit card. I will never order anything from this company again.
