So sorry I did not read these reviews before purchasing. Worst shoes ever! I purchased two pairs. Looks nothing like the pictures. The quality looks and feels like something you would purchase at the dollar store. If you want to return, you have to pay to return to Vietnam!

They sent me the cheapest shoes Ive ever seen. Charged $61 for 2 paor, worth, max 2.00 each. WILL NOT TAKE THEM BACK. Sent me a 22 page document to my credit card company of their rules! And refused to return them. SCAM> SCAM> SCAM>< RUN RUN RUN

Sandals look very compact-even it seemed that they are small. But actually go in size. Very light, the seams are neat. A small stable platform. Although it's a hassle to choose the right size, the sandals are worth my time and monies! Recommend!
The small minus is the delivery time is a bit long. 3 weeks to get this cutie.

These shoes are not cute and not even comfortable. They do not let you return or exchange. I should have researched before buying. Poor quality shoes. I was very disappointed.

Firstly the shoes are made in Hanoi Taiwan so if your order is WRONG you have to send them back to Taiwan, big postage $ for you, NOT them. They gladly steal your money but don't take responsibility for incompetency or customer service. My order arrived with two right foot shoes!. Don't waste your money and stay away from this horrible company. You can get better shoes at Payless or K-Mart.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes according to the sizing guide. All 3 were too small and 1 was just absolutely poorly made. I requested to exchange them for the next size and after jumping through the absurd hoops they insist on for returns was denied. I now have 3 pairs of shoes that I cannot wear. Lesson learned in the future

The shoes I ordered looked like they were purchased from a gas station. The quality was laughable. I'm donating the shoes. Someone might love them for $4.00 at a thrift store. I wanted to love them as the style and color combinations are quite adorable. Item arrived a little later than expected, but that didn't bother me. These will be in a landfill in the next year I'm sure.

I got a little too excited about the sandals they had on their site, and they seemed a little pricey to me, but all orthopedics seem a little pricey to me. So, I went ahead and ordered. And then waited. And then waited some more. I went back to the site, and realized the items were shipping from China. Okay, not what I wanted, and DEFINITELY not worth U.S. prices for all the extra time I knew I'd have to wait, but the deed was done. Almost a month went by and I contacted the company as I still didn't have my items, but the asked me to wait a little longer. I did. Then I hit them back, they asked me to wait while they contacted the shippers. I did. When they came back and said they couldn't get in contact with the shipping vendors and did I want a new shipment sent out, I told them I wanted my money back. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CONVINCE THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT TO GIVE A FULL REFUND. Please take your money and go somewhere legitimate.

Never order anything from this company. The shoes are thin no padding and are not as pictured. Really ugly, not as pictured. If I could give zero rating I surely would.

I'm impressed with these black sandals. I was a little worried about the sizing, I'm an 8.5 in tennis shoes and there wasn't an in-between size. I went with a size 8 and they fit! They are adjustable which helped out a lot. Haven't had a chance to actually go out with a friend or working in them but I plan to wear them soon!

UPDATE: first time golfing where I was able to wear these. They are super comfortable and as I said above, they're adjustable. It took me a minute to get used to them, and the only minor issue I had was getting used to the triangle buckle on the inside ankle. But once my feet adjusted to them, I'm in love! These will be amazing on those hot, humid, Midwest days this summer! Highly recommend them!"

Keep away from Pixie Closet and their product! These shoe are NOT orthopedic, we have a second and a third opinions from professionals who evaluated these shoe as not being orthopedic, there is no arch or heal cup. Besides, the smell of the shoe is horrible. The shoe has no branding name on it they made from the cheapest materials, not leather as they claim! The quality of the shoe is poor (see the pictures). Their customer service refused to send a return shipping label after my multiple requests and refused to provide a contact phone number of their headquarters.

My advice is keep shopping. I ordered 4 x-large bras. I had a feeling they might be small, coming from China. Normally I wear a 38 C. Not an xtra large woman by any means.The bras came and were so tiny they might have fit a little girl. They pretend to have a refund/return policy. Turns out that only applies if they sent the wrong size or it is defective. The slap in the face is, they offer you 20% off to order more of their inaccurately sized products. Also note the difficulty in viewing the "size chart".

I ordered two sandals from pixie closet and when they arrived the quality was poor and they were not as advertised and not as shown in the picture. I emailed them immediately requesting a return as bd after three emails including that I send them a photo of the merchandise they decided not to refund me because of their policy to refund only s as free 6 hours of order. Which is completely un realistic. This is $70 that is thrown in trash.

I brought a pair of shoes, the company would not reimburse me for the shoe. They would only give me 30% because the shoes came from Thailand and would be too much money to send back. They still had these shoes which I paid with tax $37. These shoes might be worth $0.25. Supposed to be leather thinner paper, no support in the heel so they do not stay on your feet. They do not even bend so you can't even walk in them they are pure junk. Never would recommend this company to buy anything from pixie closet. Not a good company. Not sure who gave them a high rating shoes are worthless. Save your money and time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIXIE'S CLOSET. IT'S A SINGAPORE SCAM. I ordered 2 pair of shoes in my size. They do not fit. Appear to be foreign made because it is marked size "39" instead of size 8. The company will not allow me to return the shoes (unless they are damaged) and suggested I give them to a loved one. So Stupid. They won't allow returned or exchanges.
