I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs in one style and 2 pairs in another style. The Size chart for Fleek Comfy is completely inaccurate. I ordered a size 7.5 because the size chart for this style stated that it was for a foot length of 9.5". However the soles of these shoes are only 9" long.(see photo), The size chart for Casual Platform shoe. Suggests size 7.5 for a 9.25" foot. But you can see in the photo that the second style is actually LONGER than the Fleek Comfy, which says it's for a 9.5" foot! (See photo)
Also, the soles of the Fleek Comfy were described as "rubber". But they are synthetic polyurethane.
The Casual Platform shoes are described as " leather". But they are made of synthetic fiber, most likely polyurethane. They seem very flimsy & cheap quality.
I spent about $132 on this crap. I complained to the company, which actually is based in China, I think. They did offer a 30%refund; or a full refund if I would ship the shoes to Vietnam at my expense, which is absurd because the cost of shipping this bulky item half way across the world from South Carolina would be prohibitive.
This was a waste of money. The quality is so poor that I'm even embarrassed to take them to Good Will.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from this company. DO NOT BUY THESE LOUSY SHOES. And don't believe the fake reviews on their website.

I just wanted to say that this company is a SCAM! All the good reviews on here are FAKE! Do not buy from this company! PIXIE CLOSET https://www.pixiecloset.com/ They ship from Asia and it takes over a month to get. The product is a HORRIBLE quality! Cannot be used at all! Not even at home... No refund and no returns offered. They agreed to accept a return but if I ship to Singapore. And they were to pay back 20%. I WILL BE TRYING TO PUT THESE GIYS OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP! SCAMING AMERICANS WITH FLASHY PHOTOS. BEWARE! And dispute with your bank or credit card this company as a fraud. This is the best way to put them out of business if enough people report this scam.

I ordered two pair shoes from Pixie Closet for $50.00 plus. First, they immediately billed my credit card in June and didn't send the merchandise until July, a month later. Once I received the shoes, they had a really bad chemical odor and they didn't look anything like an orthorpedic shoes on the inside ( no arch support at all). They had no packing slips and no itemized receipt listing the item purchased and the cost for each item and nothing showing where they came from nor how to return them if I was dissatisfied with my purchase. So I went on the internet to locate a Pixie Closet so I could return the shoes. When I returned the shoes to what I thought was Pixie Closet, at a cost to me for $11.10 for postage, a few days later I received a phone call from Texas saying their Pixie did not sale shoes, they only sold clothing. I asked the lady to return them to me and they did. After receiving the shoes back, I received an email from someone who call themselves Pixie's Team. After sending emails back and forth to Pixie's Team several times requesting more information and pictures, I received an email from a Mrs. Zoe - Phone number *******055. - Address: 91 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Dong Da Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam - Zipcode: *******. Stating,:"Once our warehouse received and check the item is unused, we will fully refund you. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response."
I had no idea these shoes were coming from oversees. The advertisement on Facebook didn't show this information otherwise I would not have placed my order. Please don't make the same mistake I did, this is a scam. Now I am afraid to send the shoes back to another unknown address. I am going to contact the BBB about this scam. So, please, please do not buy from this business (Pixie Closet). Scammed by Pixie Closet! If I could rate Pixie Closet a zero, I would.

The product is of overall good quality and it perfectly fits. The packaging was also OK. One can use it for daily use. I noticed that this product is cheaper than the same type one t least $20. Not bat at all to try, right? Fits as expected.
Good quality rubber used. Little on the heavier side and not a very soft base. The upper strap is soft and comfortable.
Update after 3 months. I Will update the problem may have after 6-month use later. Some trouble about washing, anybody know?

Poor Quality and the complete wrong size. They didn't seem to believe me so I sent pictures of the difference in what sizer I wear and what I got. Even though the shipment came from California, the return was to go to Hanoi, Vietnam... which would have cost over $150! So the "best they could do" was offer me a 30% refund. The have you over a barrel at that point. STEER CLEAR!

I would love to give this terrible company zero stars, unfortunately that isn't an option. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, they came, they were way too big, I requested a refund, they came back first, and asked me to send a picture of my foot and measurement! What kind of BS is that? I said nope, that isn't good business practice whatsoever, they emailed me back to give me a 20% refund, I said they can do better than that, I am waiting to hear back of course! Anybody wanting to buy a product from this company, do not waste your money, the shoes are very cheap quality, cheap materials. Never ever again!

Ordered a pair of sandels. It took almost a month to get to me, they are cheap crap that smell of chemicals. Now the company wants pictures. I have little hope of getting my money back, but will contact my bank to get involved. Will also report them to BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Their advertisements are misleading and their orthopedic shoes are a joke. Their sizing is way off and there is no support at all. It's like walking on a flat concrete floor. Customer service is horrible. Emailed about returning and offered a 10% refund so $3.50. Hopefully no one else will be scammed by this company

I out of impulse bought their orthopedic sneaker type sandals they had a lot of colors the shoes look cute on the models and I believe in the fake reviews bought 2 shoes $35 each to get free shipping size 11 however when they arrive I tried it on and it does not fit as well it look very cheap for the price I could have gotten this at rainbow for $10-12 I have made a request for refund explaining this to customer service got a response that they need additional pictures with the size listed knowing damn well the shoes does not have size on it had write a bad review on their website a few days ago and guess what they did delete that as well all reviews this is not a legit website please don't buy from them but locally a least if the product not right you can return it and speak to a actual person I lost out of $63 for cheap poor quality shoes that should have been half the price.

Shoes are poor quality, smell awful, and run small. When asked for return and return, was told that if the product was not defective or damaged then no returns. Buyer Beware!

I received the sandals in just 10 days! It's great with delivery times like that. However, it was my first time using such a shoe, and I didn't know how to fasten the shoes. I felt a bit silly and decided to ask them via email. They sent me a very detailed and easy-to-follow video clip. I've been wearing them for over a month and have had no problems, amazing! They should include a video on the website so that customers can easily refer to it!

I am sorry to say that I was taken in by the advertising from this company and ordered a pair of shoes. When I realized what bad reviews the company received on this and many other sites, I tried to cancel--but their "email was down" and they could not be reached. I tried to cancel with Paypal, but they were no help--it was out of their control, I suppose. When the shoes finally arrived, they were absolutely unwearable--they are made of shoddy materials ( For example, what appears to be cork in the photos on their website is just a piece of cheap looking printed plastic.) and the workmanship is very poor, they are not even close to being true to size, and the sole appears to be just a piece of hard plastic.

It is obvious that Pixie Closet is a scam operation; they do not respond to emails and their product is worse than shoddy--it is a joke!

These are scam artists. Buy at your own risk. The merchandise is poor quality. The return policy is convoluted and shady. You will not get your money back. The sizing runs small. The colors are not true.(See image. These shoes are supposed to be red. They are pink.) They mail you merchandise from California, but want you to return it to Vietnam. Better yet, keep it and they will only charge you 30%. You just bought totally unusable merchandise. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a pair of sandals that claimed to be orthopedic, and a size 8 (UK 39). They are way too big on me. I contacted PixieCloset via email (cause that's the only way to contact them) and was told I needed to "measure my feet", and send them pictures of the item I received showing the size, and the packaging it came in. They had to prove it was actually their product.
I sent the images (refused to measure my feet), and was told sorry they sent me the correct product and don't do refunds unless they send the wrong item, or it's damaged. They offered me 10% refund and 20% off my next order.
I'm out $43. I don't want their $4.30 refund and I will NEVER shop with them again.

Very nice sandals but smaller than I thought even though I measured them. The foot slips down a bit.
I'm a bit annoyed because they don't show the size chart in a conspicuous place, the size chart is very far below the product. Although the shoes I received were beautiful, soft, and lightweight, they don't fit. Hope they pay attention to the way it is presented on the website to make it more convenient for customers.

I was looking forward shoes with arch support. I saw the add for orthopedic shoes with great support. I ordered three pairs (my first mistake) thinking they would actually have ‘some' support. All three pairs came; one was too small, one had buckles that didn't work and the third pair was fine if you like cheap looking shoes. NONE of them had one bit of arch support! All inner soles were completely flat. Did I mention they are supposed to be orthopedic? I contacted the company and they refuse to take back the pair that is too small and the dysfunctional pair as well. What reputable company refuses returns? The materials are cheap and not at all as advertised. Buyer beware!

I ordered shoes supposedly made from leather and orthopedic. None of that is true, they are as cheap so, I returned them and they said they won't return my money or the shoes. They are just crooks hiding behind a computer!

Received smelly shoes that looked like they were made out of card board. No packing slip. They said, send back at your own risk. No guarantee you'll get a refund. We will give you a 10% refund and a 20% discount on future purchase. They said keep the product. Maybe it will work out later. I threw them in the trash. Junk.

I think I will throw a ton of trash when the first time I received 3 pairs of shoes that I ordered from Pixie. These shoes look cute and have an attractive design however, I am a 6 1/2 in heels and 7 in sneakers but when the shoes with size 6 are put on, y feet, it makes me feel uncomfortable. Just a bit, but it is still uncomfortable. Instead of wasting my money and time, I try them on a few days but after the second week, they were sooooo comfortable. Humm, I will test the durability of this shoe and will come back to share my feedback

These are cute! I wore these on a summer trip overseas, and loved them. I have wide feet, so they were a little tight and I did get blisters at first. Sometimes I felt that the black color absorbed the sun and made my feet hotter, but mostly I didn't really notice that--and they will be great in winter. I love that they are comfy like sneakers but don't look like sneakers. Love the memory foam inserts!
