BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISING: shoes NOT orthopedic NOT leather cheap and toxic smelling! A sneaky scam!

Tip for consumers:

BUYER BEWARE. This is a scammy site. Business is not registered with better business bureau, but use the BBB logo (also Trusted Store, McAfee, Norton and VeriSign) to create a false sense of trust. They show trade marks on their orthopedic shoes but these not registered with USPTO. Shoes have cheap in-soles yes, but no built in support. NOT ORTHOPEDIC. They ship the shoes from Los Angeles but demand you return them to China if you want a refund. Customer service is awful. DO NOT BUY!

Shoes Not as described rip off company read the emails below and you will never buy from them!

Clearly you are not looking at the pictures of the non-Orthopedic shoes, that I sent you, look again. I bought Orthopedic shoes as described by your web site, not flat shoes. Also the shoes were received from a address near New York not Viet Nam? Capital One will be in contact as we have ask that the charges be reversed due to "not as described".

Besides, I have checked all your photos but could not find any defect, damage, wrong or not as described feature. Out of this, we have provided you with the return address but we have not received any return shipping document from you. We have raised this case to the Fulfillment Department and kindly inform you that they agreed to a 20% refund and 20% discount for your next order at our store. And you can keep the shoes and don't have to send them back to us. Please accept my apology if we were not able to get the refund as you expected but as much as we wanna help we have to follow my company policy. As you know, when you return the items, the shipping fee will be at your own expense and shipping contains many risks as well, hence we hope you could consider this option.
