Please do not buy. Quality is cheap. Waste of money. NO refunds. And definitely not orthopedic as they claim..

I order two pairs of shoes from them. They were too small and it stated they ran true to size. Plus, the material is about as cheap as you could get. I will not be returning them, because I know the return policy for these kinds of companies. I will donate them to Salvation Army.

The took way too long to get here, once they cam they were not the right color. I ordered blue which in the picture looked like denim color. That's not what I got and most importantly, they smelled wicked bad.
They were not soft, they were stiff. Not at all worth the money and the refund policy is a joke. You can only get refunded once they receive them and only if they decide you deserve it. Lousy, don't waste your money.

If you give a negative review on THEIR website, it doesn't show up! I wish I had looked here first! The shoes (I ordered two pair) do NOT fit. My foot hangs of the edge width-wise. Because they sent the "proper" size length-wise. I am SOL! They do not have a width scale to use. Most companies are happy to refund if something doesn't work for their customers. Even if I didn't like the shoe. (Which I do not). No special orthopedic arch support design with these. Plain, flat bottoms. FYI

Purchased size 8 based on Euro size 39. Arrived a full size too small. Requested a return, but denied because was told they shipped what I ordered. So what, they don't fit, and are falsely advertising incorrect US to Euro sizes. Shoes are cheaply made and smell if toxic chemicals. Do not order from this company! They are big time scammers and should be put out of business. They probably hire people to do the positive reviews. Buyer beware. Look at the percentage of negative to positive reviews.

My complaint is similar to most others. Ordered a pair of sandals. When the shoes were delivered, they were in a plastic bag, had a terrible chemical odor, and were too small. I threw them in the trash. Wont be ordering from them again, and will stick with known, reliable department stores websites.

This is a disreputable company. Be careful the return policy is unfair and costly to the consumer!

Please do not buy from this company! I wish I had done my research before my purchase! I tried to get a refund, because the shoes were defective, and they wanted pictures of the shoes, shipping label, and the size of the shoe (which is not marked on the shoes). Then they offered me 30% refund, 20% off my next purchase (never), and I have to pay return shipping costs! I'll have to take the loss on this one, throw the shoes in the trash, and READ REVIEWS in the future! Just terrible!

Ordered shoes, made very cheaply, did not fit properly. Smelled horrible. Responded when inquiring about a return, would not accept return. Offered 10% off a $35.00 purchase price and coupon for 20% off next purchase. Why would I purchase another shoddy product from this company? The company is a RIP off. Why would Google even let them advertise if all it does is make very unhappy customers? I would not even give one star but I had to rate them to be heard. Don't buy from them unless you want to unhappy and disappointed. Read all the bad reviews, I wish I had...

I received the shoes and they are too narrow. I followed their instructions and they will not return my new shoes or even exchange them and they are still new, they have not been worn. Bad customer service and return policy.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I ordered two pair of shoes for my wife. The quality of them were terrible. Not worth nearly $60 I paid for them. They would not take them back. And they offered me a partial refund of 20% and an offer of 20% off of a future order. Yeah, right, as if that's going to happen. They promised my refund in 7 to 10 days. It has now been over two weeks and nothing! This company, to me, is nothing more than a con artist. They sell junk, and don't stand behind their products! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!

Shoes have hard impact under heels. Upper soles should fit smoothly, but are weirdly bunched up. The SEND button does not even work for attempts to reach Pixie Cliset about returns! PC only accepts damaged or faulty shoes (Ha! You cant even reach them to file a complaint.) Very brief return window. Company has NO IDENTIFYING printed material on shipping label, and no printed info inside shipping bag. Coincidence? I think not. Entire experience was sneaky, shoddy business.

I had to pick one star, but they don't even deserve that. This is most assuredly a scam. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day. Needed shoes to help with the pain. Searched orthopedic shoes, got this. Pictures were amazing. Also a big fat lie. Got these shoes and they are like plastic bricks with fabric sewn on top. Can't even wear them. Also, they smell of some sort of radioactive chemical. I feel like a schmuck! $125! Do you know how long it takes a teacher to make $125!? DON'T BE LIKE ME. BE SMART! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and when they were shipped, the buckles were defective and the shoes wouldn't stay on securely. I contacted the company and they offered less than a 30% credit on my next purchase. When I said this was unacceptable, he/she wrote back stating I could return but since their CA office has "conveniently closed" (by the way, the shipping label came from CA) and I would have to return it to Vietnam. The owner stated the cost to return is "very expensive" and therefore they offered again the credit towards my next purchase.
I pray potential customers will read these reviews since there is only 1 positive rating from this company. Buyers, BEWARE, this company is a SCAM! I never received a my money back and was offered what you see below.

I ordered two pairs of sandals with bows on them! When I got them & put them on, it felt like walking on a piece of cardboard! I immediately emailed them & asked how I could return the shoes? They responded saying they needed a picture of my packing slip & of the shoes? I did this & then they responded saying I would have to pay for the shipping back to them(of course!). However, they then indicated they would then refund me only 15% of the amount I had paid them! I would probably pay more to return them, then they would refund me! I guess I will donate them to charity & consider it an expensive lesson!

Junk would not even pay $5.00 a pair. Scam DO NOT buy from this company. Don't expect a refund if you do. Smell like chemicals

They put nice pictures on a internet, even provide reasonable return policy. But once I received those " most comfortable shoes on a foam and realized what a horrible quality this is, I tried to return it. At first I was immediately told that there is no refund since I did not contacted them on time. When I confronted that I reached out in a 24 hours, they start play a different game: you hav est return in to Vietnam and since shipping will be to expensive for you, we offer you to refund 30%. The funny part is that their shipping coming from NY but they refused to do so.
Now for the product: it was supposed to be foam based soft sandals, but all what they used was an eggs carton and so cheaply that I could only put it to trash.

I ordered shoes. "Genuine leather," they said. Nope, they were junk, and they reek of chemicals. They only offered me a 20% refund plus they will give me an additional 20% off a future purchase! With a veiled threat that if I returned it, " the shipping fee will be at your own expense and shipping contains many risks as well, hence we hope you could consider this option." I will never order off of FaceBook again.
