Although it appears there are US distribution centers in Delaware and California, all interactions occur through an office in Vietnam Nam. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals. One was listed as breathable leather. [brown shoe]There's nothing made of natural fibers; the upper portion is synthetic and is marred before even wearing [black shoe]. The metal trim is of low quality and is discolored and there is glue and ink that visibly shows on the upper portion of the shoes. There was no packing slip enclosed so I contacted the company about a refund. I was told that I could have 25% off my next purchase. What sane person would buy additional products given the poor quality of the first shipment? Wish I could give 0 stars.
Horrible service and you can not return item nor get refunds for your purchases. I brought shoes that was suppose to be size 11 and they run small I wanted to return them and the would not.
I don't know how to begin because this will take forever. Long story short. I was charged twice for two orders of the same thing. One payment from Klarna and the other from my account.
They said they shipped one order. When I tried to track it, it was delivered somewhere over the horizon. They then said they cancelled one order and refunded me 70%. Mind you, they still have an authorization for payment at Klarna as Klarna paused the payment and they were also paid in full from my account.
Just a pack of thieves.
Worse shoes I've ever order. Way too small. Horrible quality. The company makes you go through an extensive process to show they are too small and then at the end of the day won't accept returns. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
After getting a helpful vote email notification, I clicked and saw pixiecloset has average review scores, which surprised me. There were actually only ten reviews, so I read through them, and if you're thinking of doing business with them, I would encourage you to do the same. The couple of positive reviews are obviously fake. I'm surprised sitejabber posted them. This company is scamming people and they are writing fraudulent reviews and even saying not to trust negative ones. My only reason for posting this review is I hate it when people lie and steal and cheat others. If this review protects just one person, it's worth it. Those who run pixie closet should be ashamed of themselves and either shut down or change their practices and product to earn the trust of their customers.

Do not trust this company. They are very sneaky— advertising strategically. In my case, I searched for "most comfortable sandals" and clicked on a Good Housekeeping article with 15 Most Comfortable Sandals of 2021. The article included pictures and links, and Pixie Closet's advertisement was included in the list so that it appeared to be one of the 15. Super cute shoes and when I clicked, I found even more cute shoes. I had been shopping the day before and had seen sandals marked at 1/2 off, making them around $30-35, so when I saw the same prices at Pixie Closet, I got excited. They had great info about orthotics and comfort— all great selling points. The "order now" time limit should have been a sign NOt to trust them, but I assumed they only had a limited stock at that price. So I placed the order.
Almost immediately I received a confirmation email that stated it would be up to ten days before they began production, and then to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery! Summer would be halfway over by then, plus, I would be way out of the threshold of returning them. So I replied to the email: "Please cancel."
I called my CC company and they said unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to help. Thankfully, I used PayPal! I called them, and they filed a dispute.
Then Pixie closet emailed and said they understood I wanted to cancel, but because I had already filed a dispute with PayPal, they would not be able to refund. But if I would cancel the dispute with PayPal, they would refund, less a 30% processing fee! Over $55 when I literally tried to cancel moments after placing the order! Knowing PayPal was also working on it, I ignored and got a second email saying that because I had not canceled the dispute with PayPal, they would send my order anyway!
I called PayPal again and they told me to ignore any correspondence from the seller. I later heard from PayPal that they have resolved my case in my favor and are refunding the full amount.
The shoes I received were shoved in a tiny plastic bag In an envelope, no box, no receipt. They smelled SO strongly of toxic chemicals I couldn't even leave it in my office. They are cheap plastic bottoms with a knit top that would not fit anyone whose feet don't resemble watermelons. (PS there is NO leather in my shoes) When I emailed them I got this back:
"Moreover, As our products are 100% new so the smell is normally. Hence, You can eliminate the smell by using odor-reducing, germ-killing sprays or you can wash it with some lime to get rid of this smell and after few days, this smell will be gone."
They offered a 20% refund if I kept the shoes using the excuse that I would have to pay for return shipping to VIET NAM which would cost way more than I spent on the shoes. Freaking scammers. There are horrible reviews posted all over the internet. Don't order from this company! You will regret it.
I received a torn shoe and a wrongly sized shoe. After sending pictures of the torn shoe and proof their 41 sized shoe was actually a 42 as measured by a shoemaker and compared to reputable brands they refused a refund saying the shoes were as ordered. I did not order ripped shoes or mis-sized shoes. Obvious intend to deceive and defraud.
My 91 year old mother purchased two pairs of shoes. They were very small for her normal size. She emailed them right away as they have strict rules and timing for returns. They offered her 15% back! What? What company doesn't offer full refunds for products that don't fit? They also offered 20% off a future purchase. That won't happen. Do NOT buy from this company that takes advantage of customers. This is awful!
Falsely advertise products sold on their online store. They are welcome to do business online but have to be truthful for what they are selling. Claimed their shoes have Arch-Support, Orthopedic functions, but - NO, NO, NO, nothing like that is with their shoes. Then asked to return merchandise to VIETNAM, on our expense, after someone in VIETNAM receive the return they will then refund. Costs a lot to ship to VIETNAM and return might never get there or they would claim it never arrived.

The pictures and descriptions were great, I thought I would be purchasing quality items. WRONG!
I purchased sandals, and walking shoes. Neither fit, they were made of extremely poor quality material. There were no identifying marks to indicate a size, they smelled terrible and I got a slight rash on the top of my feet after trying them on.
I followed their refund policy, I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund. The response I received was "I will try to convince our billing department to offer 10% refund right back to your account." Or I pay the shipping costs to return them. Do not utilize this business.
Answer: Email only. Customer satisfaction is not important to this company. You will take the loss.
Answer: Scam all the way. Google their reviews. Terrible cheaply made STINKY shoes. Horrible customer "service". Scammers.
Answer: They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!
Answer: Had no problem contacting them at support@pixiecloset.com BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
