Don't waste your money. I purchased two pair of shoes from this company. They were awful and did not fit. After sending the company pictures and foot drawings, they said I couldn't return them. They would give me a 5% refund and a discount coupon for future purchase. I said I would not purchase from them again and I wanted to return them. They then said I would have to return them to China which would cost too much money but they would give me a 10% refund. I said I would return them to the address from which they came in California, but they said that was not a receiving facility. What a joke. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I gave the shoes to the local thrift store.
Absolutely the pits. We are talking seriously poor quality products. I ordered a pair of the cute orthopedic looking shoes like I have seen others and found that they were made from childhood art class fabric, and so stiff that you cannot put them on and walk with them because the buckle is not even real. I also ordered a seamless bra that was nothing but full of seams. The company offered to refund me 30% and I said that's not good enough for the crap they sent me. So I disputed it with the credit card company and now I need to mention that MasterCard Aviator at first accepted and refunded my money, and then Pixie Closet refuted that the items were delivered as described, The items were cjarged back to me! So of course I need to bash pixie closet, but also aviator MasterCard which I no longer have. Customer first. This was out and out fraud. Avoid this nonsense by reading these reviews. I will write it off to charity. I don't even know whether anyone in a thrift store would buy this stuff. It is so, so bad. Lesson learned.
I purchased shoes that claimed to be comfortable shoes designed by orthopedics. This is a sham Chinese company. They sent me shoes that were too small in length and 2x the width of my feet. When I contacted them, they took 2 weeks to reply. I contacted them again and after a month after my original inquiry, they sent me an email asking me to take photo documentation including measuring my feet. They never responded and I resent the email only to finally hear back from them that they never heard from me and closed my case and refused to refund my money for defective products. Again, this is a Chinese company who will not refund your money. DO NOT PURCHASE!
Don't buy from this company! My shoes squeak so bad I'm embarrassed to wear them and they were too small in the first place but they charge huge fees to return and I don't trust that I will get my money back so I'm just chalking it up to experience! The link in my order confirmation doesn't even work anymore so it is fishy all around!
I ordered shoes from this company without looking at reviews. I wish I had. The shoes slip off my heal with every step and I have them as tight as they go. I end up stepping on the fabric of the heal and am worried the thin material will rip if I continue to walk in them. They smell so terrible like chemicals I have to keep them in a bag. When I contacted them company asking to return them they only offered a 5 percent refund and 30 percent off my next purchase. I will never buy from them again.
Ordered size 8. They fit like size 9. Company wouldnt accept return, unless damaged. I took 5 emails to finally get reply. Sent copy of shipping label twice.
I ordered two pair of shoes from this company. I typically take a size 8.5 so I ordered a pair of 8.5 and size 9. Neither one of them fit. I attempted to return them and you have to email the company. After two weeks I received an email that I had to send multiple pictures. I did this as well. I received a response that I can return them and I will get 3% back of what I payed. The shoes are new, package intact and they will not give me my money back! Very disappointed. Do not buy from this company. I am shocked that you can not return items.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are terrible with the Customer Service. The shoes did not fit and I requested a refund and the emails are still going on negotiating with me to have discounts on price that was already billed. Then finally they wanted me to send the shoes back to China at my expense when on the package the return address was in NY. I finally contacted my credit card company to review and hold payment on this purchase. AR
I ordered two pair of orthopedic sandals. They are not orthopedic. And materials they are made from are extremely cheap. I tried 3 different ways to contact them for return. Too late per their return policy. Don't waste your $$
I ordered over 200 worth of stuff between bras and shoes. The bras do not fit right and the shoes hurt my feet bad. There's nothing orthopedic about them! They wouldn't give a refund because of their strict policies. The product is what I ordered and there's no damage to them so they told me they couldn't refund for them. Then in the end. They offered me a 20% discount. Figured it was better than nothing. It's been over 15 business days. I emailed them letting them know I have not received that refund as promised. The emailed back letting me know they're deeply sorry. But that I would not be getting that refund and that they have to follow their store policies. This stuff is garbage and I do not recommend this company for anything. There is no customer satisfaction and nothing is guaranteed. I'm so disappointed. I expected more from people than this. Thieves.
Little do we know that if we want to return something we don't return it to the shipping location in New York or wherever yours might have come from they wanted me to return the item to Vietnam. Not cool. Took me over a year of fighting this.
I purchased two pairs of shoes from Pixie Closet because they advertised the shoes were designed to help relieve plantar facetious. Well, I am sorry to say the shoes are cheaply constructed and the sizes are not accurate. Additionally, they refused my request for a refund because they saw no error on their end. I responded that the shoes hurt my feet rather than help. Please stay away from this company and all the others associated with it. I'm so disappointed that what the picture shows is not what you receive. I feel like I've been scammed.
I have never dealt with a company who will not let you return a pair of shoes. I will never order from this company again. Horrible. No stars
Consumer beware! This company is a scam and the product is not even satisfactory. The shoe was not leather and it is a cheap material that they are claiming to be leather. There was a staple sticking right out of the sole of the shoe or I could not even wear the product. I paid $44, and the product is worth about four dollars. Think twice about ordering from this company as they are definitely not a legitimate USA company
Items were not as advertised, with shoes arriving smelling of paint and glue. Claimed to be orthopedic, but more like wearing paper. Horrible customer service, with them refusing to refund anything more than 10% despite policy. Avoid at all costs!

This company should NOT be allowed to do business in the US! They are in the business of taking your money. There is no way to cancel your order on the website even if it is minutes after ordering. You have to contact them via email and wait for days. Then they charge you 30% of your order cost for the management that it requires to cancel! FRAUDS!
Do not purchase. I have seen their posts for the #1 orthopedic recommended shoe for people with bunions. I purchased 5 pair of shoes and reached out within 12 hours of receiving two of the 5 pair of shoes to start the return process. I never did receive the order for the other three pair I ordered. I received another email from Pixie requesting photos of the shoes and packaging which I sent. I received a response that their product team determined they would not accept the return since the shoes were not "defective" and the shoe size I ordered is what was sent. Their return policy does not state they only return defective or incorrect size shoes shipped. They do not stand behind their products or their orders. I would strongly recommend NOT to purchase from this company. I have started a dispute with my credit card company.
I ordered two pair of shoes assuming they were truly orthopedic with arch support and were leather as advertised. The sizing reflected American shoe sizes. One pair came size 37 (too small for me) the other one was a 38 (too big for me). The shoes are all glued together, with glue spilling out on the sides. And NOT leather - I contacted them for a return (which their website says they keep 30% for restocking) well what am I going to do with two pair of shoes I can't wear? Their answer is "no refund unless I can prove there is a defect with the shoes". I need to measure my feet, etc etc and send it back. So now I've spent $70.00 on shoes I can't wear... very disappointed and feel their advertising is deceptive. This company is international so I'm guessing there is nothing I can legally do to get my money refunded.
I saw what was advertised as "orthopedic shoes" with memory foam insoles.
They looked cute and comfortable--just what I needed.
Ordered size 7 1/2 based on their size chart--I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2 wide width.
Because of the width, they recommended ordering a 1/2 size up.
I received a crumpled up mess--the shoes arrived shrink wrapped and have a chemical odor.
They are European size 39, which is US size 8.
They do not fit, and company is unresponsive.
Save your money, time, and hassle.
Buy elsewhere.

Answer: They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!
Answer: Had no problem contacting them at support@pixiecloset.com BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
