I ordered 4 pair. Two came in the wrong sizes. And all are very poor quality. Not impressed. If I could give no stars I would.

I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes. They were beautiful. But only one pair actually fitted. I've asked for return label to send them back and I was going to order some more. Well they doesn't give full refund. I was so disappointed. I like to shop different places with unique items. I had already bought vacation clothes to match these shoes. Well nothing I can do I'm stuck. I hope their policy get better. Never again Pixie
I work too hard for my money.

The strap on the top is too big and the sole too small. Dollar store quality at department store prices. Horrible customer service! They offered 10% on my next purchase even though their site offers a full refund. They want YOU to pay to ship it back to China! Why would I want anything else from them? I can't even give away what I paid for.

The idea of having a special orthotic inserted inside of Santa sounded like a great idea. It seemed like good reviews. I have a small foot that's narrow so I had to make a hole in the strap so it would fit me. And the first time I put it on the strap connected to the shoe broke. I can't return it because I've altered it and they only give you 10 days from the day you receive it to return. So now what am I supposed to do? I can't return the product and it was awful anyway. Plus there's a big scene inside where the heel would go. I'm so disappointed with this product and I need it for plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. So now what do I do with it? So disappointed

Cheap quality with horrible chemical smell. Would not ware if they were the last pair of shoes on the earth, barefoot would be better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PIXIE CLOSET. Customer service is a joke. I bought two pairs of shoes from Pixie Closet. They flip flop on my feet; the soles are so stiff it is like walking with a piece of board attached to my feet. The ankle straps are so loose. I sent them an email requesting a refund, and they sent back an email that they can not honor a refund because they fit my feet. What company will not refund your money if you are very dissatisfied with their product? I wish I had read the reviews; I would not have ordered from this joke of a company.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be orthopedic as I have bad feet, and require arch support in shoes. Received these POS shoes that are clearly not orthopedic. They infant would make my feet worse if I wore them. Not to mention they are way too big for the size I ordered. I reaches out for a refund as the website states they have a 10 day refund policy. At first they offered me 10% refund. I threatened to report them as their shoes are falsely advertised as orthopedic and told them I would reveal them as fraud. I then received an offer for 20% refund and keep the shoes or return the shoes for 100% refund at my own expense to pay shipping. Which, shipping even 1lb to China, is stupid expensive. So, I settled with the 20% refund. Now I'm stuck with these shoes that dont even fit, so I wouldn't be able to put insoles in them if I wanted. Absolute B. S. Now I'm writing this review and posting it so someone else looking for some good orthopedic shoes for a lower price won't make the same mistake.

They shouldn't even get a one star. Waited forever to get product and way to big. They will only give me 5 percent refund…never heard of that. MADE IN CHINA! Don't buy.

Waited about a month for the cheapest looking sandals that were nothing like the picture. No size even on them anywhere and they certainly weren't 7 1/2. I paid 75.00 for 2 cheap pair of sandals. Will not ever order anything again.

I wish I had looked at reviews other than on Pixie Closets website. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Dumb. Should have started with 1. They were supposed to be orthopedically made slip-on sneakers. They are completely made of rubber. When I opened the package it smelled like I was at Firestone Tires. There was nothing good about the shoes. And I spent over $50. Then I learned that they only offer a refund if they made a mistake in fulfilling the order. It doesn't matter if you don't like them. They generously offered a 10% refund, but others in here said they never saw the refund. And they don't even want the shoes back because they're such garbage. I have to live and learn. You can learn from my mistake!

I ordered three pair of shoes from this company and the materials were awful very cheap also the shoes were too small they sent one pair that I didn't order when I contacted them to let them know that the shoes were too small and I didn't like the materials they refused to give me a refund they refused to send me a return label they are trying their best to make me keep the merchandise that I cannot wear I'm very disappointed in this company and I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from them. They are also making me pay for the return of their unwanted merchandise!

I ordered a pair of shoes on line. They don't fit. So I want to return them. Except to do so, I have to draw my foot, and take pictures and take measurements of the foot outline, with a ruler. Then explain the issue—THEY DONT FIT. And this is just to receive return instructions on how to return them.
I will NEVER buy from Pixie Closet again. So many better online shoe stores where if it doesn't fit, you return it. Pixie Closet scams you into just giving up on the return.

Company pixiecloset will not give me a full refund. I did everything they asked me to do regarding returning both pairs of shoes. The response I got. I have to pay for the return to China. They are not responsible if the shoes don't get there. They did stated it will be a higher cost to return to China. Now I have to two pairs of shoes. One to small and the other one shoe bigger than the other. They won't do a change. I will try to get legal advice regarding this matter. Please don't order from this company pixiecloset. You will only loss money.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit correctly! Requested a refund and was denied! I don't believe these shoes are true to size! They were extremely narrow and there is no way I could have known in advanced they wouldn't fit correctly! I have never been denied a return from a purchase on the internet! Unbelievable! Avoid this company at all cost! Shysters!

Laughable… inferior products and horrendous service. Sandals came folded over …permanent creases. Wouldn't allow a return

I ordered a pair of "orthopedic shoes" that were cheap, uncomfortable and reeked of chemicals. I requested a refund and they offered me 10% back and a 10% credit towards another purchase... what a crummy business model. Keep your $4.

Horrible people to do business with. Very CHEAP and crummy shoes. The fit isn't right and they flop off your feet when trying to walk in them. Very flimsy and awful. Will not take returns or issue refunds. If you buy from them - YOU LOSE!

Most Definitely a SCAM
I regret buying shoes from Pixiecloset.com, they did not fit properly, and they are not orthopedic shoes. Their return policy is very unreasonable, it is impossible to make a return. They ask to submit a return approval within 10 days of receiving the merchandise, if approved they ask to return the items to China at your own expense which in my case the postage was greater than the cost of the shoes, and of course they know this, so they suggested to keep the shoes and they will issue me a 10% credit which after 3 months I'm still waiting for. Buying from this place is an absolute waste of time and money.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that are supposedly "orthopedic". They are cheap vinyl. The chemical odor coming from the shoes when I opened the package was so horrible, my throat & nose were burning for more than 3 hours. I put the shoes immediately back in the package & placed them in my garage. I contacted the company via email and over a week of several emails I was told the shoes are not defective and they will not refund my money or take the shoes back. They offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase. What a joke! The shoes will be going in the trash and I'm out $66. Do not waste your money on this company.
