I ordered 2 pairs of size 7 shoes. When they arrived, one pair was marked size 38 and one pair was marked size 36. I contacted customer service and sent them photos of both pairs (one an inch longer). The size 36 pair which obviously not a size 7. They responded: "According to our size information of the shoes, each of our products has a particular size chart. Besides, each shoe type has its own fitness level so the shoes you received may not be as you expected." How ridiculous.
My wife ordered two pairs of size 9 shoes, the shoes that were delivered were a size 9 1/2 and 9 3/4. We requested an exchange they insisted they were a size nine we provided proof they were not and they still refused to exchange. After a number of e-mails they said that we could ship the shoes back to them at our expense to China and they would give us a 10% credit. After protests they have increased the return to 20% and now 100% but we must ship the shoes back at our expense which is half of the cost. This is out and out unethical behavior. They ship defective products and refuse to accept any liability and they expect us to pay shipping from the US to China. On their website they list a USA address. I have spoken to the people at that business and they stated they have nothing to do them and have requested they remove their address and contact information to no avail. This clearly shows a continued deceptive actions by this company. I have found that this company is using a Singapore address that is just a desk rental or virtual desk and they are not located in Singapore. They are engaged in the false information with an address in the United States and Singapore. This is being done to hide their criminal activity. I am reporting this to the Singapore police. I urge everyone harmed by these crooks to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Lets get the US to bar them from exporting to the US. If you purchased form them using a credit card, call your card company and have them reverse the charges. If you were thinking of buying from them – don't.

Total misrepresentation of the product these shoes have zero flexibility to the soles they are like walking on blocks your feet slip out of them with every step the company refuses to do a complete refund they will only give a 10% off total price and you can keep the worthless shoes that you cannot wear. This company should be terminated immediately they are thieves
There is nothing simple or easy about products from Pixie Closet. Advertising is misleading. Purchased a bra from their site and it's impossible to put on and take off. No returns! Avoid!

I purchased their orthopedic shoes and was disappointed to discover that not only are they made of really crappy materials that will not last but they are far too narrow. The orthopedic shoes will actually hurt your feet! They don't want to return them but they were happy to offer me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase of crappy shoes that don't fit.
I received two pairs of shoes that were too big for me. I contacted them within the time frame that the return policy indicates. I was asked to send pictures of my packaging, the shoes, and a picture of my foot measured alongside a tape measure within three days of receiving their email. I was told that they would only return 10% of my money and 10% off the next purchase. Ridiculous return policy. I am now stuck with two pairs of oversize shoes. They are slow to respond to my emails as well. I would surely not do business with them again.
I should have looked at reviews first; I just thought the shoes were so cute I just ordered. They are horrible! Very sloppily made (glue visible where the sole comes together with the body of the shoe). The sole is flat and so firm that it does not flex when you walk. It feels like walking on wooden boards. Additonally, there is a very funky buckle that I cannot figure out how to use! The shoes are not a comfortable fit on my feet and normally, I would just return for not being satisfired. BUT, Pixie will not accept them back because they sent the right size. Apparently, that is the only criteria. They do not stand behind their product or customersatisfaction. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company that IS concerned with customer satisfaction.
I am so ashamed of myself for having fallen for their deception. I have so many problems with my feet I should have known these shoes would be too good to be true. The first pair wasn't too bad except they sliding off my feet. I can't hold them on my feet. Cute but not usable. The other pair are ridiculously too big by at least 3 sizes. The picture looks like a cute canvas shoe with a cork style bottom. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Like the other shoes they too are a foam-type substance and very slick. No canvas no cork. So fake as compared to the picture. Very disappointed with the purchase and with myself.
I seldom do reviews but this company is so bad I felt obligated to share my experience. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Both size 8.5. The shoes arrived but were two different sizes. The quality of the shoes were very poor. They were advertised as leather... they were not leather. The shoes were mailed in a bag, no box, so the shoes were crushed on arrival. Pixie Closet made the error. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I tried to return them and get a refund, but was sent the following email:

I thought Great Price for orthopedic shoes described from England. I bought 3 pair. Most of a month passed before they arrived... From China. These shoes in no way meet orthopedic standards. Stitching is large and will likely break. Very thin leather, yet wider fabric than buckle causing bunching. I asked for return/refund. They said they would give 10% of my price back... which would be less than my shipping costs. I'm done with them. Shoes will be donated.
I sent them a return request, sizing off & buckles on backwards. Did not hear back for a couple of days, The so called policy said had to be back in 10 days, so I sent them to the US address on the web site. That must be a lie. Then they did send an address - must be playing games - they sent a China address as long as a bus. No breaks in the long line. What a joke. I have the tracking, when it got to the address it was REFUSED. Now on a 2 page journey to another PO in Delaware to be picked up. Still there. I guess customer service is a big joke & they game to them.
Horrible. Sizing is wrong. Buckles were backwards. Claim to do refunds if you are not satisfied is bull. Can't reach them. They will not respond in a timely manner so it automatically is too late to do anything. Then they want you to send them back to China when they supposedly came from a warehouse in America.

Buyer beware very strange in 2022 ( I was advised that returning the shoe to "Vietnam" was cost prohibitive so they would send me 5% of the cost completely unacceptable
This business is a scam. They put doctored up photos for fake advertising. The item that comes to you looks nothing like what you thought you were going to get and the sizing is much to short but far too wide. You can't wear them. But they will not allow returns because the sticker on the shoes says it is a size 37 which they claim is a size 7. Stay away.
Very cheaply made and don't fit right. On the only pair that I sort of liked, I ordered a 9 1/2 and got a 9. The leather, if it really IS leather, is SO thin! The soles are SO stiff and don't bend at all, so your foot comes out of the shoe with every step and they are noisy. Definitely should cost under $5 for each pair, rather than $30, but I wouldn't even pay $5. This company HAS to know that they are ripping people off!
I wish I had looked before I ordered about the same orthopedic shoes that look so cute on the website. What arrived was fabricated felt like for art school in kindergarten. On top of Styrofoam s*** that could not be worn or walked in. I had the same nonsense of oh don't dispute this and we will discount it 5%, then 10%, then 15%. Nonsense! Citibank charged it back to me, and I have been their customer for over 30 years. I will no longer be using Citibank either. But I am going to continue the fight because it is disgusting that they would take the side of this foreign crap versus their customers have so many years.

I tried to cancel my order 12 hours later, but their policy allow cancelation only during 6 hours after ordering. The quality of items I got are unbelievable bad, never saw anything so ugly and smelly from online order. Total loss of $130. Stay away!

I ordered some shoes from this company because of the reviews and pictures that are ON THIER WEBSITE! The pictures DO NOT TRULY show what the shoes actually look like and you can only leave 5 star reviews on their website! Not to mention the return policy IS NOT ACCURATE! Answer: They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!
Answer: Had no problem contacting them at support@pixiecloset.com BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
