This company should be ashamed of themselves. I would take stars away if I could. They are thieves and shamelessly practice false advertising. The shoes I ordered, as the website stated, were supposed to be leather. When the shoes arrived, immediately upon opening I could smell the plastic, 100% plastic, not even quality plastic. I do not exaggerate, I can buy better quality shoes at Walmart for half the price. I emailed customer support, their response was seriously insulting. Seriously, don't waste your money.

Scam

I rate them a minus Zero
Clearly the most inferior product I have ever purchased.
Shoes are absolutely junk that can't be worn
Size was nowhere near right.
Customer service insanely bad.
They will not take a return and refund your money. When I complained ….
They said they can give back 15% of the purchase price…. But that never happens.

Warning!

The shoes I received from China are nothing like the pictures. They are not leather and have a horrible chemical smell. The insoles are not orthopedic as advertised. Even though the return label on the package shows a CA address, they require that any return must go to China. Would strongly recommend not buying from Pixie's Closet.

My wife ordered a pair of shoes that were very small for her normal size. We emailed the company right away and were requested to send pictures of the shoes and packaging. That was done and we were told that it's too bad, no returns. They said that since the shoes arrived in good shape it doesn't matter that they don't fit. They will only take them back if they were damaged, defective, missing, or the wrong item. They did offer a 30% discount on a future purchase, like that will ever happen. Stay far away from this company.

My wife ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Pixie. She was disappointed to find that they were too big for her feet. There was a damage mark on the toe on one of the shoes. When she contacted Pixie Customer Service and provided a photo of the damage, she was offered a 10% credit and would have to pay for the return postage! Buyer beware: Do NOT order shoes from this company!

Wish I would have checked out the renews before I ordered. Shoes advertised as orthopedic. Expected soft, pliable shoes. Received one pair of shoes way too big and one pair really uncomfortable. Sandals that rub on top of toes. Shipping cost back to China more than shoes are worth. Customer Service not very responsive and the only way to reach them is via email. Awful company.

Denied return

Received shoes that were of poor quality and smelled of paint thinner. Ordered the size that always fits me and they were far too small. Requested a return/refund and was emailed the "process" --- take pics of order slip, the shoes and a pic of your show size. Did all that and even took a pic of my normal shoe with their shoes beside it. Clearly, they were at least 1.5cm shorter. Was denied return saying they only accept defective products. Understand if a bit smaller, but this was ridiculously shorter. Asked for a partial refund at least on my $76 purchase and never heard from them again. Basically a cheap product without the cheapest price and no way to get refunded. Don't waste your time or money.

I should know better than to buy 'cute' shoes or clothes from China. The quality is horrible and the return policy is a joke. These shoes felt like cardboard and the right shoe feels like it was made to be a left shoe. No orthopedic support, no arch support, horrible fit. Cute design sucked me in! No more on line garbage from China.

Horrible, Horrible! Do not purchase. I wish I can give 0 stars. The stitching is off, the shoe have a very strong chemical odor. And the sizes are off! I am a true 7 and there seven is more like a 6. They refuse to give me a refund even though there is a defect Unbelievable! Horrible Customer service

Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of boots that said they were orthopedic. They are absolute garbage. They smell like a pair of old tires. I tried to return them and they said they will not let me since they are what I ordered and not damaged. Their products are a COMPLETE RIP OFF!

I received the shoes in several weeks, no big deal. When I did get them, oh my gosh, the pictures and quality are not close. You can find this quality at the Dollar store, I was very disappointed that they only offer. 15 percent of purchase price, yes you read that correct. They "have to pay management". Please don't waste your time or money. Move on.

Send wrong order

I did buy a shoes and after 14 days arrive on same which was 2/25/2022 I notiy thier customer service an dlet them know the send worn size. So far I have send too many email an dno response.
I did call my back and request to dispute the charge.

Poor quality is an understatement. I ordered 4 items, I received 2 left feet of one pair, a completely different item from what I ordered on another pair, a ripped bra, and a narrow paper like shoe that is claimed to be "orthopedic". When I contacted Pixie's Closet, not only are they refusing to give me a refund for mistakes on there part, they are having me pay the shipping if i want a refund at all. Items where shipped in an packing envelop folded up which also damaged the cheap material even further. Images will speak for themselves. Save yourself the frustration.

If you need to return shoes to Pixie Closet you will be completely frustrated and will probably give up as I have. You get in touch with customer service and they very politely (in broken English) give you the run-around multiple times. Then they give you their shipping address and say you must paid the return costs, which is fine, but they give you an address in China. That would probably amount to the entire cost of the shoes. I'm going to stick with Amazon from now on!

Pure garbage

I have never been so disgusted with a company in all my life. I ordered three pairs of "orthopedic" sandals. What I received was pure crap. They had an awful toxic smell that made me sick. I tried three times to return them by email with customer service (that's a crock too as they have no customer service). First time they offered 5% back, that's $5! Are you kidding me? Then 10%. They are liars and cheats don't lose your money. Thank God I live in America and not around Chinese thieves.

I give this "Company" - ZERO stars because it is a total SCAM. They sell and ship cheap narrow shoes and then don't offer a refund if you are not satisfied. They had the gall to offer me a 10% refund for my return at my expense! Don't be scammed like I was. I have learned my lesson the hard way. BEWARE of Pixie Closet they are scam artists and should not be allowed to continue their fraudulent transactions on the WWW!
