Awful website based in Vietnam. Can't give them ZERO stars or I would. They bend over backwards to ensure you don't return an unwanted item. They even requested a picture of my mother's feet before I could return a pair of shoes that didn't fit her properly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Now they are trying to make me pay for shipping to Vietnam to return so it's not worth it.

This company is completely fraudulent. Shoes are cheaply made with flimsy material. There is absolutely no arch support or footbed structure. Shoe quality is awful. Customer service is completely unhelpful. Total scam. DO NOT BUY! Negative reviews on their website are immediately deleted. Positive reviews are fake.

I needed orthopedic shoes. After looking and reading the website I thought It seemed good. Waited months to get them. They are light but hard bottoms no foam or arch support. The shoes came in a bag and were pressed tightly together destroying the backs. I have contacted them we'll see their response. And I'll update here.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Consider yourself warned the quality of these shoes is dollar store quality if that. I ordered four pairs paid $122 for literally less than $10 worth. I ordered two pairs of sandals same style same size different colors they fit Differently one pair is larger than the other slip on shoes I ordered have almost no support. In my opinion the materials on all the shoes is very cheap these are not orthopedic shoes they are very cheap shoes that will no doubt be awful for your feet. The pair of sandals I ordered for my daughter did not come with buckles. I asked them what I needed to do to make a return but they are giving me the runaround and saying they cannot authorize my return. I purchased the items because they sent me an email as I had items in my shopping cart and they said I would get an extra 10% off if I bought the items within two hours which I did they did not give me the 10% off when I emailed them about it They said they could not give me the 10% but they appreciate in my feedback how ridiculous is that. I am upset that I wasted my money but I learned a lesson I don't want to see other people get ripped off like I did and I hate to see companies ripping people off this company is dishonest on every level in my opinion.

These aren't even shoes. They are cardboard replicas of shoes. Don't even try to return them. They will ask for you to spend an exorbitant amount of money to send them back to CHINA! Chinese crap, that's all this is.

I ordered my size that always fits me a 10.5. They sent me a European size 42 that was way way too big. They made me draw a picture of my foot and would not exchange my shoes because they said I should have used the size chart. They are unworn and I offered to pay shipping. Such lowsy customer service. Don't order from them.

These shoes are nothing like the picture. The picture appears to be a high quality item. The real item is unbelievably bad. Poor quality material, doesn't even look like leather. It appears to be some kind of (almost) cardboard. The foot bed is something one wouldn't be able to walk on. I can't stress enough how bad this product is. The product is shockingly horrible and the description of it in the advertisement is ludicrous.
Further, the return policy is nothing like a respectable, forthright business. The terms and conditions are truly outrageous. To me this borders on a scam. "Just send your money for these unspeakable, unusable items."
I don't have photos of the experience. My proof of purchase is a line on my credit card statement.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on November 16, it is now December 18 and I have not received the shoes. They keep saying they're on the way, then tell me to deal with the shipper myself. No accountability whatsoever and I'm out $100

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from pixie closet. They were called on cloud orthopedic. My first complaint was how long it took to receive them. I had to send them an email asking for my order before I finally received them today. Second complaint was the quality of the shoe. They don't look like the picture and they are very cheaply made. Orthopedic? There was no support and absolutely no cushion. There wasn't even a thin layer. $80 for 2 pairs of shoes I wouldn't even expect to find in a dollar store. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering online. I won't make that mistake again.

Purchased orthopedic shoes... poor quality poor fit... just awful. Wanted to return but was told I had to send them back to viet nam which would cost more than the shoes! Poor product poor customer service. Run far away from them,!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They show and describe items on their website but those ARE NOT THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVE. My order was shoes with high arch support, orthopedic shoes etc. what came... smelly toxic paperlike fake shoes with hard plastic soles that did not flex at all. Looked like the photo in general but not wearable. They came direct from Shanghai, thru jamaica and on and on... when tried to contact company... it seems like there is not a company. YOU have to send the items to them in Vietnam and they say it will be really expensive so we will give you discount of 5%, on 2nd contact they offered 10%, on 3rd contact they offered 15% if you keep them. Of not keeping them... send to Mrs. Zoe on the 1st floor of some address in Vietnam. So, this is a scam where they discribe a product that is really nice with fake 5 star reviews. Then have someone in china send you garbage paper/plastic shoes with flat board for insoles (no padding or arch as they sell). The phone numbers are fake no answer 24/7. The addresses on website are all fake. You will be stuck with garbage that you can't walk in. I am trying to download my photos and proof of purchase but it keeps telling me that they are not the right format and I can figure out how to change them. Trust me do not buy from them or you will be really sorry.

These people are scammers. They immediately drafted my money but claimed they couldn't find my order and never refunded my money and if course, no shoes sent to me. BEWARE!

I am not able to track my order sent in on Nov. 27 2021. I have called customer service at *******911 and *******255. No one will answer the phone. I think this is a SCAM.

I placed an order with Pixie Closet, but then decided 30 minutes later to cancel the order. THey are charging me 30% plus management fees to cancel my order. I have never heard of such nonsense. The company is a SCAM. THey keep your money for nothing! DON'T SHOP HERE! AND PLUS SINCE NOT IN UNITED STATES you can't do anything about it! By the way they never give you an invoice or receipt of order you place so you have no proof of time or date you placed order!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Weren't even close to how they were described. Looks like it's a China-based company as they were emailing me in the middle of the night. Tried to return them but the best they would do is offer me a 10% refund!? WTF. I was also to pay return shipping, most likely on a slow boat to China. Chase Bank actually gave me a complete refund so thank to them! These people should be banned from doing business in the United States. Let's keep our money here in the U.S. where it belongs.

They sent fraudulent products and now offering15% refund and 20% off next product. I am looking at avenues in reporting them to the business bureau.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online same size as I wear. When received they shoes ran too small for my feet. I contacted the company immediately for instructions on how to return them. They said that I was sent what I ordered and the best they could do was offer me a 15% discount on a future order. Never, ever will they see a dime of my money. Now I have to give them away or try to sell them to someone else. They suck in the customer service are. I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a pair of shoes and upon arrival I open the package to a toxic smell, it was the off gassing of the plastic in the shoes! I tried them on and they were too small even though I ordered a half size larger to allow for thicker socks. I contacted the company stating the shoes were to small and I would like to return please provide return shipping info. I had to email twice to finally receive a reply with instructions to take pics of the shipping label, the shoes and MY FOOT! I just wanted to return them!
I sent the pics of the product and the label but refused the foot pic. Their response stated I order that size and I have no choice but to keep them. So my lesson, I will read the return policy before purchase. MOST companies will allow returns if not wore, but this company is not of the best quality in policy or product.

WORST company I've ever ordered from! By far, the cheapest looking shoes, bra I've ever seen! And close to $100 down the drain! They all but make it utterly impossible to return somethiing.

They asked me to send original invoice (which never came in package w/the order) then they wanted me place my foot on a piece of paper, draw around it, and take a picture and send that to them to prove that the size was incorrect ------- the size was not incorrect, they were just BEYOND cheap materials and SMELLED awful?!?!?!... The picture of the shoes online were so adorably cute. They were called "women's orthopedic casual platform flat comfort shoes" and there was nothing "ORTHOPEDIC" ABOUT THEM! No ARCH TO SPEAK OF - and very FLAT and cheap... after a few weeks of trying to get refund ------------- I gave up and just left it go -------- but... TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU --------------- RUN RUN RUN FAST! If I could give them a MINUS 20 rating - I would have! I typically read reviews before I order from a company ------ so my fault this time that I did not.
