I ordered what was supposed to be orthotic shoes from all appearances an American Company. Paid $70 for two shoes. They arrive a month later from China. They are at least two sizes to small and poor quality at best. Definitely not orthotics. I contacted the company immediately. I had to send pictures. Once done they sent return address and discouraged shipping back. First they offered 10% refund of my order plus10% discount on future orders and I keep the shoes. Like I would ever order from them again and what would I do with these shoes. I countered asking for a $40 refund. They then offered 30% with a 20% discount on future orders. I'm considering returning them. It will cost $27 with no guarantee of them getting them. Return receipt and insurance not available. They said due to Covid the California warehouse is closed. How convenient for them. Crappy company. Stay away from them!

They have no structure, fit like crap, are made of paper thin material and they won't accept returns. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I bought 3 pair of shoes online at Pixie Closet. I have bought many shoes over my life time of 71 years. However the shoes I bought from Pixie Closet were the worst shoes ever. They are made from a material that makes me afraid to wear them. I am afraid that they will come apart in the street. The material they are made of doesn't seem to be for shoes. They are from out of the country so therefore to return them would be too costly, which I'm sure they know. Also the sizes are off; 2 pair are too small and 1 pair entirely too large. $112 down the drain...

Without checking reviews, My better half ordered some AZZY Premium Orthopedic Lace-up Ankle Boots. These are the sorriest boots/shoes we have ever seen. Obvious poor quality and construction. Will not even donate them to any Charity. Cannot be returned because they fall beyond the TEN DAY PERIOD for even requesting to return. Although they only? Cost us $38.98, they did cost us $38.98. I guess we should be happy with a not toooo expensive lesson.

Ordered 2 pair of orthopedic sandals. Not genuine leather in fact toxic material. They stink of formaldehyde and other chemicals. Return policy s_cks. Feel bad for those doing black Friday purchases. Plastic crap Hope this review gets out to many. Rip off

This site is a scam. I cancelled my order the same day I placed it. They did cancel my order but charged me 30% to do basically nothing. Stay away from them.

I purchased what I thought was a pair of orthopedic slides that turned out to be the total opposite! The shoe is poorly constructed using the cheapest material that they could find. The company does whatever it takes not to refund you. They make up all the excuses even when you can provide visual proof with pictures that they request. They'll just make up an excuse stating that is what it looks like but can clearly see a flat insole when it is supposed to provide arch support. Do not purchase from this company. Very low quality and they will tell you that they have good reviews, further showing their deception and lies.

Poor Quality, Bad Packaging. I ordered the Fullino sandals and they arrived in an envelope with deep folds on each side and on top. From being shipped with no protection. I have had about 10 communications sending pictures asking for a refund as their policy days complete satisfaction. The best they will do is have me ship to Vietnam at my cost ($40-50) and the shoes cost $30 or give me a 10 percent discount and keep the shoes. I can't wear them, they look terrible. Do not buy from this company as they do not stand by their policy. Their contact phone does not answer and after many rings directs you to #611. That was my provider.

I am just sick that I didn't check this review box before ordering my 30.00 pair of slip on shoes!
They came in a size 37 from Chone they said that was a size 7 - more like a 6! Thru would not return or replace them instead offered me a 10% refund after I mail shoes back to them at my shipping expense! UNBELIEVABLE! Thinking I will stick with Amazon! People like this will have to answer to God one day for very shady business dealings - oh yea they did offer me 10% off my next order - what a joke! THERE WILL BE NOT NEXT ORDER WITH THEM!

I ordered two pair of shoes, both too small, and sent a return request per policy within 10 days of receiving shoes. Here is their return policy: Return to address: HANOL VIETNAM and you pay for the return! Let that sink in...

I ordered a pair of shoes and they did not fit. As well as having a foul odor. I requested a return and a refund. Since the shoes were not damaged, the company refused to make this right. I'm stuck with a product I can not use. And out my money. Do not waste your money with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes in September and they took the money but, i have never received any shoes. I've emailed them and, never received even a response from them. My advice don't buy anything from Pixies closet.

First it took over 30 days for delivery. They sent me the wrong style than I ordered. I ear size 7.5 but I thought I would wear with socks so I ordered a size 8. They are equal to a size 7. I can not even wear them without socks. They came from China not Miami as they claim. Plus they ordered an extra pair of shoes size 5.5 - I did not order.

I purchased two pair of the orthopaedic sandals in size 9.5 to take with me for my husband's memorial service in a distant state. The shoes arrived late, while I was away and my son brought them with him when he came for the service. When I went to put them on, it was apparent that they were too small. I had bought the same shoes from another dealer last year and they fit beautifully so I had no concern about size. I called Pixie but since it was past 30 days, they would not honor their error and I am stuck with not one, but two pair of shoes, size 40 which should have been 41. My order clearly states size 9.5. Very undependable and erroneous in filling orders properly. Pictures below show the two pair ordered; one was opened and when I discovered the wrong size, I didn't open the other. The next two pictures show the old pair against the new one; obvious difference in size. Difficult to show proof of purchase as it is email form and not in GIF or PEG as required and I could not convert this.

I took a chance on buying from and boy am I sorry. These are by far the worst. They call them leather they're like cardboard. I hope they are not made from dogs. No chance I'll get my money back almost $60 waisted. I wish I had check this review board before purchasing. China won't scam me again. Keep your money do not buy from China mail order. These are going to the thrift store bag. Lesson learned.

I rarely write reviews. Purchased >10 pairs end of summer as the styles looked nice and got multiple colors in one of the shoes. Arrived mid-Oct wrapped up in a black trash bag from China with no info on returns. I was wondering what is this bag smelling of chemicals? It was the sandals! When I ordered on the website it had mentioned Delaware location so I thought they were made there. Can only wear 5 of the pairs. I had to air out the shoes as they had very strong chemical smells. Have learned to check on sites not known in future. The shoes were not inexpensive (30-39). Advertised as orthopedic; are not and bottoms don't bend and either too wide, odd fit, cheap materials. One of the pairs which were $39 were cut small in the back (6 instead of 7.5 (odd). Burned this time, but will be more cautious who I am ordering from in future. I will say that the company did offer discounts on shoes but not a refund as I had written just after their 10 day return policy. After writing again they did offer 10% refund on the # of shoes I know for sure I cannot use. Will see if I get a refund of some sort?

I was looking for a stylish shoe with support. With a google search Pixie's Closet came up.
I bought a pair of orthopedic shoes that were stylish. It took 4 weeks to receive the item. Upon opening the package you could see there was no support in the shoes. I contacted the company the next day and was told they would only refund me 10% and give me a 10% coupon code for my next purchase.
BUYER BEWARE! They say they have great reviews... only the ones they hand pick to put on there site.

These shoes are NOT orthopedic and are complete garbage. As soon as you open the package, the smell of glue overwhelms you (like they were just glued yesterday) adn the first thing I noticed was the rubber band holding the tie. They are not the right size, they have no arch, are as stiff as a board and hard to walk on. Went straight into the garbage. I should have known better.
