I purchased two pair of the orthopaedic sandals in size 9.5 to take with me for my husband's memorial service in a distant state. The shoes arrived late, while I was away and my son brought them with him when he came for the service. When I went to put them on, it was apparent that they were too small. I had bought the same shoes from another dealer last year and they fit beautifully so I had no concern about size. I called Pixie but since it was past 30 days, they would not honor their error and I am stuck with not one, but two pair of shoes, size 40 which should have been 41. My order clearly states size 9.5. Very undependable and erroneous in filling orders properly. Pictures below show the two pair ordered; one was opened and when I discovered the wrong size, I didn't open the other. The next two pictures show the old pair against the new one; obvious difference in size. Difficult to show proof of purchase as it is email form and not in GIF or PEG as required and I could not convert this.
