Wish I could give a zero rating! I am usually careful of these Companies from overseas. Now my stuff took 1 month to arrive. Apparently it took" the long route from China". They advertised Orthopedic Shoes and you get cheap Nylon and Pastic Dime Store Junk that has a chemical smell. They are way off of size as well. They know exactly what they are doing. They know their stuff is junk and when you try and return them they say you have to pay return charges to Viet Nam. So they offer you a 20-30% refund. Well their products probably cost 50 cents to make so they are a head of the game. My shoes were 52.00 with tax. This is the only way they can stay in business. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHIN FROM THEM! DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this place. Customer service is terrible. The company's main office is in China. Delivery takes forever. Product (in my case, shoes) are very poorly made. They make returns an impossibility to do. No receipt in package to make a return and they want a photo of the label. You don't even get a box. This company is a joke. If I could give zero stars, I would.
These shoes were advertised as "orthopedic", with arch support. They have no arch support and I contacted the company to return them. After requiring photos of packaging, shoe size (even though I had an order #), they agreed to refund only 15% of the original purchase price. I would be required to return the shoes at my own expense.
I ordered two pairs of sandals they are of inferior quality. They arrived with no paperwork. No invoice, no return address no return label. About impossible to return. Very convoluted instructions. Do not order anything from this company. I am out $66.22. Lesson learned
The shoes are terrible. They are made of plastic and do not fit well. They are very uncomfortable.
Unless, you ask for a refund according to their rules which they don't make you aware of, they will not take returns or give a refund. Please believe me, the shoes look very cute in the picture but they are really really terrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap. This company is really bad!

I brought the black shoes with the white bottom the strap that you can't use. These shoes are poorly made. Does buy them not worth the money.
I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived damaged. The damage had to have occurred before the product was even packaged up for shipping. I find it truly disgusting that a product would still be wrapped to send to a customer with obvious damage. In addition to the damage, the quality of the product was so poor that I know I will never wear these shoes. Plus they had a horrible odor. After contacting the company to let them know of the damage (with pictures included, they offered a 20% refund which I found to be unacceptable. They finally agreed to replace the shoes but I will throw both pairs in the garbage as they just plain junk. I would warn anyone that is thinking about doing any business is to think twice..
Company is not selling orthopedic shoes and pictures depict better looking shoes than what is received. What arrives is nothing more than flea market worthless product that if you are lucky will fit your feet. When you try to return the product, you pay return shipping costs which for international is 100 times more than the purchase price so you will be out your money…. DON'T BUY FROM THEM
In May of '21, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Pixie's Closet. I ordered my usual size 8, as per the advice of their website. What I received was one pair of shoes in size 38, and one in size 39. The 38s don't fit. (Euro, maybe?) There was nothing on their website that said they don't carry American sizes. In fact, it says to order my usual size. I contacted customer 'service' to try and get the right size. They responded with an email that said I should have checked the size chart before ordering, and implied that my getting the wrong size was my fault. They wanted me to send a picture of the shoes with the size sticker visible, a photo of the front of the package with my name and address in view, and a picture of their size chart with my foot on it,( which showed that wear 51/2, by the way). I sent all this, only to be told again that it was my fault I got the wrong size because 'each size fits differently' and I should have checked the size chart for each shoe. There ISN'T a size chart for each shoe. What a load of BS! Don't order from this company unless you want to be lied to, insulted and given the run-around!
Americans, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER. I ordered three pairs of shoes. 2 pairs were sent in one package (it was a shipping bag) and, I believe the other in a separate. I received the 2 pairs well over 4 weeks after ordering. The third pair never showed up. After patiently waiting an additional 7ds after receiving the first pkg, I contacted Pixie via email to locate the package. They asked me to show them an image of the shipping label from the previous package (again which was a bag!). Why would anyone keep a shipping bag? Lastly, they refused THREE TIMES, to provide me with the tracking numbers so that I could attempt to locate the packages myself.
Furthermore, the quality of the shoes were subpar. The soles were made of a cheap plastic and the soles were thin. They were not orthopedic shoes as described thus, they are misleading unsuspecting customers. $105 is now gone.
Spend your hard earned money on a reputable company. Please dont take a chance like me.

Terribly disappointed. Ordered 3 pair. Received 2. They will not send me my 3rd pair. Also they advertised that they are orthopedic support shoes. They are absolutely no arch support in these shoes... the lining in the shoes is like a piece of card board/very thin and flat. I am going to buy inserts to go in them and hopefully that will fix that problem. They are not at the same quality that they appear to be in their pictures and photos. I advise each and every one of you to not fall for this deal. Save yoir money. They have absolute terrible customer service.
* Also shoes smelt like formaldehyde for days after I got them had to air them out in the garage.
** Lesson learned. Got me once but never twice.
They are not willing to refund my money. Not orthopedic, no arch support, cheap material. Awful! They have no customer satisfaction policy. I've gone round with them trying to get a refund. Now they want me to return them to Vietnam, when they were sent from California. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Poor quality, difficult to return items. Shoes are as hard as a rock with No arch support. Would not recommend this to anyone.
I bought a pair of shoes last April. After 2 months and not being able to get a hold of anyone, I filed a dispute. The shoes showed up in a plastic bag. Looked way flimsy. I refused delivery. I have yet to get a refund. Horrible horrible customer service.
These are amazing. I ordered a size up because I'm an 11 and used to order up due to weird brand sizing but these are comfy. Sure I have a little extra room but these are well made, cute and extremely comfortable. The price is truly reasonable. Should be highly recommended!
I ordered a bra in my size. It came stating it was my size on the bra. It came from China and was literally 5 sizes too small. And when I tried to stretch a little all the stitches started popping. I wasted $ 32.00 for a literal piece of garbage.
I was finally able to get a full refund, including the shipping costs. Many consumers may not realize that many third party money transfer companies offer a level of consumer protection for just such issues. They want you to attempt to resolve the issue directly with the company but if that fails they will step in to help resolve disputes. It is important to refuse any offers that are less than what you want but even when the dispute window with the company is ridiculously short, you have a longer window with the third party. They will freeze the funds until the dispute is resolved.
I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because they claim to have a "head office" in California- even if it's nothing more than a rented mailbox or a storage locker where merchandise is stored, they are utilizing property in the U.S. for business. The Federal Trade Commission will investigate claims of false advertising and attempt to help consumers recoup their money. If proven true the company can face huge fines for falsely advertising goods. I recommend anyone who feels victimized by this company do the same to help establish a pattern of poor business practices.
Every other bad review is completely accurate. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised as orthopedic shoes with arch support made of leather. What I received was a joke. The soles are made from the cheap foam that flip flops are made from. They're completely flat with no arch support at all. The pictures make it appear that the leather is sewn to the sole but the stitches go straight down into the foam and don't even touch the tissue thin microfiber that is used instead of leather - which is glued to the sole. The buckles are not buckles at all. They are a thin metal slip ring with a notch pin that makes it look like a buckle held by an equally thin metal hook that I wouldn't trust on a bra let alone a pair of shoes that are promoted as walking shoes. I contacted the company regarding their false advertising and received the same ridiculous offer of a 15% refund and 20% discount on my next purchase. The company appears to be based in London, but really the products are coming out of Singapore where there is no truth in advertising laws. Buyer beware, this company is not selling what they claim to be.
I'm giving these 4 stars because they are really pretty. But the sizing is off; they are cut too wide. And also, in the short time I had them on in the house (actually sitting with them on). Oh that thong covered in plastic... It is painful! Even if they would have fit there's no way I could have walked even a short distance due to the pain in between the toes.
I bought three pairs of their orthopedic shoes. The shoes are far from orthopedic, do not match the pictures, one was damaged, and when I went to return them they said they would only give a 15% refund and I'd have to pay for the shipping which they said would have "risks." I've never heard of such a thing. Not a reputable company. They do not send you the product they advertise. PLUS, it took weeks of going back and forth, sending pictures, and more to just get that 15% offer. What a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The description of the sandals I bought said in bold letters breathable leather. If you go all the way to the bottom of the page then you see that it is not real leather or suede. When I opened the bag the shoes came in the odor was of cheap plastic & rubber. I'm chemically sensitive so I closed the bag up and contacted the company. After a few days they responded with a lot of mumbo jumbo. My last response from them said since there was so defect that I could prove that return shipping costs would be on me, and that returning them was risky as they might get lost! These were not $10 or even $20 shoes! Plus they look very cheap! The purchase price was $35. I'm livid.

Answer: They will provide you with a return address in an email. You will have to pay return shipping and return the item in the original package. You will not get a full refund, if anything. You would be better off throwing the item away and take the loss. This is a terrible company!
Answer: Had no problem contacting them at support@pixiecloset.com BUT I attempted to return 2 pair that were too ridiculously too small despite ordering the size I always wear and smelled of paint thinner. Declined return saying they only accept "defective" product. My feet and nose must be defective then.
