Sat om phone for a while then they said

Then I tried email and then responded that package
Was ruined in shipping and they were out of it
So no help whatsoever

I cant believe all the bad reviews so I am leaving this here. I order reptile supplies from them in bulk and they are amazing. I only had one problem, a cracked kritter keeper. They sent me a new one and even upgraded me to two day shipping. I contacted customer service through email and got a kind, professional reply within two days. They offer great prices, and even greater discounts! I will keep on shopping with them. Some shipments do arrive late, but thats the carriers fault. Im not going to take that out on them.
I've seen so many bad reviews but my experience has been quite good, i ordered a T8 UVB light fixture from them and it came earlier than scheduled. I opened it up and it was working fine but when I went to turn it off the light started flickering and burst. I emailed them and they responded the next morning and are sending me a new one. On top of that their prices are almost half of Petco or pets-marts I highly recommend them to anybody
I found myself blocked from their Fb page after I decided to check them out to make a purchase. Comment once on their page about stealing other people's work that they claimed to be their own and they block you apparently. Will not be purchasing from them after reading all the comments left here. That's a shame.
I've bought from Lush countless times, and I have never been disappointed in a single product! I love their bubble bars and bath bombs, but the massage bars they offer are also awesome and the scent lingers all day. I always try different bath lines and keep coming back to lush over and over.
I have had issues with some aquarium lights i purchased. I emailed customer service and they promptly replied and replaced the items. I had another problem with the light and they refunded my my money quickly. They even offered advice and recommendations on a better lighting arrangement. I am surprised at the reviews stating service was deplorable. My service has been amazing. I did subtract a star because the lights blew after less than a week. Going to get a new light fixture as it is old and might be part of the problem.
A breeder suggested this website for supplies so I thought I give it a shot. You do need a min for the free shipping but that's alright. What bugs me is when the package came the the LID for the tortoise food BROKE and it's ALL OVER the box. I don't know who packed this but they did SUPER TIGHT, it's good and bad obviously. The other issue is there was just TOO MUCH food in that container so it was easy to just burst out.

I have several animals so i am always looking for easier ways to get supplies. This is a great option, they have bundle deals to help save money (you really have to watch, some products are less expensive and some more). The shipping is always super fast and the hay quality was exceptional.
I needed a locking door for the dog house I'm building, and decided to use a replacement crate door. They were one of the very few places to even sell them, and the price was great. I wasn't too thrilled with the shipping prices, but I went with the cheapest option, thinking it would take forever to get here. I typed in cat scratchers made in usa and the Kong brand was among the choices listed. When I received them on the back it stated "Manufactured in China." Disappointing! Also, the only reason they were delivered was because I asked the Fedex delivery person if they had my package, which he did BUT he was about to return it because it has my name but no street address! Won't use them again.
I have been shopping online over the weekend for a few different items and found PetMountain.com. I was able to find all the items I needed for my dog and reptiles at affordable prices. I added a few more dog treats to the order to get the Free Shipping at $75. I just received my order and the items are in perfect condition and I got my package before I expected it! 2 Thumbs WAY up!
Received package minus an item ordered. Petmountain decided to refund me for half the cost of the item. Customer service refuses to make it right. I paid for the item. I want the item or the refund. I get neither. Stay away.

Terrible customer service, shipped us a bulk bag of incorrect turtle food. Kept telling us it was the correct item even though the tag indicated it clearly wasn't. They finally processed a refund, but only after we had to open two complaints on the BBB to get them to reply to any calls or emails. Their customer service line never allows you to speak to a real person and either goes directly to voicemail or places you on hold for 5 minutes and then sends you to voicemail. We left several messages which were never returned. Additionally email messages were ignored. The only thing that actually got them to reply was opening a complaint on the BBB, after which they responded the same or next day. After shipping it back, we heard nothing for almost a week with no replies to any emails or calls until we opened another complaint after which they replied immediately. It's readily apparent this company is predatory and will take advantage of people by just ignoring customer service lines. Will never use again and highly advise against ordering from this company.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE:
Your company is a joke. Your customer service line is fake and the only way we could ever get you to reply was by opening a BBB complaint, after which you replied immediately. I hope you go out of business so you can't scam more people online with your garbage service and customer service line that goes to nowhere. Stop trying to save face online and actually pick up your phones when people call.

I chose to order from Pet Mountain because they had what I needed and at fairly good prices. I decided to checkout through PayPal because I am unfamiliar with Pet Mountain. I tried THREE times through PayPal but Pet Mountains website said "Order placement unsuccessful" all three times. I checked my card info on PayPal, and my shipping info and everything was correct. After that I thought, "screw it" and Just used the checkout system on their website. All went well until I checked my bank account. I saw that I was charged for those 3 attempted "unsuccessful" orders. Sure enough I checked my email and I also have order confirmation emails for all 3 orders. I have tried emailing Pet Mountain 3 separate times, calling 4 times, and tried to do their "live chat" on their website to no avail. It had been 3 days and I have not had a response from any of those forms of contact. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. When you call their number, it just has you leave a voicemail then hang up. I have NEVER called a company and had that awful method of service. I suspect that I will have to wait for the products arrive, then ship them back which is a huge pain, when this all could have been solved with a simple reply.
Ordered what I thought was a good deal on Tetra koi food from Pet Mountain. My koi will not touch the food. Every pellet was still floating on my pond the next morning. Thought my fish were sick so I took the food to my big pond - perch & catfish. The catfish will not eat the stuff. Tried to get Pet Mt to come pick up the food and refund. They want me to take the food to FedX. Since it is Pet Mts fault they should come get the food. They tried to tell me something was wrong with my fish they just dont like Tetra. My husband built our first pond in 1985 and for most of the years since we have used many Tetra products. Never had a problem. How can I make these crooks come out and replace the food? My fish need the food. Am feeding cheap catfish food to them now-dirties the water.
This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service and products they send. Pay attention because they send expired items - I mean REALLY EXPIRED - like by A YEAR. They also don't reach out to you if there is a problem with your order. It just never arrives and you are left wondering what happened. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I just read a few reviews from other customers and I agree, they do steal from customers by not providing the proper amount in the refund process.
Just following up regarding the Papa Bow Wow Buffalo Tendon Dog Treats you recently purchased. We contacted the manufacturer and asked what the MFD Jan 21,2019, printed on the bag was for. They confirmed this was the date the product was manufactured and is not the expiration date. These treats are safe for your pet if you still have them.
