I always get my pet products at Petco because they have excellent rates and have exactly what i need! The employees are always friendly too!
Great variety & constantly changing stock makes it fun to accessorize the fur kids. The store is very clean & employees are friendly.
Everything for my lovely rats, i've go three sweet little rats, they are really smart. I carre about them, and I love to buy new toys for them:-)
If you can't find it then go to Petco. They will have it. I even got my dog there on a day they had a rescue animal day.

Wanted some large tray liners for my cat, but not only did they have no large, but no litter liners at all! Odd for a pet supply site.

NEVER buy an animal from Petco, not even a reptile, the animals they have there are sick and guaranteed to die within 1 - 10 weeks, I bought a bearded dragon (Just wanna note Petco only fed them 5 crickets a day, also they sell bearded dragons when they are too young, also they put all 5 crickets in the cage and if you put that many crickets in the cage they will eat the baby dragon, oh did I mention the crickets were huge... they can choke on those crickets) and the humidity was 80 way to high (at Petco) I bought her to rehabilitate her and I couldn't she had URI and she was underweight and also she couldn't breathe out of her nose so she had to breathe out of her mouth and tail rot/mouth/scale rot it was bad, but then she died :( So after that, I wanted a new bearded dragon, But I got it from a Breeder and it was so much healthier
But there was one thing I liked, that they fed them greens and apples. Their care is next to torture Petco gets those babies from mills. Whatever you do, please don't purchase ant animals from Petco, if you buy them you're basically giving them the money to torture more animals. Please don't buy one. PLEASE
Bought it a dog playpen on August 27th they created the label on August 28th still hadn't shipped but August 30th called talked to one person or they kept saying s*** want to talk to supervisor wouldn't let me call back talk to somebody they said the same stuff the first person did finally let me talk to supervisor supervisor said they will check into it and would call me back never called me back now it's August 31st when it was I was supposed to receive my package still no call back and a package still hasn't shipped ask for a refund they will not give me one and there's still no explanation why the package hasn't shipped I would not buy from this company then nothing but a lying people worst company to deal with
I'm sorry if this is overly negative but I have repeatedly had issues with you website and had no choice but to shop in-store only. I really like the local Petco here and never had issues with the store or staff. The local petco store is amazing but not there website. As a regular customer and a family that spends hundreds of dollars at your store on a monthly basis I hope to be treated better in future. I have attempted to order from your website 4-5 times in the past few months, each time I added items to my cart but never ending up purchasing them for the following reasons: ERRORS, errors, errors on your website. I've tried to apply currant coupon/promo codes none of which ever worked (errors allows occurred). Free shipping did not work, % off never works, sometimes my Pecto Pals Rewards points don't/won't apply due to errors on your webpage. Then there is the payment issues... I've repeatedly saved my information and everytime it goes back to old card information, everytime I re-enter my information every single time I try to order from your website... this is annoying and ridiculous. I have contacted your customer service, I tried online without response, so then I tried the suggested phone #, repeatedly calling the customer service number and no one picked up... after being frustrated I emailed customer service and finally received a response that was to late to help me order online. I have tried to load my $5 rewards dollars to my card and everytime it fails to work... so my only option is to print them and use them in-store only or lose them. The Local Petco management & staff are all very nice & I've never had problems with them, have honored all coupons, points and will try to fix any problem they can, very knowledgeable and always helpful.
I would give Petco 0 stars if possible. First let me say I normally order cat/dog food and medication from Chewy.com which is a phenomenal company; a company I cannot say enough good things about. Unfortunately the specific medication my dog needed, gabapenten was not available through them. Years ago I had ordered medication through Foster & Smith and never had any trouble. When I learned they had been taken over by Petco I thought well, that's OK, I know the name though I don't shop there in my community. Well, never again. I ordered gabapenton and Carprofen on a Monday morning and they took my Vet's information and they said it would take 2 - 4 days to contact and get it off to me. Well, I was billed immediately and never heard from them again, no confirmation, nothing. So Wednesday late afternoon I looked online at my account and it said it had been sent to the pharmacy. I chatted online to ask what did that mean? I was told that they had tried to contact my vet twice and were still awaiting a response. My vet had closed by then so I called the next morning. Vet's office said they had faxed the approval on Monday as soon as they had gotten the request. I then called the 'call center' overseas and it was extremely difficult to get them to understand that the vet had responded days ago and I needed it delivered or at least find out the status. I was not able to speak to a supervisor or anyone that could actually do anything. I was told the pharmacy would email me or call me that day. Of course they never did and again today I have been unable to get through on a chat. I now have to go to the vet and purchase the medication for another week to ensure my dog does not run out. I am so frustrated. I have never written a negative review but I put this out because I feel I have no recourse and that I want others to know how bad this online company is. I just I had found this initially!
Ordered two different bags of Royal Canine cat food. Siamese and Maincoon. Got one bag but did not receive the other.

Answer: It took them 8 days to ship my order & it arrived damaged. I called them for a replacement & that to was damaged. Called again & they asked if I wanted a refund & I told them no, I want what I ordered.
