Love their skincare products! They have great advisor tools online & in store beauty advisors. They are wonderful with matching the appropriate products for your skincare needs. Oh, and their mascara is fabulous!

They lock you into a contract & will not allow you to cancel for any reason. This is NOT what they tell you when signing up & I only went 1 day over my 2 week free trial period due to a scheduling conflict on their end. I wasn't interested in the membership after completing the trial.
