I sure wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase with this company... and I use the term "company" loosely. What they are is a fraud. I made an Order and didn't receive half the order. No packing or return slip included. Didn't receive the coat I ordered which was needed the most. No reply to numerous emails I've sent. Customer service email has changed. No phone number to call. Don't be fooled and lose your money like I have. Especially if you're like me and truly couldn't afford to lose $50. It's so cold here. Wind chill below freezing this morning and I have NO winter coat. I don't know how I'm going to work outside today. TOTAL RIPOFF. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars, I WOULD. I also plan to report them to BBB.

STAY AWAY

I placed an order for two pairs of pants and three sweaters, I was so excited that their sizes go up to 5X and the clothes were so CUTE! I had a hard time narrowing it down to just a few items.

Fast forward a month, I FINALLY receive "my order" and it has one single cardigan in it. And I use the term "cardigan" loosely, this article of clothing is a joke. The fabric is horrible, cheap and stiff and itchy. The colors are nothing like they were online, the sleeves are absurdly tight, and I can't even pull the thing closed. I ordered an XL, I'm a pretty true-to-size XL or 2X sometimes and this cardigan is definitely more like a Large or even a Medium.

They only have a Customer Service email so I feel confident I'll never get my money back, so I just wanted to spare someone else the loss of their hard-earned money on this absolute SCAM of a company.

I ordered 4 sweaters the beginning of Nov still no sign of them, I have 2 yes 2 FedEx tracking numbers and neither work! I have emailed for updates and no response NEVER EVER AGAIN! Worst service I have seen in ages! Thank goodness for White House at least that will be here before Thanksgiving vacation! I thought a month was long enough uggh

Full Order Did Not Arrive

Stay away - SCAM ARTISTS - Ordered a few items - sat waiting forever, sent emails asking where my order was. They don't answer- Today I got the Fedex package with the provided tracking number - Missing 2/3 of the order. 2 items out of 6, and 1 was the wrong size. GARBAGE WEBSITE

This is the SAME SCAM as Annie Cloth! They steal real pictures from real designers then try to recreate the clothing using inferior cloth and an incorrect design! Don't fall for this! And you people running this site should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! Karma is a b!+@# and it's coming for you!

Free Returns is a lie

We recently purchased 3 items from Petal Prim. My wife is very happy with 2 of the 3 items received, and if it were not for the horrible customer service on the 3rd item this would be a five star review. The 3rd item was suppose to be a medium and according to the size chart should have been 40" around the bust line. The item is in reality 48" around the Bust. According to their website this should have been adequate reason for return or exchange. However they consider this well with the the normal acceptable difference. Their reason for not giving a full refund is that it is "The shipping fee to china will be around $35-45.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china. This is not cost-effective. Transport time is long and easy to lose." Instead they have offered us $5, which has now gone up to $8 as compensation. 1/3 the cost we paid of $24.12. On top of all of this the communication has been spotty, contain standardized "canned" responses to complains and most of it has been very broken English.

Total crap

I purchased 2 sweaters, received them, total crap! The sweaters were $25.00 each and the material is so horrible, and the seams are super thick and they used white thread, which you can see on the black part of the sweater. Their customer service is horrendous as I have been asking for a return address since the day after I got the package. I told them I do not like the sweaters, they are insisting I send a picture of the sweaters. I said, I don't like them, why do you need a picture? The reason I want to return them is that they are cheap looking and I don't like them! This has been going on, every day, for 3 weeks. Now I am going to my credit card and doing a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM PETAL PRIM i HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS...

NO STARS FOR THIS "COMPANY!" I bought 2 sweaters well before Christmas for a gift. It didn't look like my order wasn't going to make it in time so I decided to check online reviews to see what others had to say, if they were waiting on packages. I wished I had looked at the reviews first. Since it had been weeks since I placed my order and reading the horrible reviews, I emailed the company to cancel my order. They replied 'It's on its way - don't worry!' I received the package anyway - in January! (I needed it for Christmas) I knew I didn't want it so I gave it back to the US post office, unopened- to return to sender... expecting a refund. 2 months later, still no refund. The emailing began... This company IS from China (which I knew) They could not understand what I was saying. After several emails, someone finally understood and said that they never recieved my package BECAUSE where the package was shipped from isn't where items are ordered from. They won't give me a refund. They won't even give me a credit to purchase somethings else! I am NOT HAPPY! THIS IS A TERRIBLE "COMPANY!"

#BUYERBEWARE I recently bought some sweaters from PetalPrim.com from a FB ad and they sent me completely different items that were poorly made,

I sent the items back to the return address on the box and asked for a refund. Over the next few weeks, the company asked me for pictures of the product, shipping label and proof of delivery, all of which I sent to them. After all that, they refuse to refund me because I did not return the product to their China factory.

Do not buy from PetalPrim. Their products are cheaply made, they use bait and switch tactics and they do not refund.

No Gifts for Christmas!

Unfortunately, I DIDN'T read these before ordering! Ordered 3 gifts for Christmas back in November. On Dec 18th I received an email that One of the items was Out of Stock and asked if They should Cancel Entire order.? I said Refund me on the One item and Send the OTHER Two for Christmas! A week later on Dec 24, I received the SAME email! Needless to Say NO Gifts arrived by Christmas! VERY DISAPPOINTED Daughter!:-(

I recieved my order from petalprim. The sweaters were poorly made with irregular sizing and no tags in the sweaters. I ordered two of the same sweaters in the same size but different colors. What I recieved was two sweaters of different materials and different sizes. The company tried to blame me for ordering the wrong size. I asked to return them. I still haven't recieved an address to mail them back. The company made me take pictures of the shirts with a tape measure to prove the different sizing. This is so unprofessional you should be able to return the awful merchandise. They offered me 23 dollars on a 110 dollar order of useless sweaters. They also told me that there is a chance the sweaters may get lost if I returned them and then I would not get any refund. They are bullying me. This is ridiculous. I notified my credit card company any I hope this matter gets resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS ALL A SCAM WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fraudulent company

I ordered from them many weeks ago, no email other than 1 to say they received my order. I sent them an email 2-3 weeks ago and all they said was we see your order and please give us another 7 days. ( that was 2-3 weeks ago) I still don't have my order. I called my credit card company and reported the fraud. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET YOUR MERCHANDISE, BUT, THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

There is a reason their return policy isn't openly listed on their website. Most online and brick and mortar retailers will accept refunds for any number of reasons. Not Petal Prim. I ordered a pair of knitted pants that, according to the size chart on their website, were over 37" long. On the model in the picture, they come down well past her ankles. I have long legs - 36" - so I thought, great, some cute winter knitted pants that will actually be long enough for me. Ah, no. When I got them, the inseam measured a little over 26" and were capri length on me. Who wants capris in the winter? When I tried to return them, they tried to tell me it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. When I took pictures showing them the measurement as well as their model's picture, they told me the length measurement was from the waistband, not the inseam. First, what model has 26" legs? And who measures pant length from the waistband? No where is that mentioned on their size chart. They continued to give me grief and told me that the shipping back to China is more than the return cost of the pants, so they wouldn't accept the return. So it really doesn't matter why you want to return something, they won't accept it because their flawed business model puts them in the red with every return. And what you see is definitely NOT what you get. Don't waste your money here.

I have never experienced the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life. I needed to EXCHANGE A pair of fleece pants that were too big. I asked for a smaller size. This so-called company, sent me at least eight emails requesting different types of measurements and send pictures of the pants not fitting me plus pictures of me measuring myself, and several more types of pictures before they would "offer a reasonable solution." In the emails they sent, they did not even know how to spell or put their reasoning in context. I explained to them that I am disabled and unable to send pictures. They told me without pictures, they would not EXCHANGE my pants! I was only requesting an exchange, not asking for my money back. I believe this company is buying other merchants clothing and reselling it as I found several shops selling the same clothing and actually using the same models showing the clothing. There was no labels in the pants at all! DO NOT purchase anything from this company! They are unreasonable, unprofessional, and ignorant!
