Placed my order 10 months ago in December 2019 for a few sweaters. Constant delay. By summer, I told them not to bother-didn't want the sweaters in JULY! They said they would refund for one item that was unavailable. I told them I wanted a FULL refund. To date, no refund, no clothes & the email address has changed. Scam, scam, scam!

Total ripoff!

I ordered two items in May 2020. When I checked earlier this month (June) to get an update, their website was gone. I tried contacting them by email with no response. I'm out $62.93 with no way of getting it back because it appears that they're out of business. Hopefully, I'll get the money back from my credit card company.

They don't deserve one star!
Their clothes are absolute garbage and won't issue a refund so be careful. They use fake photos and are nothing what you receive. They hook you in to buy 3 for the free shipping too.

NO STARS FOR THIS "COMPANY!" I bought 2 sweaters well before Christmas for a gift. It didn't look like my order wasn't going to make it in time so I decided to check online reviews to see what others had to say, if they were waiting on packages. I wished I had looked at the reviews first. Since it had been weeks since I placed my order and reading the horrible reviews, I emailed the company to cancel my order. They replied 'It's on its way - don't worry!' I received the package anyway - in January! (I needed it for Christmas) I knew I didn't want it so I gave it back to the US post office, unopened- to return to sender... expecting a refund. 2 months later, still no refund. The emailing began... This company IS from China (which I knew) They could not understand what I was saying. After several emails, someone finally understood and said that they never recieved my package BECAUSE where the package was shipped from isn't where items are ordered from. They won't give me a refund. They won't even give me a credit to purchase somethings else! I am NOT HAPPY! THIS IS A TERRIBLE "COMPANY!"

Please don't waste your money! I literally THREW MY SWEATER IN THE TRASH AFTER I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BAG! It truly looks like a 6 Ur old had sewn it! I didn't even attempt to try it on I was so pissed off!

I order over $300 worth of merchandise early December, trying to plan for Christmas presents, and I was shocked! The merchandise does not look like the pictures and the sizes are not as indicated on the size charts! I didn't receive some of the order until February - after I asked them NOT to send it. They sent it anyway and REFUSED to refund my money! They certainly missed out on a great customer for a long period of time and I will tell everyone, everywhere I go, that this company is NOT reputable. They are very hard to contact, and find ways to scheme and not stand by there merchandise.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I ordered two sweaters for my wife in December 2019, not knowing that this was going to be a scam. The third party, possibly Chinese, has set up a web site as the go between for your orders. They advertise the web site and do all of the billing also. You are over charged for inferior quality clothing, made in china, they pocket the profits and then the lack of customer service goes to hell! I have done everything they have requested for the full refund, but all they wanted to do was exchange them. Well, that's not what they want to do either as time went on. I have not heard from them in over a month.

Totally got scammed!

I received confirmation my order shipped. It took weeks to deliver. When I did receive my order, only 1/2 the items I paid for arrived. I contacted customer service. Told them the issue and also asked what address I needed to return items to that I didn't want. Customer service avoided my question about where to ship back my items. Said I only received 1/2 my order because some of it was still in transit and that one of the items was out of stock. First of all, why wouldn't I have been informed at the time of shipment if something was out of stock? Why wouldn't I have received a separate email and tracking info if shipments were processed separately. It's complete bull! I never received anything else in the mail. I filed a dispute w/ PayPal because customer service started ignoring me. Customer service said I had to close the dispute for them to issue a refund (Turns out this is true, and if you close a dispute, you cannot file one again. Stupid PayPal!). So... I gave it a shot and closed it. Well, what do you know... They've ghosted me again! Complete scam. I got ripped off! BTW, the address on their website isn't a valid address. This entire deal is shady. Don't get scanned like I did! These are total con artists!

Garbage clothing

I beg you do not order from this company. Garbage material from China! Paid $58.00 for 2 sweaters and they were not at all like the add on the website. Arrived after Christmas and one of the sweaters had black marks on it. The sizing came in like they were for hand puppets. After about 20 emails I ended up getting $28 bucks back. Do not order this garbage!

Poor product and service.

Products ordered did not fit. Asked for exchange or return and was offered partial refund to which we declined and asked for full refund. Now no response to multiple attempts at follow up. Advise all to stay away!

Do not order from this Company they will not reply if you have a return. The sweater I ordered as a Christmas present was very cheap material and did not look like the picture I tried 4 times to contact by email and no reply! I still have the $37 sweater and am extremely unhappy!

Awful company, a huge scam. If you want to return anything you have to ship to China (which they conveniently never mention on their website), but they don't even give you that option because they say it's "too expensive and would take too long" as if they have the right to make that decision for the customer. So they say "why don't you donate the clothes to charity" and offer you a measly $5 compensation. They're awful and should be avoided like the plague.

Horrible quality

I bought 6 sweaters from them and tried to return 3 of them. The quality of the clothing is very poor. They will not take them back or issue a refund. Stay away from this company. They are awful!

SCAM!

Before purchasing these sweaters I made sure to read all the fine print. They say the company is in Tampa, Florida. I have been going back and forth with them which is now a company in China. Like the other buys stated, they offered me $15.00 which was suppose to be $100.00. I will not stop until I get my money. Plus one of the sweater had a huge hole in it. I will be reposting this all over social media.

My husband purchased 4 sweaters from Petalprim for Christmas. They arrived AFTER Christmas, even though he ordered in plenty of time. They were all poor quality, scratchy material. Do not look like the website photos in any way shape or form. Trying to return the items is a joke. We paid $105 dollars - they are offering $15 refund and keep the clothes because returning would take over a month and cost me a lot of money. They aren't willing to refund the cost to return the items either. We will NOT be purchasing from them again and I will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Bought a coat. Wrong size sent. They wont help correct. Worst part is their web site wont let you leave a bad review. Says "under review" and then one said "Review too aggressive to post?"
