TOTAL SCAM PLEASE BEWARE!

Here is one of the many emails I've received from petalprim.com regarding returning my over $300 order. It's disgusting. Do NOT purchase anything from this alleged company.
It's all from China, they will not give a phone number, nor will they call me. Below they are trying to offer me a $12.00 refund for over a $300
Order of clothes that are worse quality than the. 99 Store.________________________________________________

From the photos you provided, we can't check what's wrong with the clothes.

We are sorry that our clothe can't make you happy. But the clothes are not damaged. We ship according to the size you choose.

If you return, the shipping costs are high, the return shipping costs about $55-$60.Our warehouse which is set for receiving returning parcels is in china This is not cost-effective.

Transport time is long and easy to lose. Would it be a considerate solution that we refund $12 as compensation for you and keep your items?

If you agree, we will arrange compensation immediately.
