They said that my items would be shipped 3-5 business days after 1st payment. I'm on my 3rd and its still saying the same thing. I reached out via chat and have yet to receive a response.
I use Perpay for everything I bought so much from the microwave a ps5 a Xbox series x I bought 2 tvs also a bed and planning more purchases. With that said let me get to the review your very first item takes a while to ship but after that everything else ships right away I'm talking 2 to 3 days after the first payment. I've not gotten anything that was broke messed up or anything also my credit score has raised while using Perpay the even offer discounts and ways to add money to the next purchase which is always nice. The only thing I don't like is that it takes so long to get in touch with anyone but other then that I'm happy with it they take the money out of your paycheck so you done have to worry about missing a payment I'm truly happy with using them if I can't afford to buy something out right I always check Perpay first it's just so much better then having to search and save up money when I can buy it from them instead and use the items that I need while I pay them off I'm a lifetime customer thank you perpay

Do not deal with this company taking my payments and shipped my order for it to be returned so they must had wrong apartment number I never got it then when trying to explain that I need my order right away redelvered they take two days to answer and tell me if I cancel it I'm still liable for the product IM GETTING A LAWYER I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE!

I don't think I will ever deal with these people again right after I placed my order I went to chat and asked for it to be cancelled because I wanted to check out the company which I should have done from the beginning it's 5 days later and I still have not gotten a response I guess they will take the first payment then respond so that way it would be too late to cancel seems hmmm …. Fishy to me and it's been saying being prepared for shipment expected to ship in 3-5 day, been saying that for the last 3 days but yet nobody can respond to my chat on top of all that now I see where it says my apple series 7 watch bundle will be shipped in different orders ITS A BUNDLE FOR CHRIST SAKES I hope I don't get ripped off

While i understand that the service would be expected to have somewhat higher cost for having installments on items, the prices of items on most items are at least double what you would get anywhere else by paying directly to the merchants. If you're ok with this, go ahead and use it, they do deliver and fundamentally the service does what it says. Be aware there is no live customer service, and it takes at least a day via their messaging system to get back with you. The messaging system that seems to be made to look like a chat system is not. Takes the same 24 hours to get an initial response and sometimes just as long to get subsequent responses related to your questions. Customer service is very sup par for today's world. I have used perpay in the past for a few years and realized how much time and money i'm wasting by going through them.

Signed up. Placed order. I believed that they would only deduct from my paycheck once. Turns out the onlly payment method they accept is garnishing your wages. I cancelled the order 5 minutes after placing the order. Only they didn't cancel and just changed the order number. I received a package from Best Buy. What a night mare. Customer service does not exist. No response from customer service. No phone number to call.
This has to be the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. First off, the prices are DOUBLE what you'd pay for the product at a normal place, but I was willing to use them so I could get a PS5 without paying everything up front. That's on me. Then, you pay for this product for 6-8 weeks and HOPE it'll show up in that time period…. Mine has NOT. I have found NO contact phone number…only an email and it takes at least 1 day for them to respond. They had my product sitting at the "Label Created" part of shipping for 2 weeks then cancelled it and told me that their distributor made a mistake by creating a label for my product before they had it. This entire process has been so frustrating that I asked for a refund…. THEY REFUSED! I've been told for the last 2 weeks that my product is "in the last stage of processing " so they cannot issue a refund. So, now I'm stuck waiting for something that may or may not show up…I ordered this on 12/29/21 and it's now 2/21/22…still waiting and has been in the final stages of processing since 2/4/22. I'm a little frustrated to say the least. I guess that's what I get though. They will NEVER get my business again. Let this be a warning to all that are thinking of using this service/company. You literally have no idea when you will receive your product, but you have to start paying for it on day 1 before they even think of shipping it.

Our Distribution Partner accidentally created the shipping label before the console had shipped, and had to void those labels. For this reason, the tracking was showing that the shipment was canceled. I see that our Support team credited the cost of shipping for the inconvenience.
It looks like your order was released for shipment on 1/6/2022, and delivered on 2/24/2022. Due to high nationwide demand, the shipping timeframe for this item is extended. We set the 6-8 week shipping expectation ahead of making the purchase, and met that expectation.

Great in every way, easy to work with, great products, great people to do business with - my only negative that keeps me from five stars is the delays in approval, which I was not expecting when I ordered items to give as gifts which means there's a window of urgency that I needed on my very order so far but unfortunately these delays are not ideal. Nonetheless, they will not hamper my desire to get this current order finalized or any future orders I surely will be placing. I might suggest not telling us anything about having an approved credit limit until the order is submitted, or maybe make the potential for delays for approval and shipping more visible prior to the moment you e get ready to submit an order. It would not change my desire to place orders through you guys either way, but it's my thoughts on the matter and it's my reasoning for the 4 star review. But anyway, I am still satisfied to say the least. Thank you for the hard work and time spent making it all happen. Great job and keep up the good work and thank you for hearing what I have to comment about.

While there is a small convenience factor, we do not charge interest on purchases and ship the order after only one payment!
That said, as a financial platform, we always encourage our customers to choose the purchasing option that is most comfortable for their own financial situation and goals.
Although it may seem like a convenient way get a new product without having to pay upfront for it, stay clear. Not only do you have to wait until Payday for them to ship it out when the payment is deposited directly into one of their accounts, if you decide to cancel due to the long wait, they'll still get some money out of you. I needed a new monitor and so I decided to browse Perpay. I chose one, but when I found out they'd be waiting until my next payday to verify the money, and an actual down payment to get it shipped via debit card was not possible, I decided to cancel the order within the hour. Now, the thing with setting up multiple accounts for your paycheck to be deposited in, is that they won't show up on your employee portal immediately. In fact, you may end up waiting a pay cycle or two. Well, the day before that payment was due, I had an itch, and went on to my employee portal and tried removing that account, only to find out they had already begun processing it and I couldn't remove it. Was kind of upset. I said to myself, "oh well, at least they have my direct deposit information and can just reorder that monitor and have them ship it out. WRONG. I spent 4 days waiting for Customer Service to respond to me, only to say that the $43 was used towards the monitor, but they would still need to wait until my next payday to get this order shipped, even though the $43 was non-refundable and put towards the item regardless. Sad part is, is their bank info is still on my payroll. I'll pay this off and never use them again. Also, their prices are generally double anywhere else if simply decided to purchase the item outright.
The fact that I can build my credit and pay installments was the best thing for me. It's not that many payments either.
They took 4 payments out my check and I didn't receive a shipping date so I been calling and messaging them can't get no one on phone and they typically takes 3 to 4 days to respond via chat when they finally respond they gonna tell me the item I ordered is out of stock $#*! it wasn't out of stock when I placed order

Let me start by saying I have bought tons of stuff & currently pay almost $300 monthly for items I am happy with. However, I started looking for a file cabinet w/perpay. Their price is $22.50 x 16 pays=$360 which was shocking to me for a small 3 drawer cabinet, no matter quality. I looked online for pricing to see exactly what the difference in pricing is & the exact product goes from $160-$178! Look, I totally understand they are taking a chance & they are in the business of making money but $180 profit? Absolutely disgusting! Even $50-$60 is pushing it. This does not even include tax & shipping. Will not use them once my items are paid off. Profit? Ok fine, but this is predatory. I will do business somewhere else. Very disappointed in PerPay.
I have bought a bunch of things from them and always got great service. I have been able to get items when I didn't have enough money to get them from the store. Prices are what to expect when not buying direct and on time.
I been with perpay for about 4-5 months and it's been a good experience. Alot of their products say 2-3 business after the first payment then they ship it and for the most part they usually ship my stuff the same day they get the first payment which is always nice lol. My most recent purchase I took a shot and ordered a series X and I seen alot of people give this company a negative review of the how it takes 6-8 weeks just to get a series X and Ps5. That was essentially my expectations to wait 6-8 weeks. I believe perpay supplier is bestbuy and when they series X or ps5 available then that's when perpay buys them and ships it to us that explains the 6-8 week window. Well I paid them last Friday and I got one today, so it took like 6 days to finally get to my hands. I was expecting it but I was really happy. The only complaint I have with this company is the customer service is horrible probably the worst tbh. One time I had to wait almost 4 days just to get a response back. But overall this company is s good company if you want to get something ypu want from their site but also built credit!
I want to thank PerPay for the great customer service and for fulfilling my XBOX Series X order. So many people are complaining about the 6 to 8 week fulfillment time, but even box stores like WalMart and Best Buy are having a hard time keeping the XBOX in stock! You can't be mad at PerPay when there is a supply issue nation-wide. That's not a PerPay issue, that's a Microsoft and Sony issue.
I took the gamble and bought the XBOX, I knew it was going to be a wait. I am SO glad I did. I placed my order at the end of November. I got an email about a week later that said there was a possible delay in the fulfillment for this issue, and I could either wait for it to be a fulfilled or get a refund. I chose to wait. Two weeks later I got an email that said the item was now in stock and was going to be shipped within two weeks. I was SO excited when UPS dropped of the XBOX yesterday, December 22nd! In time for Christmas!
Any time I have had questions about my orders, or anything, I've emailed customer service and they have responded pretty quickly (usually within a day, sometimes as quick as 20 minutes). They were always super helpful, very kind, and provided great customer service.
I think a lot of the people who are complaining are just not looking at the whole picture and things that are outside of PerPay's control. My experience has been wonderful, and I would recommend PerPay to anyone considering it.
Was approved for $950 credit limit I put a order in for $930 and when I got ready to check they wouldn't let me submit my order so they didn't think I could work with per pay I was ready to submit a payment and everything my first two payments actually so

I am currently waiting for my first payment to go thru to receive my items a xbox s and some beats for Xmas for my husband and I already see from what I have read review wise I may need to not go this route I'm so nervous now almost every review is awful and this Xmas was to be special for my family because past couple been awful... Ordered for Christmas in 11/29. Item said it would ship within 5 days after first payment ( which they got 2 of since a payment came out my bonus also) then got an email saying it's preparing to ship however underneath it says shipping time is 3 to 5 weeks. Totally passed me off but I was hoping it was an error. NOW I just checked again and it has changed to 6 to 8 weeks! I HAVE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL IT SAYS 3 to 5 days. This is unacceptable. Be more honest. Had I known this I wouldn't have ordered it.
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
