I have a perpay account and they have been constantly emailing me for business. Well, I am now skeptical, so I checked the reviews and I am glad I did. Sounds like this company is fraudulent as advertised all over the internet.
Been trying to get ahold of this company for a replacement of an item they had out of stock. I gave them all the info they needed but they won't reply. No one will reach out about where the heck this replacement dryer is or what they are going to do about. I'm onto my 2nd payment and will be on my 3rd and still haven't and probably won't see the replacement. Tell me what I'm suppose to do about them NOT trying to deliver the item I'm actively paying for and if I refuse to pay for it I get sent to collections and suffer a credit score bump down.
I love Perpay! They made it easy for me to get all the things I want at a very low price each month. Very thankful!

Stay away from this company especially if you wanna purchase a ps5... I used a similar company called zebit I made my first payment and the ps5 was in my possession 3 days later... this company on the other hand the fact that you have to set it up as a direct deposit is gonna take a couple of weeks just for them to actually receive a payment but the worst part is they basically lie and tell you that they have them in stock but after you've set everything up and money is taken out of your check you realize that they actually don't have them in stock and you're literally waiting around to see when one might get shipped to you smh it's been a whole month since I first signed up and I'm still being told it might be another 4-6 weeks until one actually ships to me meanwhile they're taking money outta my check every week do yourself a favour and don't use this company

I read reviews some people are saying they didn't have a great experience but I did. I turned my perpay information into my employer the payment was taking out 10/13 my product was at my house 10/15. Although the site said it would take 3 to 5 weeks. If your item is accessible at the moment and your payment info legit you will get your products in good time as if you bought it full price direct from the original retailer themselves. I love this site good job guys.

I've been trying to contact customer service via phone call and via chat About making a withdrawal. Of the funds that's in my per pay account. I've sent multiple emails. Sent multiple messages on the chat screen. Haven't heard back from anyone. Is anyone else having this problem? Customer service isn't the greatest.

A member of our team was able to schedule a time to hop on the phone with you and arrange your withdrawal request, and your funds are on their way back to you now.
My whole pay check has been deducted and I can't get in touch with anyone to help stop that payment. I have sent email after email and call after call. I still haven't gotten a response. This is not a good look. I think I'm going to report this to the BBB.
I've been waiting on my package for weeks, PerPay provided the wrong Tracking number and I still haven't received my package. The customer support is terrible and I'm paying for something that they don't even have the tracking to. What is going on. The tracking that was provided to me was for someone else, I went to UPS who stated that the package weighed about 0.30 ounces and wasn't a TV the also stated that the shipment had a completely different name and address and was shipped from Amazon.com. I need answers as to why I can't get support from y'all in finding out where the TV is and when it will be shipped. I would appreciate if y'all can express ship it as it's been way too long.
Don't buy from perpay. I pay almost $200 n it pass 4 week n didn't got my ps5. So I had no choice to delete there account from my paycom n I told my boss to collect those money back n I also reported to bbb n they going to help me... don't let perpay take u for your money... perpay take your money n u won't see nothing

Your first payment was received on 8/26, so your order is still within the shipping expectation that is listed on the product page ahead of purchasing the console.

They blame you or the browser or say you have an order in process. All LIES. I've tried different browsers and they will not let you cancel. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY. It's a scam!

It looks like this is one of two issues: either you're actively paying for an order at the moment and therefore unable to cancel your account, or there's an issue with your app that could potentially be solved by accessing Perpay on a different browser or device. So yes it takes a while to get someone in customer service to respond like a day or so but usually I get a quick response in an email. I've received all my orders and I've ordered apple products, dressers and tvs. No problems. Actually shipped super fast even around Christmas and my most recent purchase was 6 days ago and received it 2 days ago. Easy payments come out of my paycheck and I'm good. Not sure what's happening with other people but this site is actually pretty good.

I'm missing 2 monitors which are $200 a piece and a keyboard/mouse combo which was $50. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no response. I've called, chatted, and emailed. Nothing. If someone does not respond in 24 hours I'm getting my lawyer involved. I'm missing $450 of equipment. You are taking money out of my paycheck for items I never received. This is called stealing. Your chat is active and your customer service rep Jarrod still has not responded. Once again IF I HEAR NOTHING BY AUGUST 25TH 2022 I WILL BE REMOVING THE DIRECT DEPOSIT AND CALLING MY LAWYER. I WILL BE SUING YOUR COMPANY.

I have been a customer for years the prices have gotten outrageous! The Gucci bracelet I bought was too small I can't return it and the perfume I ordered came from Fragrancenet. Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
