I ordered 599.00 dollars worth of Xmas stuff for my kids they sent me the speakers but did not send the beats ear buds instead I got a switch case and beat earphones I have requested a return on the items that I received but they keep sending a email from a bot system saying to return the ear buds how can I return something I don't have? I'm starting to think this place is a joke below is what I received and what I ordered. How can this be messed up this bad?
When will the payment reflect my perpay account im very interested in using the site but it took the funds wednesday due to me being able to receive my pay 2 days in advance. Will it reflect on the actual pay day which is friday?

Just used this for the first time after hearing about it. Just put in my DD info and I was done. It's otw. So far so. I just wish they had more men's jewelry and designer wear. Got an email saying I qualified for 1k loan so I went on there and saw what they had and the prices are 3x/6x higher than what they are anywhere else. It is NOT worth it. Theres barely any products for sale and what is there, is waaaaay more than the actual cost. If the prices on the items were 20$ more than the actual price, I would consider using it...however, the prices on electronics are at least 200$ more that buying them from the store flat out. I would NEVER make 4 payments of 19$ for a basic plastic 10$ baby doll yall KNOW yall need to stop

The 1st item I received from perpay it wasn't a smooth transaction but I've made 3 purchases after that and have not had a problem since. My only issue is the non existing customer service department. Every communication is through email and that to me is not a good thing.

The shipping timeframe for next generation consoles can be a bit longer due to high demand for the console, but you received your console within a week. It's definitely not worth it they overprice you for anything that's on the site Plus you have to pay for shipping you might as well wait for your payday and buy it instead of incurring all the interest that they give you it is no good at all I'm telling you stay away. Hi Misty, we have been in communication with your fiance about this issue. The first dryer he ordered went out of stock, and we found a replacement dryer that was released for shipment on 10/25. We have record of all the payments he has made, and we are more than happy to share those with him! We are currently working with him to resolve this.
Great concept and idea, and even great rollout of the website, how it works, etc. but OUTRAGEOUS markups on many high price items, regularly 25% to 50% markups from the exact same items from manufacturers websites. Implement a price match guarantee, or I will not use or recommend this company at all, for the greed.
Who really needs to read my review when it's perfectly clear with barely 3 stars and 54% of the reviews are a 1 star rating? That alone should be enough to say to one self "Nope, not even going to buy at all" Don't ya think?
