So yes it takes a while to get someone in customer service to respond like a day or so but usually I get a quick response in an email. I've received all my orders and I've ordered apple products, dressers and tvs. No problems. Actually shipped super fast even around Christmas and my most recent purchase was 6 days ago and received it 2 days ago. Easy payments come out of my paycheck and I'm good. Not sure what's happening with other people but this site is actually pretty good.
