Purchased a tuxedo for a wedding. Shipping and size were fine but the pants are completely see through with poor quality. They are so sheer you can see every inch of the underwear. They will not exchange or accommodate the buyer and will send generic messages when you inquire or inform them of their quality. All sales final is what they will use as an excuse not to refund or exchange. Buyer beware this company is fraudulent and items are not the same as advertised. Mel corresponded on several occasions by email and each time the blame has been shifted. They rip their customers off and then say they were already charging 50% off the final price. Sure would have been believable if the fabric was not already cheap. I have had doll clothes made of better quality material.
This online clothing store has a constant and persistent focus that allows you to do my shopping from home. If you do not want the product you have ordered, return and refund are part of the service. A large percentage of clothing is polyester fabric, but I have found that if you read the product information carefully, they also have shirts that are available in cotton and linen fabric. Casual shirts like pants can be a very good buy.
Shirt was ill fitting, unfavorable material, and customer service was not friendly. Return window time got away from me as I've been planning a wedding and working full time, and they refused to exchange the shirt. I would never return business to this company. You've been warned.

I had to find a unique and rare color for my sisters wedding, as dusty rose color, and Perfect Tux is the only place I could find an entire suit like that. The fit is amazing, it is a beautiful and elegant suit. I got so many compliments at the wedding, everything worked out just right. Customer service was great too, they had to change my jacket to a size smaller which worked out great, because it fit just right! If I need another suit in the future I will be back here.

Looking for something casual cool to go with jeans on date nights, I found two tux jackets that fit the bill. The pricing is good and they ship quickly. If you haven't checked them out, you should!
Our 3 year-old son's ring bearer tux rental was a little over $240! I was not going to pay that, so last minute I got online hoping to find something comparable. After receiving my husbands shirt, we realized it was too large. He was not a Large. K of C 4th degree coming up at week end, I never thought we'd get the smaller shirt in time. Don't know how they did it, but we did receive the shirt, it is perfect size, lightweight to go under a tux, well made and great. Our son tried the first shirt and it fit! So, no returns. My son is 7 and usually wears a size 7 but the tux was way too big (more for a 8/9 year old). Customer service was awesome with assisting with the return and ordering a size 6. Fit great, although we still got it tailored. He received so many compliments at the wedding and I am very pleased. Will be ordering again for our family holiday pics =)

Everything fit perfect and looked exactly like the picture. I received my son's tux in 6 days, however I never received a tracking number so I didn't know whether it would arrive on time or not. Fortunately it did.

Ordering was easy. We ordered the charcoal grey slim suit for boys. I ordered size 12 for my 10 year old who normally wears a 10. It was a little long but fits good around the waist and is of good quality. UPS lost the package! Perfect Tux's customer service was superb. They were ready to remedy the situation immediately, but thankfully UPS found the package. I will definitely order from these folks again should I have a need to do so.
