I purchased the mens satin burgundy tuxedo vest with optional tie. When it arrived (quicker than I expected too), I was so pleased to see it was by far of high quality than any of the other vests I had ordered and it was true in color. Finding the right burgundy for the occasion (prom) has been a nightmare but this vest was perfect. Then I realized I had ordered the wrong size! I immediately got back on the site and ordered the correct size but I only had 3 days to get it so although I purchased expedited shipping, I opened a chat to make sure I'd get it in time. Someone identified as "Matt A." helped me. Matt was FANTASTIC! He offered to check the east coast store so I'd save on shipping, he helped me verify the correct size and on top of this, he gave me a discount on the shipping! This place seems to care very much about its customers and works hard to help you. I will definitely shop here again and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of their products.

I purchased a red tux for my husband for us to wear to a formal event. The shipping was a mess, but customer service fixed the issue and sent the tux via UPS 2-day so it could arrive on time. The red was not as bright as it showed on the picture, therefore, it didn't really match my dress. The suite itself had lots of thread's showing in random places which made it seem pretty cheap. Overall it wasn't a bad buy but I would prefer to shop somewhere else for a better quality tux.

I usually don't order clothing on line but because my son wanted a beautiful rose gold tuxedo jacket from Perfect Tux for his prom I decided to give it a shot. I needed a tux for my son who lives in Virginia and his sister my daughter who was the one getting married in New York City in 5 days. I ordered the tux over the phone with Steve and gave him the mesurements. I later called back and ordered another tux so me and my son would have on the same Tuxedo. Mine was a little different due to my size (smile). Steve put the order together and both tuxedo's arrived a day earlier than I was informed. My tux fitted (Perfect) and was exactly what I ordered. I ordered a jacket for my son's prom and it came true to fit, the pants on the other hand were too small. He ordered the size he normally gets, but they were way too small. We'll stick to only ordering Jackets from them.
The suit is exceptional and well worth the price! It arrived very fast and there were no issues at all. The only thing is I hope there are more options for husky boys in during my next purchase. Yes I will be making another purchase and very very soon!
I ordered the attire at what I considered the last minute (3 weeks before). You didn't have his size but I ordered any way. I received the attire before the date I was told. I was able to have it tailored to fit him and he looked great!
My son needed a tux for his School orchestra performance. When I first spoke to customer service, I ordered a size 14. However, when we received and he tried on the tux, we realized it was too small and had to changed to a size 16. When I called customer service ( spoke with owner Steven B.) and explained that I needed the tux expedited due to the performance, the tux arrived on time as promised. The only comment is that the tux style is designed for a snug fit and ordering one size up would result in a more relaxing and comfortable fit. Other than that, I was very happy with the overall tux in terms of quality and cost. We would definitely recommend perfect tux for their overall customer service.
The blazer drew all of the attention at the event I attended! Everyone was asking where I got it from? Also, Wow! That's nice! The only minor dilemma was when I took it out of box to try it on, the button fell off and I had to get it repaired. Other then that, I was completely satisfied! I would do it all over again!

I think overall you guys have some good stuff, and good customer service. The only thing that I didn't like is the communication between clients. When the things are shipped I don't get any notice. And even if it doesn't delivered I don't get a message until I call. I hope you guys could work on that.

Ordered a lilac colored neck tie for my son. Chatted with one of the representatives and told him I need it for my 8 year old son. When I received the package, I was surprised that it's not the quality that I expected. The satin cloth looks cheap and it's too short for my son. Overall not happy and will need to return it.
