Ordered for my son for his prom. Great quality! Super fast shipping! The best thing, however, was the length of sleeve. I was able to order a 31. It was perfect. Very hard to find 30 or 31 sleeve length(s). I am very pleased!

HI, Thanks for the quality of the suit we received. I do need to say that the picture should have been more professional. It is very obvious that the pants in the picture on the website are far to long for the model. It confused my friend when we took the pants to the tailor's for fitting because he thought that this is the way they were to be worn. Pictures should show what it is to have a clean look, not sloppy.
I ordered 2 sizes of tuxes for my son who will be a ring bearer in my sisters wedding in August. Beautiful color navy blue but neither fit. I sent both in for a return and unfortunately I had to call because they were not processed timely (order #8391). However once I provided the UPS tracking number the customer service agent said he would process. I reordered for the correct size and it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. He is 5 and he looks handsome! Great product, great people. Overall if I am willing to buy something online at this day and age I do expect that return shipping is paid for which I was surprised it wasn't. I had called to start the process for the return order and a sheet was sent to me to include in the box but no label. To spend $18 on return shipping when I am still buying a different size doesn't seem reasonable to me. Again, overall product is great but return process needs to be tightened up a bit to provide excellent service.
The suits run really small. My son wears size 8 and the 12 is slightly larger on him... not enough to size down. The suits appear well made and are packaged to store in a nice garment bag. This is a really great suit for a great price.
My order arrived as expected, on time! The jacket fit perfectly and is great quality. It is exactly as described and even exceeded what I thought it would look like. The pants were great quality and fit just right. We had to hem the legs but we knew we would have to do that.

I ordered 2 suits for my nephews. One was way too big so I was provided a return number and a label to return it and get a new size. The only unfortunate part is having to pay for return shipping. Otherwise a great experience!
My search for a tuxedo shirt had been going on for years. Nothing seemed right because there didn't seem to be any shirts available for women, that fit correctly. Ruffles would not do. A pleated shirt with a wing collar was my ideal, and, after a hint from my sister, I happened upon PerfectTux. The size, the wing collar, and the fit were perfect. I was delighted with "studs" although I substituted family heirlooms.
I wore the shirt, with a teal blue jacket with black lapels, and an antique brooch, to my Birthday bash, with family and friends, and the evening and the shirt were a hit.

The size was perfect and the quality of the Tux was superior, Paid for a product not a name which is excellent I would recommend this company to everyone to buy a Tux, why rent for 1 time when you can buy one for the same price as a rental and wear multi times. I ordered mine first to see if they run big or true to size. Once I received mine, I submitted 6 different tuxes for everyone.
