Ordered a shirt and bow tie or event. When the order arrived the shirt had bad stitches on the front, poor quality, and was very noticeable. I had no time to reorder since the event was the evening after the shirt arrived. Perfect Tux charges a restocking fee which I had to pay to initiate my return, even though it was damaged! This wasn't my fault and I was charged a restocking fee for a damaged item that will be passed on to another customer! Bad Business!
This issue was resolved with the vendor. I ordered a shirt and bow tie and returned both. When I noticed only a portion of my return was processed I assumed I was charged the restocking fee clearly displayed on my invoice, but in fact the bow tie return was missed and not processed. The vendor has since credited my return for my entire purchase, no restocking fee was charged. I appreciate them addressing this issue in rapid speed!
Placed the order and within the timeframe for delivery the packages were delivered. The items looked as great as the picture online. I called and received superior customer service. The person I spoke with was so nice and looked up my item and gave me all the information I requested and more.

I have a friend who is very tall and very hard to fit. He was in a ballroom dance competition and needed a tux shirt that fit. We ordered the 17 1/2-36-37 and it is the first shirt that has actually fit him perfectly. He loved it. His dance frame was not hampered and he and his partner did a great job at the competition. The tux we ordered for a two year to wear as a ring bearer worked out perfect! Ordered a 2T (his regular size) tux fit great no alteration needed. It arrived in a week without the need to pay extra for quick shipping. Would definitely recommend to others.
Don't order the silver and black sequins tuxedo jacket. Within minutes of putting the jacket on the black sequins flip over and show and ugly silver line along all seems and also randomly throughout the fabric. Looks very cheap. And to boot the company is unwilling to take the jacket back. Not what a reputable company does, in my opinion.
We're really sorry, but If the jacket was shipped damaged we would have no problem issuing a refund or replacing the jacket. The customer admits to wearing it and it's hard to say how/where the jacket was damaged. We do know we have never had this complaint about any of our sequin jackets or other products in general. It's an unfortunate situation, and again, we would be happy to replace any item that arrives damaged for whatever reason, but this was not the case.
I am very pleased with the vest I ordered. It is for a theme wedding. The quality is very nice. I was surprised by that because of the cost. The color is very true to the sample on the website. I would purchase from this company again.
So far, so good. I was very pleased with the website and the ease in ordering. The clothing came promptly. We were pleased with the quality. Unfortunately my daughter could not use the clothing. I am awaiting instructions to return the order.
I looked everywhere for a tuxedo shirt for my son. French cuff, plain front. No other site had it except PT. Wish I visited here before I got clothes for the rest of my groomsmen. Also, I bought the wrong size, but easily exchange for the right one. No drama.
The top part of the suit was of somewhat good quality. However, the pants seemed cheap and a bunch of strings coming out of the hem.
Overall, I was happy with the product and if I had to, I would purchase again from this company.
When I removed the shirt from the shrink wrap, there were several white stains on the shirt in various places. I brought the shirt to a dry cleaner for them try to remove the stains. The shirt is due to be picked up on 10/24. I hope the stains are gone. Poor quality control is bad for business.

I order a tuxedo and it was delivered quickly and it was better than I had hoped for. All it needed was have the pants hemmed and it fit perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends or buy more of your products.
I thought the tux was very nice however it was so extremely oversized that it cost almost the same to get it fitted to size. Originally I thought I was getting a great deal but ended spending way over my budget to get tailored.
Omg I was kind of skeptical of ordering a suit on without my son being fitted for it. But boy was I was wrong, not only did it fit I love the quality of the suit it was amazing. I love it thanks for making my son prom a success!
The suit, shirt, and tie are of very good quality and I like the color! It looks great. The only other thing is the fit---I ordered it for my Grandson and he will come soon to try it on... I only hope it will fit as well as it looks!
I was not sure of purchasing from the seller, since I just picked the seller on the internet. But, I must say that I had no problems. I sent the money and the items were sent without any problems. We were able to resolve the issue with Tim. There was no restocking fee ever charged to the customer, but a missing refund for a missing bow tie was what made him think that there was a fee. We were able to refund him also for the missing bow tie and his original shipping due to the defective shirt. We wish we would of known about the defective shirt before, because we would of done everything to make sure the right shirt was received (even if we had to overnight it)
