I ordered a Tuxedo to wear to a Semi Formal Awards ceremony. I was completely satisfied with my tuxedo. It was neatly packaged and looked just as good in person as it did on the website. I was completely satisfied.
I ordered a coupon of tux jackets to use as nice dinner jackets for my husband. They are really good quality and look beautiful. Very high quality which was not expected based on the price. These are not good quality for the price they are good quality. Exactly as pictured. We received a lot of compliments.
As for service, we are so pleased. There was an issue with our shipment that was going to delay the delivery date and we were contacted by customer support immediately to advise of the issue and update the delivery date. It was so nice to hear from a company rather than having to call them once it was late.
We are looking forward to ordering more jackets. We have also told our friends about this company because who doesnt need a great dinner jacket!
This is the second time I have had to return something (just ordered the wrong size, but the product was just fine). Each time I follow the instructions to obtain an RMA # and the system doesn't work. It requires a back and forth communication with a customer service person to just send back an item and get a refund. Unfortunately, this is too time consuming for me to continue to shop at this store.
Purchase a Shaw lapel ivory colored tux online for a upcoming wedding in November. When it was delivered the tux wasn't the color it appealed to look online. The lapel was suppose to be ivory but it was a champagne color which didn't match the wedding colors. I returned the tux within the 14 day period allotted on the return policy. I waited 7 to 10 business days to revived refund as stated in the return policy. I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I tried contacted by phone numerous times, the automated voicemail stated that the customer service hours are from 10a-2p Monday-Friday but when I called between those hours and still never got anyone on the phone. The only contact was through email. That sucks because I have to wait days for a response after sending several emails. STILL NO REFUND AND ITS BEEN 32 days.
I would highly recommended buying from another company.
I would highly recommend PerfectTux. I purchased the prom package for my son. The tuxedo was the same quality as the designer tuxedo was going to purchase. The fit was true to size and the shirt, vest, and cuff links made the purchase a great value.
Customer service was great. I ordered a 40 tuxedo and a small vest. Customer service emailed me to make sure I did not order a small by mistake. I appreciated their attention to detail and their effort to ensure my satisfaction.

Thank you for having a Tux in all sizes for women! I was hoping for the same style of skirts in my order. The items I ordered for me arrived on time. However, a substitution was made for a skirt I ordered for my Plus size daughter that arrived 2 days after the event. The quality of my Tux is excellent. Not so hot on the substitute skirt. My daughter likes her skirt and wants to keep it. Side slit vs back slit.

First-time buyer. The products I purchased were the women's white tux jacket, the tux pants, the tux shirt and the bow tie. It is great to finally see women's wear on the market and this is the place to purchase it. The cost is low and it looks great!
This PerfectTux company is a fake guys. Their product do not match the sample on their website. I just bought a Tux from them, about a mouth ago and didn't look the same as it was on their website and I returned it back. Just a heads up guys. Plz be careful when you are returning their product. Make sure you video record the process when you placing their product in a package for a return just to be on the safe side. They will always want to fake something in order take some of your money believe me. I'm a victim of the PerfectTux. Be careful guys
This site saved us when my son was ring bearer in my cousin's wedding and the bride wanted us to rent a tux for my 4-year-old which would've cost us $274 from Men's Warehouse. Outrageous! Ordered this just seeing if it would work and it couldn't have been better. True to size, comes packaged neatly so he could wear it right out of the box and material looks so nice so it worked well for the formal event. All I did was rent the tie from Men's Warehouse to match the bridal party. The navy blue color I ordered was deep in color, just like their tuxes. Very pleased. Best part, we have some other upcoming events and he can rewear it! Pants are now what he wears to church too, so I'm getting my money's worth. Highly recommend!
Wish i found it earlier! After trips to destinationxl, rochester big and tall and menswearhouse i took a chance on perfecttux and was first surprised by the accurate service i got online chatting with a rep and to seeing the nice shoes and tuxedo shirt a few days later.

Their website is neat and easy to follow. The size chart was right on. The shipping was quick, and everything about my order is perfect. Even up to the packaging of the product. If youre wanting to order a Tux online, and you need one quickly that is awesome this is the place you should order from.

I was in a bit of a hurry to find my son an affordable suit and stumbled on this great site! I was in desperate need of one and wasn't sure I should trust the delivery date but it arrived right on time. All of the elements of the suit fit perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely be ordering from them again :)
Unfortunately Perfect Tux sold out of the tux I ordered however, the customer service person, Steve, was apologetic and conveniently provided me a similar tux at the same price. The rest of the items I ordered have been shipped in less than 24 hours which I am very impressed about. So far I haven't seen the items however just based on professionalism and promptness I would recommend Perfect Tux to anyone!
The tux jacket looks and fits great for my fiancé for our wedding. The only issue was one lapel was creased/pressed on a weird angle and had to be taken to the dry cleaners to be adjusted. Otherwise, the jacket is what we wanted!
It was easy to find the suit we were looking for, in the color we needed. It was my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and we all were wearing lite colors. My son needed a beige suit and your site had exactly what he liked.

Unfortunately, even though I ordered a Women's tuxedo jacket in size 4 (using my measurements matched with their size chart), the size 4 jacket was so large it looked like a clown costume. Granted, it was a 4R and I'm size 4P, but it was much bigger than a size 6 jacket. I was so disappointed!
I will have to return the tux jacket. With such superb customer relations, I am sorry for that.
We were very pleased with the bowtie that we order. This was for a holiday event so we ordered a green one. It was the exact color of the one on the website. Thank you for delivering quality products in a timely fashion.
My order came iN fast. I also order a pair if shoes and customer service told me they didnt have them in my size for the color I wanted. They went above and beyond and found them in the warehouse. I would recommend them to others.
