Perfect Tux

I called in an emergency needing two child suits to take with me to Switzerland the following day. Chat line fellow was excellent. I wish I could remember his name. I got my daughter in Switzerland on the phone. She took boys measurements and I typed back to chat line. Recommendation on sizes made. Overnight shopping came thru, and I hand carries for a perfect fit on the other end. Boys looked fantastic!

Excellent product. Great quality. The customer service was also super. The only problem is they did not have a tux that fit me. I had to order a tux that was too big and then take it to a tailor and have it fitted. I wish they would carry a few more sizes. However, I supposed I still came out on top because with the inexpensive prices I still didn't spend a whole lot of money even with the custom tailoring.

Quality, affordable tux. Excellent communication. Incredible customer service. The red tux we originally ordered was back ordered and Perfect Tux jumped thru every hoop to make sure my son had the perfect red tux he dreamed of wearing for his Senior prom. I will definitely consider ordering from you guys again. Everything came in a timely matter. You all did end up running out of stock with the size we needed but everything worked out with the exception of the pants. Also, I would have liked to have a tracking number just so I would feel more comfortable knowing where my packages were.

I was having so much difficulty finding a patent leather shoe for a toddler boy a couple of weeks before Easter. I bought a white shoe from another store but was not really happy with it so I decided to give the Internet one more try. I went to an expensive Tuxedo Shop for my son when he was in a wedding last year. I spent $250 on his whole ensemble. My husband is a concert cellist so needs a tux shirt as part of his uniform". The quality of cotton, the very nice detail and the crisp wings on the collar make this shirt stand out above the rest. It fits him beautifully. Will buy again.

This is the first time ordering a suit online. The options were great as my son wanted something different from the classic looking tux for prom. He loves the suit. The only thing I would suggest of the company is to allow separate jacket ordering from the pants. My son is tall but rather slim in the waist. So his shirts and jackets run a little larger than his pants usually.

Horrible experience for over 3 weeks. Need a full refund and return for everything!
Had to reach out to them numerous times. And multiple times received different answers from different people.
Maybe if they see this, something will change for the better.

I was looking for a unique and great looking Tux/Dinner jacket for my wedding. Many chain stores were extremely expensive and did not really help me find what I needed. Perfect Tux is a great costume manufacturer. The prices are quite adequate and the service is simply excellent. They do exactly what you order, everything is always perfect. The suits wasn't to our liking but this company took it back with no problem. Only issue I wish they would consider having paid postal returns. We spent a lot of money on just returning the suits. Otherwise good company.
