Everything from prices to sizes were spot on! Very affordable, great quality product. I was weary of the sizing because my son is quite tall but very slim. I went exactly as their sizing chart suggested and it fit perfectly! It was shipping within a day and at my house in just a few days! Great company and great first time experience.

The site was real easy to use however, I never thought the process through completely. As I have spina bifida with scoliosis causing me to be an usual fit. The site only request neck and arm measurement which mind you were a perfect fit however my body of my shirt was then 4 sizes to big. Really would be nice to have area for chest measurement. But overall experience was good. And probably not a problem most people would have. Service was fast and friendly.
Purchased the Indigo Suit set for my sons 8th grade prom. The Indigo suit looks nothing like the picture. We received a dull boring dusty darker blue suit. Unfortunately the suit came 2 days before his event and we had to run around like crazy to find someone to Alter it due to the size we ordered wasnt in stock and they failed to notify us in sufficient amount of time. Was told we would get a credit to assist with alterations but never received anything. Not satisfied with the suit at all.
I purchased a tux. Although it was very nice it didn't fit my sons shoulders. I returned it. I used tracking to make sure it was delivered and it was. Problem is I have yet to get an email confirmation or a full refund, which leaves the customer feeling anxious. They say they have it but haven't gotten to it yet for processing.
Shirt was ill fitting, unfavorable material, and customer service was not friendly. Return window time got away from me as I've been planning a wedding and working full time, and they refused to exchange the shirt. I would never return business to this company. You've been warned.
Customer's order was four months old. Any customer within our return policy will have no problems returning or exchanging. We often make exceptions if you're just outside the policy, but four months is too long.
I ordered my son a tuxedo jacket on 04/09/22 for his prom on 04/23/22. I paid for 3-5 day shipping so that I would have time to get accessories before the prom. Can't get anyone on the phone so I emailed them on 04/15/22 to inquire about my order. I received an email from Mel stating the shipping department confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. Still no jacket!. Looking at the status per their website, my order has yet to be fulfilled! Now, I will have to scramble to find my son a jacket for Saturday. Really frustrated!

Twenty years ago I found a set of treble clef tux studs to wear with my conductor's while tie and tails. I broke one of them and various attempts at repair failed. A lengthy search brought me here. I was elated. They arrived PROMPTLY. Service was courteous. My experience was 100% positive. Without reservation I recommend.

My son is very tall and skinny, so the slim fit of this suit is absolutely perfect for him! He has not worn it yet, as it is for an upcoming wedding. But the suit material looks to be very durable and of very nice quality! I love that everything came together too. Suit jacket, pants, vest, shirt and tie - no need to find one more thing!
I had an issue with a pay pal payment! Perfect tux called pay pal and took care of it right away. I liked that I was able to personally speak to someone on the phone. They shipped my order out quickly. Efficient and professional! Would definitely order from again.

3 boys, all different ages, are in a destination wedding and need to wear the same suit. We are staying for a long period of time therefore rental companies were not an option. I found this website after doing a search and it was EXACTLY what we needed. They have a great selection, the quality of the suit is great and they deliver quickly. I highly recommend them.
I ordered my fiance's tux in burgundy, it arrived very quickly in the color maroon. It was an hassle to send back. Back and forth with customer service. Finally sent back but no response for two weeks. Called customer services, they received the suit but was not processed yet. He said he will process right then and send me a email stating its processed. It is now a week later. No email, no refund.

I purchased a navy blue 5 piece suit for my sons First Holy Communion and it looks absolutely perfect on him! It came shipped on a hanger to avoid wrinkles and arrived in only a few days. I will definitely order from here again!
