I ordered a tux, when it arrived my son told me it was not the color he wanted. I put in a request for a return and it was approved. The next day I shipped the tux through UPS. The tux arrived in two days. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to get my money back. I have called, left voice mails, and sent several emails but no response. The process should not take this long especially when prom season is right around the corner. I would recommend a quicker process.
Hi Veronica - I'm really sorry for your experience with our return process, but as clearly stated, it takes 7-10 business days to process. We try to be upfront as possible with all our policies. Unfortunately, during our peak season we get a lot of returns and exchanges and we process them in the order received. It hasn't been three weeks, but it did take the full 10 business days.
