Ordered 4 items, 2 of them they tried to deliver to wrong address, that was corrected in 4 days. I got delivered 1 table which was absolutely different from the article that was on display and we approved in kirti nagar showroom.Customer is as slow as traffic in old delhi. After the suggestion from showroom executive, i cancelled next delivery, i ended up being deducted 2.5% of billing amount. So if you dont have any stress in life buy a pepperfry furniture, and then experience the trauma

Imagine this, you spend your hard earned money to create a dream home. You spend hours browsing and visiting stores to find the right pieces. You do not want skimp on your dream home so you shell out more of your sweat money.

Just when you begin to relish it coming together, the freaking expensive products break; not because you handled it too carefully like you would a child, but because the promised quality is false.

It only gets worse when you want a resolution. You wait with a broken table in the middle of your newly built dream home while Pepperfry figures out who will take the blame for it - vendor or the installation folks. You dare to turn your home into their warehouse with elders and a child at home. You wait and you wait.

And mind you, all you can expect out of it is a mere replacement of the broken part at the end of it. All that time taken just to fix that one darn broken piece.

I had purchased a gold-leatherette gaming chair from Pepperfry and the order when delivered was in very bad shape as the carton that it came in was in horrible condition on 6th April 2023. Raised a complaint through the app with the customer service team and there hasn't been any resolution to the case. Wrote to them as well via email and they say they haven't received the email(this had included the pics of the gaming chair). Eventually the Pepperfry customer service did say that they had received the email however the pictures were blurred as per the team(I had to re-upload the images again).

Customer service did not provide any timeline and had always advised a 24-48 hr turnaround for two weeks(what a joke) as every call I had made, this promise was made. I had later contacted the grievance team via email on 19th April and they too as usual promise a 3-4 days turnaround wherein a technician will visit and provide their concurrence. They never came as on the date I am writing this. Grievance team called again asking if the technician arrived - again seems funny that they aren't aware of their own systems and they in turn ask the customer if the needful has been done.

A very bad experience and as a customer I would suggest not picking up anything from the online website or store. You will definitely regret it.

Pepperfry means worst, Don't Buy.
Coffee table, Dining set, 14" fry pan purchased and all items are not as per shown in their studio. Totally cheated. 52 K amount value and no response from team

Terrible quality of products. Will not even last 3 months. Strongly avoid - money down the drain. Horrible customer service too. Bunch of jokers who have no clue of the furniture industry.

As can be seen below dining chair order was placed on 18.03.2023 vide order no. *******. Immediately payment Rs. 4,050/- was made. Further after 10 days surprisingly received parts of the dining chair. When I refused to take delivery, Mr. Chetan ( *******887 and *******286) studio manager of JP Nagar 5th Phase requested me to take delivery of the parts and he will arrange his carpenter for assembling. But till today he has not sent carpenter. This shows the negligence of Pepperfry studio manager.

Poor customer service from pepperfry

I am a first time buyer on pepperfry. They had used some chemical/petrol on the new children's sofa that they delivered. It caused severe allergies to my daughter. When I complained pepperfry did not even bother to talk to the merchant and just said that it was my problem and they cannot do anything about it.

Dont buy from them, they are fraud. No matter what reason you have for returning your product they wont ever do it. Worst customer service. Very bad experience. I hope yhe company closes soon

Pathetic Returns policy

Worst customer service ever imagined

Worst Customer Service I had ever seen. There was not an option for 0-star rating, else I would have given that. I bought a queen size bed from them. The bed mattress size that was written on the website(7860) was not correct. Even a mattress with a length of 77 inches is bigger on the bed. So, I asked them to return the bed. It has been 1.5 months but they are not even coming back with a resolution. I have emailed them endless times but no reply. When I call on customer care, then again and again I need to explain the entire scenario because obviously they do not know the situation and they assure me every time that my case manager will get in touch with me, but I do not receive any response post that. Even, there is a mismatch in their communication. A carpenter visited my place and he said that the bed is small and needs to be returned. Again I did not receive any call from them for the next 7 days. Then I called them and they said that as per the carpenter's report, the bed is fine. I do not know what politics is going on in this company. But, the worst service I cannot even imagine from someone.

I have tried everything but my case has not been answered. This is the worst company I have seen in my lifetime and I will never want to use their services in the future.

Waste of time

We use online purchase option to save time...but pepper fry will f*** your time with their products and customer service... I purchased a wardrobe, but they couldn't deliver all parts to assemble... that's all.no progress till now...and no proper response from customer service other than saying please wait... need to wait for your life time

Cheaters

Ordered a 2 & 3 seater sofa from this studio. The sales person (Arvind) has been extremely sweet and give you all the confidence to get the product. He has given an assurance that they will help us with all the communication and support that we need, if we order from the studio. You will see their real color after the payment. If you cancel the product even in an hour they will charge an amount (first punishment for purchase). The product that was delivered to us was in two different sizes and colors. We reached out to the customer service and Aravind multiple time. Aravind don't pick the phone and he will message with a response that he escalated it to the customer service (different from his first time sweet talk). Customer service rep (Rohit) informs us that we cannot return the product according to their return policy. The size difference and color doesn't matter to them. The quality is below average and we getter better ones from the normal shops. I can say very clearly that they are open looters and the real thieves. Stay away from them. I have the proof of call records and pictures of the products.

Since I have faced this problem i want to make everyone aware of the fact that pepperfry want their customers to totally rely on the picture of the website and buy the product because once you receive the product and it will not fulfill your expectation there is no chance they will entertain your return or exchange.
In todays time when more than half of the population is buying online pepperfry doesn't provide customers a chance to return or exchange the product in case the customer doesn't like the quality of the product when compared to the wedsite picture.
I bought 1 cushion cover set,1 3 seater sofa cover and 2 seater sofa cover set from pepperfry and upon the receipt i doesn't like the quality of the products compared to the pictures on the website.
When i purchased the products a 7 day return policy was mentioned on the website,but when i made a return within 24 hours of receipt they decline the same saying we don't entertain quality and look flaws
Only if the product is damaged we will replace or return it.
Basically pepperfry wants their customer to keep whatever they ordered at once bcoz further THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY RETURN AND EXCHANGE.

WALL SHELF INSTALLATION NOT INCL IN ASSEMBLY!

I bought Oscar TV shelf and paid extra 199 for "assembly charges" which I, in absence of any disclaimer, obviously thought installation included. However they sent carpenter to nail together the shelf item( which should anyway have been done at their factory but they saved carton size!)

Now they have refused to do anything about installation and I have to find a carpenter to do this job and pay him as well

This is fraud. They should learn from Ikea who when they charge assembly fees always include installation automatically.

I ordered a sofa from Pepperfry within 5 months sofa gets suppressed and it was under warranty.
They refuse to repair the suppressed sofa. They provided the bad-quality foam on the couch and deny to fix it even its under warranty.

Horrible service

I ordered a bed and the vendor called me to inform that it's out of stock and I will be refunded. But nothing from Pepperfry. I called Pepperfry 4 times and they repeatedly told me it's still on track and I will get the bed within 15 days. Till the last day I received nothing from them so I called them again and on the day of delivery they tell me it's not getting delivered.
I could have been refunded long ago and ordered something else.
Horrible horrible service. Unhelpful staff. Unprofessional company.
Never ordering from here again and would advise everyone to stay away from this horrible website.

I don't live in India and I did my 1st online shopping in india for my new home in india.

I shopped for almost 2.5lakhs rupees and the item was damaged at the time of delivery.

I am still trying since 2 weeks that they fix my issue.

The things which are not even delivered they are not willing to cancel.

I have never written any reviews for any one this way but after getting horrible responses from Peppfry I am doing this so that I can save other people not to get fooled by peppfry.
Poor quality of Matress and with the 100 days trail where in one day I informed that the Matress is not good for my mother and during the purchase also I did informed that it's for my mother.
I will give them Negative stars ….

I bought a bed for my daughter. She's only 38kgs. Within a few months the bed had snapped. I called pepperfry...they sent a carpenter who brought a replacement piece and while installing it, in front of me he broke the side of the bed. He said that it would be replaced and left...then I get a call from pepperfry saying they cannot do anything because it was broken due to usage. They refuse to believe me, and i am the customer. I made a mistake. Don't make the same. Their products are sub standard and they cheat people with slick advertising...don't believe it.

I don't recommend anyone encouraging this company who puts the word of a lying carpenter over the customer. And what kind of bed breaks in a few months. Substandard poor quality products and service. Their tagline...'Very sad furniture to you.'
