I purchased 2 durian chairs.My place was service area when I placed order.It was delivered to me after one month.It is two big packet.The pepper fry staffs, who came with the products assured me that the chairs shall be assembled next day. Now one week has passed. They fabricate new Stories everyday. God knows when it will be assembled. Please never purchase anything from them.

Had bought wooden bookshelf 1 year back. After receiving the delivery came to know how cheap material is been used, the back of the shelf is literally cardboard like material, it's that thin! I tried to make peace even with that. Just after 6 months, there was white fungus growth over it... had to clean it all the time. This year too as monsoon have approached, experiencing the same problem, have to clean it almost everyday. Finally decided to seek help online, but learnt that many costumers are facing the same problem, n there's no solution from the company or so... I hoped I had read reviews first, no wonder it has 1.2 star rating.

How ever despite of repeated follow ups, mails, chats and calls the item has never been picked up till date, it has been q month since the request has been raised, except for automatic mails and ivr answers nothing actionable taken up by PepperFry even after 1 month of raising and acceptance of a refund request there to.

Bought a wardrobe (sliding) from here worth INR *******. Very poor quality, slider doesn't work, screws were missing and locker was never installed. The person they had sent to install was unable to install and such a poor quality that while installing itself it got dents and installer was afraid of hitting hammer to fix screws. I requested them to return, but has been more than a month without resolution. Customer suppoer ia worst, reminds of third grade government systems.
Pepperfry is not a brand its just like local company. The company services are worst and I will suggest everybody not to buy anything from Pepperfry. My experience, I bought a table from Pepperfry, which got delivered in defective state.
1- Table has an uneven top surface.
2- The product quality is not up to mark.
3- The iron part full of rust.
4- Also I paid Rs 339.00 as product assembly charges but it doesn't require any assembly as its a foldable table.
After discussing with customer care, they told its standard and customer will be charged for assembly charges with a reason, they failed to explain. From the last 5 days I am doing a follow up with customer care but still they are telling that it will again take next 3 days to resolve the query. As per current situation it seems we got cheated by Pepperfry(a worst company nothing else).
It was an absolute disaster ordering from them. Will never make this mistake ever again. First they delivered the wrong product and informed me that the assembly will be done in 2 hours. There was no sign of any assembly person even after 24 hours. When I raised a return request for the incorrect product, they sent me a message saying the pickup will be done the next day. When I called on the number for the reverse pickup, the person said he won't be coming. Next, I received a mail saying the pickup couldn't be done as "I was unavailable at the location". Pepperfry is not a furniture website. It's a scam, a bloody joke run by a group of fraudsters.
I purchased my entire house's furnitures from pepperfry, but they have never helped with any problem. Both the mattresses turned out bad but they didnt help me even though it had 10 years warranty. Both the sofas are broken under 1 year, calling them and mailing them for months and now they are saying warranty has expired. I Buy a bed and it have manufactured defect, but the pepperfry doesn't accept my return. I contact to their support many times. They are not listening my issue. They only repeat their policy again and again. Even my bed comes under 7 day easy return policy. I totally lost the trust from pepperfry. I suggest go to your near furniture store and buy from there. True to its reviews which I just happened to notice due to my frustrating experience pre-sales, Pepperfey is not at all customer oriented. They seem to take customers for granted and seemingly any feedback given is not even bothered to be mentioned by them but simply close the case with very off handed answers not even pertaining to the issue raised. Fortunately I did not yet purchase any thing yet from them and would not do so now after looking at their shabby customer reviews. Highly avoid thi site.
Very bad company. I got a gift from my boss Mr. Vinay Nair. And the product is getting fungus which we daily wipe and coming again and again. We ordered sofa from their PepperFry studio In 2 days we got the product but the product shown in the image and came to delivery has more difference. Product looks like very bad quality we paid 16k but even its not worth for 50% of the amount. Please don't prefer this online website. Please check some other local shops to experience the product values. We initiated the return policy on the delivered day itself but they did not accepted it. They never consider the customer satisfaction
I bought 3 seat recliner and I received damaged piece. From then I tried to contact them, they just opened a case for name sake and replied to my mail saying we tried calling you multiple times but didn't get any response.

I have ordered a Study Table from Pepper Fry. They mentioned it will be dispatched on May 29th 2020 but I did not got any confirmation from them till now. When I raised a complaint they replied with a standard Response template and with no details on dispatch dates. When they cannot deliver the orders why they are accepting it. And they are not giving any option to cancel the order also. This is really bad and never had such a bad experience with any other online shopping portals.
I bought one carpet recently, in website it shows images are different quality but when I got the item it's entirely different. I have raised request for return and I provided all requested images and proofs even they are not ready to take my return item.
Please be aware of this type of fraud.My suggestion to avoid this shopping cart to purchase anything. Please be carefull with this fraud pepperfry. Even can check in consumer complaint there are many complaints on pepperfry.

They shown one color and mentioned another color. Ordered by seeing the product color in the list and got different color and fabric also not good quality. Everytime they are saying about return policy which they shelf not clear. After that Pepperfry on arrogance mode denying for return. Order No. *******. They need lesson.
Firstly I strongly recommend not to buy anything from Pepperfry Where in the inside quality will be not good and only the outlook they make attractive to showcase the customers. I ordered a bed and the vendor called me to inform that it's out of stock and I will be refunded. But nothing from Pepperfry. I called Pepperfry 4 times and they repeatedly told me it's still on track and I will get the bed within 15 days. Till the last day I received nothing from them so I called them again and on the day of delivery they tell me it's not getting delivered.
I could have been refunded long ago and ordered something else.
