Guys, pepper fry is $#*!ty as $#*!. Don't buy from them. I ordered pouffe twice each time delivery was not made and they've tied up with some $#*!ty platform called "E-COM" where they call you and ask if you are available, even after we say yes. They drop a message telling sorry we could not make delivery as you were not available Like seriously?
They are a fraudulent and cheat company which i intend to take them to consumer court. They first show price of 7322 INR all inclusive price. But while billing they charge 9075 INR. They dont show the amount in the screen when u will pay online also they dont have immediate cancellation process. It is like u cant cancel your order. Oho god. How do u cheat people like this. Fraud
A dining table ordered on 8/8/2022 with full payment was confirmed for delivery by 8/9/2022. It wasn't delivered even on 9/9/2022 and no any updates. When I called customer care on 9/10/2022, they responded very carelessly that they cannot confirm any shipping date yet. When I asked why was I not informed about the delay, the customer care representative had the audacity to say it happens sometimes. When I asked to talk to supervisor or some higher authority, they said they will not transfer my call to anyone else. Pepper fry is a fraud company with no value for commitments. It does not care about customers' money and sentiments. I suggest people not to go for any purchases from this company because they need to be shown what happens if they do not stick to their own commitments.
Bought a bed in October 2019. After 6 months the inner plank of the beds have cracked and one of them have broken in 2 piece. When contacted the customer service with pictures and within warranty period. The response was very sad and they refused to repair or get it exchanged. Very Poor quality of the materials being selled by Pepperfry. Beware of these fraudsters.
I bought a wall clock and after multiple emails and requests for return since it was malfunctioning, my request was rejected by a very arrogant customer executive, Savita Das. The clock did not have a second hand and they wanted me to first send pictures which I did and then again video (15 mins to check if it is really not working) with 5 MB limit.
A simple return is impossible and my suggestion is to avoid Pepperfry at all cost.

I ordered a shoe bag, for INR 494, it came torn and very very poor quality, i requested for return.
Confirmation mail came 10 days back to pick the item and after that no one came and response on mails.it doesn't look they are interested to refund the amount.
Literally harassed but thankfully it is a small amount so of course i will never advise anyone to waste the money.

I had recently purchased online the above product end of June and delivered in 18th Aug. Products arrived damaged pack and reported them and there. But they promised the packing is good so no damage anticipated. They claim that they QA check. Unfortunately when the carpenter opened and fixed the stuff and found totally damaged and neither replacement offered Nor any compensation on time waste and their customer commitment. Finally today 2 sep they are taking it back and promised a refund. At last the consumer is at loss with time and delivery charge and assembling fee. I strongly suggest not to order from Pepperfry. At least as a customer satisfaction a senior manger should have been communicated with customer for customer retention.
