I wanted to buy a table lamp. I see a product with lamp and shade. They deliver only the base. Description is not clear. I would like to return as i wanted a full lamp for that price. Return is not accepted.

Pack Content: 1 lamp base with fitted holder and wire, Bulb Not Included

Nowhere is it mentioned that the shade will not be included. When we call the customer care they are adamant and suggest that the picture was for representation purpose only.

If your booking here you will get the products after eternity the customer care is worse I have booked many furniture at a time and still the products are on the way the given time has already passed. I asked for sale person to look after my furniture and the lady is still replying me. And the main thing there quality if you visit the shop they show you good quality wood and when we receive the furniture with low quality. I know they are selling I'm reasonable rates but is the use for it? The quality is bad the delivery timing is worst like if you want the product in 1 month you will get after 3-4 months. Very very bad experience!

Delivered the wrong item and justifying for it

Very pathetic experience from pepperfry.com. I ordered for an item and it got delivered before the promised date. I was very much happy and started to unpack, I realized that the item is wrong. I visited the original manufacturer website and ensured that the item I ordered and the item I received are entirely different. I raised an issue and left a note to pepperfry regarding this, no response for 8 days until I forcefully posted on their facebook, online chats. They called me on 8th day and asking me how I know it is different from the item I ordered. I had already posted images of the received item, but they hardly understand what has happened. Very pathetic that pepperfry is ignoring the customers issues. Make the purchase if you are lucky enough.

Worst experience
September 23, 2023

I had bought a bed last year. During the visit to their studio I had specially asked for best quality wood as I didn't want any termites issues. On their recommendation I bought a Sheesham wood bed. Just for good quality wood I spent a hefty amount.

However, within a year the bed is covered with fungus and mould.

On raising a complaint, they claim is product warranty has expired. In my case, it expired just 10 days before.

Irrespective of warranty, the claim of good quality wood was total nonsense. They use cheap quality wood and sell it claiming best.

This company is literally looting the customers.

Even after paying such huge amount, proper service or product is not delivered

Very bad experience.

We ordered the bed and got it 1 month after the expected date. The legs of the bed are almost broken and there are several holes elsewhere in the bed also.No proper polishing is done and the bed looks very old. Utterly disgusted.

Worst ever service. This fraud company charges Delivery Fees and Installation Fees separately and don't even bother to install the product. When contacted customer agent (Ms. Aarzoo), she was very rude and denied both return and installation of the product outrightly as if I am asking her/company to lend me money. I requested her to get me connected to senior management but she denied in a way as if she is the only owner of the company.
Would not recommend anyone to buy a single product from this company. Guys, please do not waste your hard earned money in pepperfry products instead go to market and purchase product of your choice.

The worst furniture app I have ever seen. Your help line centre employees don't know how to handle a customer. I have never seen such rude and careless attitude in any customer service. I ordered a bed and you sent the wrong size and now you will not take it back and send a new one. Your helpline employee told me to adjust with that bed only. Why the hell should I adjust when I have paid *******Rs for it.

Fraud company do not buy from them. Their support staff is worst. They do not care for customers. Its been more than 12 days post delivery of my product and i have been waiting for it to get assembled and despite of making more than 15 calls to their support staff they do not bother to resolve my issue. They are fraud. Worst company. Do not buy.

I am an interior designer and I bought a rug online From Pepperfry and colours were totally different than what they showed in the pictures on their website. And despite of multiple trials and conversations, they are not accepting the return request. They are behaving as they are colour blind and not accepting their mistake.
Kindly do not buy anything from them as they have worst service and staff amongst all the online furniture stores.

Biggest FRAUD company

Bought an office chair worth 7k online from pepperfry which had 12 months warranty which broke in just 7 months of purchase. Pepperfry refused a repair / replace of the chair stating the warranty was actually for 6 months and not 12 months and washed off their hands. It was my bad I didn't had any proofs stating warranty of the product which in fact Pepperfry tactfully never provided during the purchase. In-fact the product still shows a warranty of 12 months today on their portal (phtotos attached) for luring customers into fake promises which they will never keep so be careful before buying anything from Pepperfry!

I don't usually put reviews but this time I thought I should aware other people who may fall prey to the phony schemes and scams of this company. The customer care executives are careless, nonchalant goons who will be just eager to close the ticket and will not even listen to your concern they will disconnect the calls. No after sales service. Company is just looting gullible people who are either first time buyers or Gen y, Gen z guys who prefer to buy things online. They call themselves marketplace but they will price other companies products higher and don't provide GST bill on these products of other brands so that you end up buying their own brand products which are substandard. They should change their name to PEPPERCRY and their tagline to Happy mental harassment to you. All the recent reviews on different websites are evidence of falling standards of the company.

On april 6,2022 they lost my parcel. Today is August 4, no call from management and not even refunding. They literally had and have no concern. However, they don't forget to call and ask why i am not using. But, they forget to solve the lost parcel issue. And whenever I asked details about my parcel, they simply cut the call over my mouth. And many Marchant face this. Worst worst

Worst service.

Delivered 30 days after payment. Customer service keeps giving you consolation but no delivery. They always end up delivering after the promised time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM with your hard earned money.

I wanted a 3 piece wooden stool set in amazon its cost only 3000 rs but in pepperfry it is 9000 RS. Three times higher. This is too much. Don't buy anything here. Even in market prices are affordable but here it is too much. One cannot afford so much.
