Don't buy. I ever had pathetic service from Pepperfry. Nobody responding over phon. No support at all. Low quality of products
Since I have faced this problem i want to make everyone aware of the fact that pepperfry want their customers to totally rely on the picture of the website and buy the product because once you receive the product and it will not fulfill your expectation there is no chance they will entertain your return or exchange.
In todays time when more than half of the population is buying online pepperfry doesn't provide customers a chance to return or exchange the product in case the customer doesn't like the quality of the product when compared to the wedsite picture.
I bought 1 cushion cover set,1 3 seater sofa cover and 2 seater sofa cover set from pepperfry and upon the receipt i doesn't like the quality of the products compared to the pictures on the website.
When i purchased the products a 7 day return policy was mentioned on the website,but when i made a return within 24 hours of receipt they decline the same saying we don't entertain quality and look flaws
Only if the product is damaged we will replace or return it.
Basically pepperfry wants their customer to keep whatever they ordered at once bcoz further THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY RETURN AND EXCHANGE.
I have purchased a Bed Side Table and King Size Bed from Pepperfry on 8th August 2017, which I received on 31st August. As one of the main part for King Size Bed was missing and it cannot be made available by Pepperfry, I had to initiate a return and since the bed side table was of the same design, I had to return the complete order(Order No. *******). The Pickup was scheduled on 8th September and it was successfully done. I received the Refund for the King Size Bed (for which I had to call 10 times) but the refund for the Bed Side table was not processed. I have been calling there customer service for past 2 weeks and everytime I get the same response that its in process and they wil confirm with Warehouse.The Case Manager Gaytri is not coming on call and everytime I get same response from Customer care, that they will call back and they never call back.
E-Commerce companies in India like Pepperfry have stooped so low that they are tricking customer even when they receive funding of millions of dollars. They actually dont have any after sale process and their case managers are as much ignorant as one can be. They dont care about Customers hard earned money and want to loot then in any possible way.
I am going to take legal action against the company and if possible file a case of mental harassment.

Wonder how these folks can be successful with such pathetic service and arrogant attitudes. On 12th of August i placed on order for a Bed which later we realised will be delivered much later than we needed and we had ordered the wrong item (Metal when we wanted wood). So called the call center to cancel the order. "No you cant cancel" "No you will not get a refund" "No I cant escallate" " No we cant resolve this" You have to wait for delivery to cancel. These were answers I got 2 days after I ordered. Upon much pleading I was told it is policy that one cannot cancel the order after 2 days even if the item is not even shipped! Fast forward on 2nd September Sunday morning, the delivery happens. Upon unpacking we find the item is substandard in quality. The metal sheet used will bend only with the weight of the mattress!... Now i immediately request for cancellation and return. The delivery person agrees to take it back. But then I get a call from the call center *******6157) Why do you want to return? I let the person know the reason - Sub standard quality being the main, doesn't match the quality expected for the money paid. "You cannot cancel" " we will not accept return" " No we cannot do anything" " No i cannot escalate" "No I will not initiate refund" - Except saying "go to hell" the person said everything else. Finally I did not take delivery and returned the item. Since then for the past 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with these folks on phone - not accessible... emails has only one response - "our standard policy and product is up to the mark - rest assured!" Rest assured with what loss of Rs. *******/- and nothing to show. I even gave an option that I dont want a refund and willing to buy something else for the same amount. But there has been response to this offer. NOW I AM STUCK WITH NOTHING HAVING SPENT *******/- MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AGO. ORDER NO. ******* WHICH IS SHOWING INVALID ON THE PHONE APPLICATION. Trying the numbers *******6157, *******7393, *******7379 & *******8595 for the past 3 days...

Paperfray से हमने cady nesting table ऑर्डर की थी टेबल पर काफी स्क्रैच है हमने paperfray मैं complain डाली पर paperfray की तरफ से हमें ये answer दिया कि टेबल को repair नहीं किया जा सकता किसी भी कस्टमर को कोई भी प्रोडक्ट सेल करने से पहले paperfray को यह clear करना चाहिए था कि ये टेबल कभी repair नहीं हो सकती इस तरह से किसी भी कस्टमर के पैसे बर्बाद करने का paperfray को कोई हक नहीं है पर उन्होंने ऐसा किया market से हम कोई भी furniture purchase करते है तो उनके भी खराब होने पर दोबारा पॉलिश ho जाती है या वो रिपेयर हो जाते है पर paperfray ने पता नहीं कौन से मटेरियल से टेबल बनाई है कि वो पॉलिश भी नहीं हो पा रहीं paperfray ने हमारा बहुत नुकसान किया है
